Rated 5 out of 5 by Our wonderful weekend! My wife and I experienced an enjoyful and relaxing stay at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers this past weekend. The room was gorgeous, the view was spectacular, the amenities were abundant, and the service was impeccable. We eagerly look forward to our next visit. Our gracious thanks to the staff. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bargain night at the Sheraton We got an excellent bargain offer from Sheraton in an email and were happy to stay after an office holiday party. The room was spacious, the bath sparkling, clean, the bed very comfortable and the check-in staff welcoming and friendly. We would recommend Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers to anyone. Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton Chicago Hotel has great location, beautiful color scheme in sleeping rooms and meeting space. The staff was very friendly and empowered at every turn. It was a Holiday weekend, and not once did it seem as they were understaffed or uncaring about any of their guests. LOVED IT! May 28, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by additional credit card fees unfortunately, my credit card was declined because the additional credit card fees exceeded my limit by a few hundred $$. I had to change from a four night stay to a two night stay and ended up moving to another property that allowed me to prepay up front. Other than that, everything else was fine. August 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Weekend I planned a weekend with my son at the Chicago Auto Show and staying at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers was a magical experience for him. I upgraded our stay to club status and my son thought we were treated like we were "the presidents". Thank you this was a weekend we will remember forever. February 11, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great stay in Chicago Had a great stay at the Towers this past week, staff was very attentive. Had a great dinner at Shula's as well. The comforter was a little stained, the staff was immediately attentive and replaced it quickly. Concierge was great, bell hops were awesome as well, great experience overall will return September 30, 2012

Polite and extremely accommodating. Kudos to Nelson M. and Tanya W. for their assistance with my reservation and stay! Great Club Level breakfast and services. Friendly staff in club lounge. The amenities provided on the Club Level boardered on the terrific with the appetizers in the evening and the breakfast. Staff in the Club lounge were attentive and friendly. Only five blocks from Navy Pier provided a great walk. August 26, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by early checkout penalty excessive I had to cut a day off a 3 day planned stay for business reasons. When I checked out at mid day, I was told that the cancellation penalty was a full night's charge. Usually hotels accept cancellation prior to 6pm, same day, without any penalty. This charge struck me as excessive. May 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good times has gone The welcome was great: customer friendly and we felt really welcome ! The rooms are a bit outdated and so are the floors in general. Rooms are ok but for this amount of money I would have expected more. The whole feeling and impression you get in the lobby isn't confirmed on the sleeping levels. October 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Chicago Meeting I stayed two nights during a recent meeting. Sleeping rooms are a little dated and in need for refreshing. Beds were fabulously comfortable. The public areas of the hotel have been refurbished more recently and were very attractive. Love being close enough to Navy Pier and Michigan Ave. to walk. August 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Weekend Stay We stayrd here for one night and had two rooms. The rooms were terrific with a great view. Our grandson used the pool and we enjoyed both the hotel and the location. We will definitely return as the staff was great as well. Also, my wife thought the bed was the best of any hotel we have been in. March 9, 2013

Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Great Conference destination. Easy to walk to area locations of interest for shopping, and transportation easy to navigate. October 17, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent hotel staff and beautiful accomodations. This is a beautiful hotel with the most comfortable beds and wonderful views of the river and lake. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was out of this world delicious. We have definitely found our hotel for future stays in Chicago. Employees in the club lounge were great although the demand was impossible to keep up with. Don't know if too many club lounge passes are given out which diminishes service for your loyal guests? Rated 5 out of 5 by great brief stay In town for one night to attend a conference. Wish I could have stayed a week at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Location was great - walking distance to many attractions. If in town again, will definitely make this Sheraton home base. June 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very clean hotel Lovely hotel with easy access to Navy Pier, bowling, movies and downtown Chicago sites. The bed was comfortable and clean and WARM. it was very cold when we stayed but our room was toasty warm. Easy to get here from Interstate. Staff was kind and accommodating. Rated 1 out of 5 by Disaster waiting to happen 2nd year in a row that I attended a Convention with my team of 15 people. 2nd year in a row check in was a disaster due to either not enough rooms or rooms not being ready for occupancy at 6pm. I will take my team to another hotel next year. I love SPG properties but this one is a train wreck. March 5, 2013

The paint was peeling and the fixtures were outdated, One of the reasons we stayed here was because of the heated pool mentioned on the website-this pool is NOT heated. It is merely an indoor pool and this was a HUGE disappointment. December 10, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Needs better drains The bathtub drain needed to be cleared. Water drainage was very slow. Engineering was called in to snake the drain, while better, the water still didn't drain properly. I'm not a fan of standing in the undrained water. Please completely clear the drains... especially when asked. April 20, 2014

Concierge was great and they can seve you money on tours. Hotel is very close to the hop on hop off trolley and near bike tours and rental and architecture tour boat. June 20, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very Disappointed I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I have stayed at this hotel several times previously and this visit was by far the worst experience. I felt that the customer service was lacking. Some of the front desk staff were slow and incompetent. They did not follow through with request. December 6, 2013

Kudos to hotel management for a beautiful facility, outstanding staff, and an overall professional operation. I'm looking forward to a return trip in the near future. August 1, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Business Trip in Hotel I was in this hotel for a conference for 4 days without leaving the building... and was surprising pleased. The staff is wonderful and super friendly... especially the head bellman. Rooms are wonderful and clean. The conference rooms were great as well. Food was good and catered by hotel. November 15, 2013

Used concierge to get into famous deep dish Pizza restaurant with a group of eight and was able to bypass long line of hungry people waiting to get in. Rated 4 out of 5 by Very nice hotel and good location This hotel is nice. I think it may be up for a remodel soon as it seems like its getting dated. Mostly the bathrooms. The bedding was wonderful! Extra comfy! The Cleaning service was excellent and very timely! I appreciate the front desk staff as they were very kind and easy to work with. August 27, 2012
