Rated 1 out of 5 by Would never come back to this property! It was disappointing that this property was part of the Starwood group. I thought the service was terrible. My room was never cleaned by hotel staff even though I was gone from 9:30 a.m. till 4 p.m. The elevator banks smelled like livestock - GROSS! -- and one couldn't even get a cup of coffee on Sunday morning past 11:00 a.m. The fake beach was also gross filled with sludge. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. July 15, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Disney World Dolphin Have stayed at this hotel several times, but this time was disappointing. Had to call to have the room cleaned 3 of 5 days we stayed, on at lest 1 occasion the cleaning was poor, did not replace used glasses or coffe for the next morning, did not take towels that were left to be changed. Overall, not up to my expectations and if I come to DisneyWorld for a vacation and not a conference, I would not stay at this hotel. April 7, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Dolphin is Tired I have used the Dolphin or Swan hotel on many occasions, and I like the fact that my family and I can enjoy the Disney boats and the proximity to Epcot, the Boardwalk and other Disney amenities. The room on this trip looked old and tired - lamps did not work, furniture and drapes dirty, safe did not work, but the worst thing was the bathroom. There was mold and mildew everywhere on the tile above the tub, and the housekeeping staff left the soap from a previous guest in the bathroom, hairs and all. It was nasty to say the least. I had connecting rooms and the hotel was sold out we were told, so there was nothing we could do but stay there. A carpet drying machine stayed in the hall outside our room, running, for the entire stay. This is the worst experience I have had at either the Dolphin or Swan, and I will seriously consider staying at another Disney hotel on future visits. March 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Maid Service & Restaurants water was supposed to be left in the room daily; it was only there the first day and the last day. room was not made up at all one day restaurants are pricey (as should be expected) but food was good more directional signs are needed pointing to facilities/restaurants July 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Every Time We live in Orlando and we will stay here or the Swan at least three times a year for our "staycations." The hotel is always clean, family friendly and welcoming. We visit the parks or just crash at the pool for a few days. We always have a great time and the kids love it. July 7, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Urine stained mattresses On 12/15/12 we checked to room with very large urine stained mattress, when we reported it to front desk we had to wait in lobby for almost an hour before being moved to another room, no response from hotel management until a form letter/email almost 2weeks later. I convinced my hubby to try here again as we like the spa and Shulas,. When making reservations and at check in I mentioned the urine problem last visit, Again we received a room with urine stained mattress. The housekeeping shift manager brought another old but untainted mattress to the room, not a heavenly bed as advertised, but we did not hear from hotel manager until 12:04 am, while we were sleeping! This hotel has serious cleanliness issue and hotel management could care less, only response we have had is from housekeeping staff. Someone needs to call Gordon Ramsey to put this place on Hotel H,,, tv show. June 15, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel is showing some age The hotel was nice, but it is starting to show it's age. One place in particular are the elevators. They would rarely signal which direction, or even what door was going to be opening. The valet service needs some work too. the wait for a car to be brought up was fantastic, it was very minimal. The issue was the attendants themselves. They always seemed to be congragated together, and slow to react to the customer. January 25, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great place I stay at hotels well over a 100 nights a year and most all nice places. My family and I have spent the last 15 years at Christmas here. I have stayed at many of the Disney owned resorts over the years but this beats them all hands down. I never understand he negative comments people leave . The location is better than any. The food choices better than any. The pools better and the staff is the best. Thanks Dolphin December 26, 2012

If you had blindfolded me and took me to the Dolphin and put me in my room and then asked me where I was I would have guessed a no-name hotel on some back road in the middle of no where. I am well traveled and never in my life have I walked into a hotel room and immediately called and asked for a room change. They didn't change me until 2 days later. My rug was tread-bare, curtains ripped and mildew reeked in room. May 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Hotel Have been staying at the Dolphin for 10 years. Hotel is beautiful. Every restaurant has excellent food and wonderful staff, courteous and attentive. Rooms are clean and beds are so comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent. Location between epcot and Hs cannot be beat. can walk to both. Pools are fabulous, spa is gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I have. I plan to come here for many years to come. July 21, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Loved the Dolphin We needed a place to stay for the first two nights of our Disney vacation. Joel at the front desk is so kind and helpful...he set the tone for our entire stay. We were tired and ordered room service and had it delivered on a portable table that we put in front of the window and watched the Epcot fireworks. The boats to Epcot and Hollywood studios made it easy to get into the parks...overall, a great place to stay. August 29, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Poor Housekeeping I enjoy this hotel, it is well staffed and appointed and I definitely noticed a marked improvement in the quality of the food from my last stay, a pleasant surprise. However, the housekeeping staff was down right sloppy. Twice I found bars of soap on the floor, the glasses looked dirty, the bed was barely made and the overall appearance of the room was dirty. Very disappointing and certainly not up to SPG quality. January 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great trip for the 4th! Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect! I wish we could have stayed longer! At check in we were upgraded to a room with a firework view and since I have a 15 month old it was perfect! We watched everything right from our window and will be back next year! :) July 7, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Frequent Guest, Disappointed by Condition of Room The bed skirt was stained, there was a needle/pin on the carpet , and the door wouldn't lock properly. We have stayed here many times in the past 10 years, and this room was the worst we've ever gotten. Upon checkout the staff member did waive our parking/resort fees for the night, which was appreciated- but there was no excuse for the condition of the room which certainly affected our anniversary trip to Disney. Rated 2 out of 5 by General Information I was really disappointed with my experience at your hotel for it being on Disney property. Sheraton with no club level and wasn't told this before hand. The staff with the hotel were not very accommodating with the exception of the Restaurants Blue Zoo and the fresh Mediterranean both of those restaurants we great. I received my bill under the door and there was an error with the room rate for the second night, a charge for $429 when it should have been $159. I called to get it fixed and ended being on hold for a long time and then when i did get through to the right person they indicated that it was a computer error. at a resort like this I would think there would be some Quality Control prior to placing the bill under the quests door. I apologize for the harsh review and I don't ever fill these out - thinking it would be a waste of time but, I really was disappointed. April 16, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Long walk to room We had a nice stay, but I should have asked for a different room. I failed to tell the reception person that I had a stress fracture of my left foot and too much walking was not good. They set us up in Room 4169, which is the farthest room from the west elevators. I could of asked for a different room when we found out the location, but we just made it do. Next time I'll know better. Otherwise everything was ok. November 7, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not up to par! I stay with Spg when ever we can. 4 of our last five Disney trip at this hotel, but this time I was very disappointed. What happened? My room smelled like the a/c had leaked in the floor for weeks and the curtains were barely hanging on the rod. I had to ask the attendant to spray air freshener in the room just to stay. I corrected the curtains myself. The room my mother arrived for for her 60th birthday was missing the fridge. Staff did great replacing it with one but it did not work. Maybe the worst part was the repeated 2am and 4 am wake up calls every night. On the third night I went down to the front desk at 4am to ask why, the gentleman had a great response but the follow up from his manager as promised was nonexistent. I stay with this hotel for the level of service and comfortable accommodations I receive. I do not feel this met my expectations from previous stays. December 17, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceptional Stay My husband and I stayed at your facility for one night with our nephews as we stopped through Orlando coming from Miami to Atlanta. We stayed in Orlando the week prior and wished we would have chosen your hotel then. The room was very clean and the perfect size for all. We booked the room with a view of the fireworks at Epcot and it was PERFECT! We really enjoyed our stay and wished we would have stayed longer. February 27, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Highly Recommend Although there was a mix up with one of my rooms upon arrival (I booked two rooms), the staff did everything they could to make me and my family comfortable. They worked to give me extra points for my inconvenience and helped me with anything I needed. This hotel is conveniently located on Disney grounds and has a great pool and children's facility. We had a wonderful time and a great stay! April 21, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by disney world dophin hotel beautiful resort on disney propert with most of the same benefits as disney hotels. upscale service from checkin staff to resuraunt staff. great location close to epcot and hollywood studios. within walking distance to disneys boardwalk and beach club, gives you atremendous amount of eating options without stepping foot in a theme parlk. very clean andwell kept. there are a lot of conventions that stay here. Was told "double booking... sorry...", so have to wait until something frees up. Traveling all around the world, real "mickey mouse" experience this past friday, no clue what customer service is... Rated 3 out of 5 by Great location, tired hotel The Dolphin has seen better times, and I've had better stays there. I paid extra for a larger room because the regular rooms are so small. Although we were not right next to the elevator, the noise of the high-speed elevator wooshing up and coming to a loud stop was constant throughout the day. And night. Ick. Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel but housekeeping needs to step it up My wife and I took our three children to Disney for a long weekend. We enjoyed our stay at The Dolphin, but were disappointed when we returned to our room Saturday night after a long day at the parks and found that housekeeping had not been there to restock our towels, empty the trash and make the beds. We called the desk and someone was there within 15 minutes to take care of the problem. Overall nice stay. February 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Loved the Dolphin We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade with a patio and what we think were some of the best views of the Boardwalk, resort grounds/lake, Epcot fireworks, and even Fantasmic fireworks! The lobby was beautiful, every staff member we talked with was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were stunning, especially at night. The proximity to Epcot & Hollywood Studios was a huge plus. It took us a couple tries to learn the tricks of the buses to Magic Kingdom, but overall we were pleased with the buses as well. The bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed some of the best sleep we've had in a long time. The Starbucks coffee in the room, mini-fridge, and daily bottled water were great; we really took advantage of those. We went to Il Mulino (at the Swan) one evening and enjoyed fantastic food and service. A few suggestions: More hotel access doors (with room keys) would help minimize walking, and we would have loved to have been able to leave through our patio door and lock from the outside. The grounds are large, and much walking is necessary to get anywhere. While we enjoyed the views while walking, our legs and feet were hurting after long days in the parks. Also, we would see "used" room service plates, dishes, half-eaten food sitting outside rooms for hours--sometimes literally 12 hours. August 3, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by POOR SERVICE AC did not work in one of my rooms, called 3 times no one ever came and fixed. tv in other room only had 2 channels. Bell Boy very rudely luaghed at me, because he thought my concerns were stupid right in front of manager. she did nothing and refused to tell me his name ofher Than Will. this was a horrible SPG expereince. Horrible to go some where spend sevral thousand dollars and be treated like trash. February 21, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not completely satisfied In our original room #14145, there was a half-eatened m&m under the desk. We also noticed a piece of dried food particle under the bathroom vanity, leading me to believe that the carpets and floors were not cleaned. We moved to room #6087 and the only problem we had in this room was the first night I was awakened 3 times during the night when the shower was being used by the occupants in an adjacent unit.
