We used this hotel for location convenience, reasonable cost and a bed, the restaurant was adequate to get breakfast and a meal when needed. The Saturday night Prime Rib was fantastic.

Rooms are looking a little tired, but the bed was just heaven. TV in the living room didn't get a signal, there was a handle missing off one of the drawers and there was no blow dryer in the room. After calling twice to get a blow dryer, I finally got one. Also, I had to change my reservation and stay an extra day, but they couldn't link the two reservations - I had to go to the front desk and reactivate my keys. Odd!

Stayed 2 nights and both nights I woke up a 3am with a massive headache. I went home and had a good nights sleep without any headache. I do not drink alcohol so it was not that. I spent the previous 4 nights at a Suite hotel with no problems, checked in here and massive headache. Went away when I left the hotel. I am feeling that there is lead based paint on the walls or there is asbestos in the air as it is a very old hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful in a historical aspect, but definitely needs attention.

I'm a platinum member at SPG. I ordered a veggie pasta with extra vegetables and the menu listed broccoli, bell peppers and other vegetables etc as ingredients. However, I got my pasta with nothing except spinach in it. No one bothered to check with me if it was OK if it came with only spinach assuming they were out of vegetables and they didn't bother to apologize - neither did they do anything about adjustment in the check. They just didn't care about how you felt. Housekeeping was poor as well - they didn't bother to stock up on water (complimentary for Platinum) or laundry bags or lotion etc. If you asked for a bottle of water, you wait and wait before you get tired of it and go down yourself to fetch it and I'm a platinum preferred customer. I can only imagine the fate of other guests having no status at this property.

I loved the beds! Very comfortable. Shower was great. Robes in closet a nice touch. Had to wait longer than I expected for an evening room service order, but other than that pleasant stay.

Twice I booked a client at this hotel and both times when the client arrived they were told the hotel was sold out.
I then had to call the hotel work it out. But i already looked like a fool to my client.

My family and I were greeted by Ashley and I'd say it set the standard for our visit. Although there was some staff that were not great, Ashley's service was so exceptional that I overlooked some of the shortfalls that the hotel had.

Sheraton @ Cypress Creek is trying at least but they just can't seem to get all the holes fixed. After a poor stay three months ago, a gave it another try as this property is very much rate driven considering there is a full service Westin with many more amenitites less than a mile away on the same road. Always greeted very cordially by Annie, concierge and hospitality chief. Monique at the main bar very welcoming too. Housekeeping never came to my room the first day. They got close however, one room away but never made it to my room. The answer I received from staff the next morning was almost humorous-- in essence we apologize and will make sure they come in today. Duh- isn't that what's supposed to happen? Has for over 50 years that I've been staying at hotels.~ Annie was extremely apologetic and felt bad. She sent a very nice fruit, chocolate and snack plate to my room. Very nice. However, in the continuing 'we just can't get it right saga' by the time I got back to my room, a stray fly had camped in the plate. got stuck and couldn't get free again. Oh well, it was a nice gesture. They will get one more chance from me if the rate is right.

Hotel was older than expected based on pistures however it was well kept inside. Unfortunately, there is not enough parking space. On our first afternoon I came back to the hotel about 5:30 and had to circle around for over 15 minutes before i found a parking spot that contined recycling bins. Thank God both the car I rented and I were small because I could barely squeeze the car in and squeeze myself out. There were at least 10 other persons looking for parking spots as well, as apparently there was an event in one of the conference rooms.
Otherwise rooms were clean and spacious and staff was prompt.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will return in the future. The Club Lounge was a nice treat and the staff was very accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed here since our flight arrived late on a Saturday to Ft. Lauderdale and we couldn't check in to resort 1.5 hours away until Sunday. Nice place to stay overnight. We weren't there very long, so that's all I can really comment on.

My family recently had the pleasure of spending 9 nights at the Sheraton Cypress Creeks. The facility was extremely well maintained, the aesthetics were classy and pleasant, and the suites were spacious and comfortable. I really liked the the fact that the hotel had such "openness", meaning the elevators were windows, and the balconies to each floor was open, so it did not feel claustrophobic. The rooms were huge...and I loved how it didn't just feel like a "room", but like a large studio apartment. It was also a pleasure to come back each day to a clean room. All in all, the hotel is run very efficiently and we are so happy to have spent our time here. We would definitely come back!

Not up to the standard as Sheratons: Garden Grove, Chicago Airport, Ontario Airport, Elk Grove Village, and Phoenix Airport. Breakfast very below average, but front office manager ran out to speak to me as I was leaving-fine gesture.

I had a wonderful time during my stay, the reception was nice, but I was very disturb with the various disturbance on the last day, we had at list 3 attendance come to our room between 8am and 10am to asked when we are leaving, they seems to want us out of our room in a hurry, the check out time was 12noon. I was not happy about that at all. One of the attendance actually open the door without nocking. It was a shame.

The stay was good. The hand written letter from the manager was very nice! I do not like having to print my own receipt on a website that doesn't clearly show you a receipt to print!! If I have to print my own receipt because of your hotel trying to be "green", I stay elsewhere!!

I normally get well serviced at this hotel but this was a very disappointing trip. Iron was broken and after two calls and 45 minutes of waiting I finally left wearing a wrinkled shirt. Card didn't allow me into the lounge area even after they took the time to explain the new lounge area. My wake up call never arrived. Wireless signal kept dropping. TV in front room only got about half of the channels as the one in the room.

I truly enjoy this Sheraton property, from the rooms, to the open sitting area, bar area and especially the new lounge.
The renovation effort is a tasteful addition to the overall layout of the property. The only area that should be looked, is the bathroom. The size is a little small, and each shower I have seen has been in need of some renovation work.
Other than this the hotel is highly recommended and will be my stay moving forward!

Requests for additional room necessities were quickly met. Food Service. Restaurant Manager Charles Kelly's dedication to ensure excellence in customer service, far exceeded the vast majority of Five Star restaurants. There are many choices in accommodations and you would do well to choose Sheraton Suites for your stay..

Manager Sandos did more than expected to resolve the problems we experienced noted below.
Front Desk Staff Shantik always peasant and willing to help.
The Club manger was great and went above and beyond to help us out.
The pool was closed without prior notice to arriving guests. Issues with the pool didn't allow anyone on the deck of the pool area for sunbathing. The pool was on the last day of our stay.
No robes, no slippers, and only two hangers in the closet when we arrived in our suite. But the request for additional items was managed quickly by Shantik.
The toilet wasn't working properly, and was finally fixed on the second evening of our stay.
The printer in the Club Room didn't work during our entire stay (and no one appeared to know how to operate it or why it was not working) and we needed it for business while looking at real estate. The Club coffee machine didn't work the second day we were there for a three day stay, but it did get repaired during our last day.
Our suite wasn't cleaned one the first day, I returned after being gone from 11:30am - 4:30pm and the housekeeping hadn't come by. But a phone call to the front desk quickly remedied the situation.
