Thank you very much for the reception team that truly help me to find a doctor when I arrived at the Hotel. All staff is really nice, very friendly and really want to help! The Italian restaurant was amazing! Thank you to make my short stay amazing!

Staff were friendly and courteous but not helpful as a result of language barrier. Overall experience was not what we expected for a 5 star property.
We were unable to check-in before 3pm (we arrived in around 230 to check-in but room was not ready. Thankfully we had purchased Club Lounge access and waited in the lounge). Once in the room we discovered the bathtub leaked; after 2 showers there was dirty water all over the bathroom floor. Housekeeping informed us and maintenance of the problem but upon our return at 9pm the problem and dirty water remained. We had to contact reception and an engineer repaired this at 10pm! Later that night we mistakenly received a 5am wake up call. After multiple assurances one was not requested we finally got back to sleep over an hour later. After lunch we received 2 additional calls to apologize and investigate how we got this wake up call...including asking both of us if we were absolutely certain we didnt request!!!! Then nothing further about the outcome from reception.
Finally upon checkout an attempt to charge us for breakfast was made....even though it was included in the pre-paid room rate!
Lastly, we unexpectedly required a taxi so the hotel insisted we use the hotel taxi service. After all our luggage was packed and we were seated in the car, a hotel representative leaned in through the drivers window to tell us we were to pay the driver 75Dhms at the airport! A regular taxi from the airport at arrival was only 40Dhms! Will never stay at this hotel again and certainly will not recommend it to anyone.

N lose anything while my experience in the type of housing for the first time at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel for 6 days with the knowledge I have lived in many hotels in Dubai. All comments will be read very much for many hotels in Dubai, but will not find the truth explicit genuine and sincere. You will find the hotel brings you comfort and calmness, because a room overlooking the creek look great and the location is excellent for chill and shopping close to all services. Permanent smile from all the staff and crew receive a degree of culture, morality and good handling assistance and especially Mr. / Mohammed al-Najjar,a professor / Tahir Algerian.
Everything exists in hotel (buffet breakfast variety + meals club noon and night + variety Restaurants + lobby widely + gym + pool + bar + taxi services + parking + Free Internet + permanent Cleaner + full service for guests + ....) Try this time will not lose anything

Checked in and was upgraded to a suite. Much appreciated. The suite smelled like fried fish. I hate fish. There was some issue with the ventilation system and after two days it was not resolved. Apologies from the front desk and 5000 points but would have preferred the issue be resolved.

I had a 4-night stay on October 2014, to participate in a medical congress. This was my second stay in this Sheraton in the last two years, but it was the first after its renovation. Of course, the overall quality of the hotel remains in high level: from the impressive lobby, to my room in the 8th floor with tremendous views on the creek, and to the pool area for a relaxing evening. A special mention about the food served: breakfast, now served in the new restaurant by the pool, was really delicious, with a lot of items either western or arabic (and pork bacon, too). The dinner at the Italian "Vivaldi" was also "super", with magnificient view on the creek, creating a romantic ambient. Finally, the dinner at the Japanese seafood restaurant was also delicious. All personel in all parts of the hotel was well-trained and polite, always with a smile. Regarding the location of the hotel, it is near the metro and the "abbra" stations, so it is easy to go everywere. In conclusion, in my next visit to Dubai, I will stay there again.

i have been coming to Dubai for the last 5 years. I prefer this location to the beach area. The hotel has great views of the creek and very accessible by boat to the old souk,spice market and gold souk. I've stayed in many Sheraton having worked as crew for 24 years. You are acknowledged by every member of staff. My only critique was this is the first Sheraton I've stayed at that doesn't serve bagels for breakfast. Also the none of the plug points around the pool worked to charge phone. Although the pool attendant was very helpful. I will be back to stay again as the room quality and views are exceptional.

We have now stayed here twice in as many months and really enjoy this lovely hotel,the staff are so attentive and the restaurants wonderful.
It's away from the over crowding on Jumeirah beach and feels calm and spacious even when full.
We had use of the club lounge,all the staff were fantastic and made us feel very valued and really made a special effort for my husbands birthday,we cannot thank them enough.
The pool area was never overcrowded and always somewhere to sit.
We are already planning to come back in a few months.

