Really the only thing that bugged me was that my room did not have any wash cloths. Plenty of towels and hand towels just not any wash cloths.

I was too warm through out most of the hotel and conference center. the blankets on the bed were too warm as well I kept waking up hot all night.

Extremely long lines and lack of recognition of SPG status and fact that my daughter's wedding brought over 25 rooms to the hotel for a weekend.

Stayed for girls junior national volleyball tournament. The hotel was very full, but very quiet. Elevator wait was the only noticeable delay.

Outstanding in every facet. Particularly enjoined the club lounge access. The meeting rooms were also superb. Overall phenomenal experience.

I loved the location of the Dallas Sheraton, it was super easy to leave the rental car parked and use the train, which was accessible right outside the Hotel. Parking was confusing. I didn't find information through my business travel reservation system, or in the room literature. It was learn as you go. The staff was very nice and pleasantly answered any questions. You should expect to pay approx. $20 - $30/day additional to your room rate for parking. Information in the room about the hotel amenities was slightly out of date, and there were no maps of downtown in the room. The TV interface provides some internet, but there was no keyboard to use this option. The room is set up for your own computer, which is a plus. Finally, something as simple as contacting guest services was unnecessarily complicated - the room literature indicated to dial 0, one phone indicated dial 61 and a second phone had a short cut button to call. Only the second phone short cut button worked, dialing 0 or dialing 61 resulted in ringing - but no answer. Of course, once contact was made, the service was great. The room is up to date - but the user interfaces aren't :0).

The Sheraton Dallas is a great place to stay. The rooms are outstanding, comfy beds, delicious restaurants, and in a wonderful location.

There were four elevators working for a twenty-six floor tower. It took me fifteen minutes to get an elevator one day. Not acceptable!!

The staff weren't very friendly. I had to wait up to an hour to get a response from requests to guest services. This happened twice.