The refurbished Sheraton is an excellent hotel in Dubai with an amazing staff. The made sure I was recognized as a Platinum guest and made every effort to give us the best room. They personally escorted us to the lounge for refreshments and an excellent formal afternoon tea service. The staff also made sure we had a carry out breakfast ready for our 2 am flight. The hotel has amazing views, excellent location and superb restaurants - the indian (Ashiana) being one of the very best Mughlai restaurants anywhere. My family has been staying at this hotel since 1980s and it is better than ever.

The was pleased with the hotel in term of facility, room and food; however, the staff requires a lot of improvement. I was shock how weak and lack of confidence of the staff in this hotel. The room was not ready as promised (3 PM) I have to wait at least an hour before checking in, which was annoying because I went there with my family (wife and 2 children below 2years) and my baby girl was crying at the lobby and the main lobby/reception staff did not provide me any support (except of bell boy near parking valet who took his interest in supporting me Mr. Shamsul) . After check-in, my luggage was not in the room . I've called to the reception desk and they have no clue were is my luggage, to the point that I have to search my luggage by myself, which was found near the parking valet area.
Overall, I tried to forget the lack of supportiveness of the hotel staff and focused in enjoying me time with hotels facilities.

My daughter and I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome at all times. Nothing we asked was too much trouble. Special mention to Francisco (who checked us in) and Marianne (who checked us out). They were exceptionally friendly and really made us feel valued. All other staff we dealt with were also efficient and only too happy to assist us with any requests we had. We couldn't have asked for better service - the cleaning staff, waiters and porters were all cheerful and friendly and this definitely contributed positively to our stay. Our room was fantastic. We were lucky enough to have a creek-facing room and the view over the creek was fantastic. We had two large beds, the room was quiet, and the air-conditioning worked well. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully equipped and furnished. We loved the complimentary Nespresso in the room - thank you. We were also impressed with the buffet breakfast and the large variety and quality of food available. Thank you to Management and all staff for an amazing stay. I plan to return to Dubai and will definitely choose this hotel again.

King sized bed, very comfortable, loved the wet room shower.
Highly recommend this Hotel, value for money.

It was short two days, however the Great first impression and consecrate care by Mr. Jack made it a memorable one for me and for my family.
Of course, we asked for the early check-in on a Friday morning. Moment I said my Brother just arrived after 15 hours non-stop flight. Mr. Jack did not looked at me again from his screen, till the mission accomplished. I know what is takes for my friends that the Front Office and Housekeeping when we ask for unthinkable.

Poor offer on coffe shop in the evening, but it will be done shortly.

This hotel is situated in the older part of Dubai and if you like it quiet this is the place for you. It's an easy walk to the metro so downtown Dubai is just a few stops away. It's also nice to walk along the Creek with easy access to great golf, the Gold Souk and the Spice Market.

There is no doubt in mind that this hotel has improved a lot since the new renovation. Add to the nice new clean rooms an amazing responsive staff and you get a very nice stay for a reasonable price.
There is one thing that was an issue for me on my last stay. I've observed it before but this time is was a real bother. It seems that there is an issue with the television reception. I've seen it before but since I did not have that much time for TV in the past, it did not bother me. On my last stay, though, I had some time in the evening before sleeping and I wanted to enjoy some quality TV. I could not. The reception will freeze every now and then and you have to go up and down the channels until it is back to normal. That can be very annoying depending on the point when it happens. Twice I was watching movies when right in a critical part in the movies, this happened. That is so annoying.
As I've mentioned, this is an old problem but it was a bother for me this last stay. I hope it can be fixed.

The hotel has become more warm after the renovation last year. The rooms were nicely redecorated, but the cherry on the cake in Sheraton Creek is the staff, always smiling, welcoming and friendly.

We recently stayed here for a 3 day stop over and were very glad we did. The rooms were lovely we got an upgrade, staff very helpful and friendly and the breakfast and lunch were great. It is close to the gold and spice souks although I recommend not walking, it is too hot.
