Absolutely fantastic stay for 25th wedding anniversary - the hotel and facilities are excellent and the staff across the resort go out of their way to make you feel at home - exceptional customer service - Special mention for Amado and Terrance on the front of house. The location on The Walk and a private beach are better than other hotels in the area. We stayed 5 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is within easy reach of the Metro so travelling was not a problem. The breakfast was excellent.
Can't wait to visit again!

I was traveling on business and stayed during the first week of May with another 2 collegues. We chose the Hotel due to its beach front location and amenities around it.
The hotel is not the newest one around however it is clear that it is maintained very well and cannot fault its facilities.
It has great food and beverage outlets and a favorite is Bliss which is their beach front lounge bar where you can chill out with a drink on the beach in the evening.
WiFi is free in the lobby but chargeable everywhere else.

Excellent location, breakfast buffet, massage facilities. On the negative side there were breakdowns in three areas: 1) the front desk wanted to send someone to my room for me to sign over Starwood points for each massage i had authroized at the spa for massages for my family members i wanted to treat; 2) when we had a guest who fell ill and needed some privacy while awaiting our airport transportation near midnight (some 2-3 hours) the manager at the front desk required checking into a room at full rate, with no flexibilty and no offer of privacy for the ill guest who had just recently checked out; and 3) two hair attendants in the salon were abusive and browbeating of a guest, bargaining for hair treatment starting at $800, and the working down to $300. Most unprofessional.

Probably my worst experience with Sheraton Hotels. The hotel really needs to close for deep renovation in all areas: common areas, rooms and especially bathrooms. Service does not exist at all. If you are waiting for some help from concierge forget it. There is no concierge and people willing to help are not competent. Also don't expect your room to be cleaned before 2 pm even if you leave it before 9 am. Finally the service at restaurants is not bad but expect to see dirty and/or oversized uniforms.

Super hotel with super beach which is most important in the hot weather.
Perfect service by the staff.
Only negative is that we had to pay the room in advance without any chance to get the money back in case of illness or any problem.We had to pay an extra insurance therefore.Secondly at the arrival they also took a large amount of money from my credit card for the eventual costs of my stay in the hotel.Why they do not believe the guests?It is possible all over the world to pay at departure.

As a regular SPG guest, I was impressed with the location and facilities on offer but personally disappointed with many aspects of the service which require a lot more attention in the future.
Usually we have exceptional service and are not difficult in our needs but unfortunately this time it was too noticeable & too frequent to not be disappointed.
We faced challenges during our check-in, with the front office management when attempting to alleviate issues and with the internal service staff.

A very nice and quiet hotel, right next to the Marina (5 minutes walk). The facilities are globally very good. The hotel, about 30 min by cab from the downtown area, is very nicely located, right next to the Dubai Marina with all its restaurants, shopping facilities etc. The hotel is not particularly suitable for families - as there is no kids club and the playground rather small. I would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

when we checked in there was a slight problem as we were promised a upgraded seaview i was denied one but i did persue it and the manager then got it arranged , after that the sail was excellent staff in all aspects , re restaurant , bar , room , pool etc and have to appreciate brians effort in making sure we were looked after and also julia from the restaurant , not forgetting laxman and ram , ashwin etc etc all good, def recoomened this hotel of yours to my friends and family .

i had an amazing experience @ the hotel when it comes to food, cleanliness,hospitality,Beach features,restaurants everything was amazing.
Reception Guys are very professional & had high sense of hospitality specially Mr.Hussein Suliman who showed & reflected a very good image for your hotel
My only problem was teh IT support who couldn't sort out my mobile phone issue with the WiFi so i had to pay data roaming because i couldn't activate the wifi service on my mobile

The hotel is well situated with private beach and large gardens. Hotel restaurants were very good standard and costs are fairly reasonable for the area. Staff were excellent and measure up very well against other Sheraton's I have stayed at. The club lounge is quiet and well appointed, Club rooms were a little disappointing when compared to other Sheraton hotels, although it was very clean and well maintained. My wife and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

For some strange reasons, this hotel is not able to take care of specific requests on booking like smoking room, room with an opening window or balcony.
I've stayed in many other Starwood hotels and never faced this issue.
The side effect of this missing feature is that each time on check-in I have to bargain for a room that match my requirements and as a result in most of the cases I can't benefit from the upgraded room.
Beside that, it's a nice place to stay.

We elected to make a short stopover at Dubai on our return to the UK from Australia, to relax and break the journey. The Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort hotel turned out to be the perfect choice for us. All hotel staff were polite and attentive, very courteous and professional - nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are excellent: the rooms are spacious and well provisioned, the bed very comfortable, the beach, garden and pool areas are very clean and well maintained and the staff are attentive but not intrusive. The food was very good, although we chose to eat out in the evening to catch the water fountain show outside the Dubai Shopping Mall. Travel to other main attractions in Dubai by taxi or shuttle is easy and well priced. A very relaxing stay, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering a similar short break or stopover.

This established resort has always been my favorite in Dubai, i have been a regular for many years now.
The staff is so friendly, hepful and welcoming, especially for families with kids. The food is simply perfect, and the whole resort has a great cosy feel while still remaining in the heart of the JBR action.
My son enjoyed the pool, the kids club and the beach during the day and my wife and I loved the atmosphere of Bliss in the evening (great margerittas).

Please offer an option other thank Ibahn. Every time I stay at a property with iBahn service, there is no service ... this time, the connection would not stay live for more than 10 minutes and any data transfer would shut it down, crash the computer and I would have to reboot. At the end of my stay, I could not get it to reconnect because it would not let me select an option ... it said I already selected but would not let me proceed. Extremely frustration

The Hotel is beautiful and has a very nice garden and beach area, which is not the case for many other hotels in Dubai. The staff was very friendly. I ate at the Arab restaurant one night and the food was not good at all, the lamb was very tough and the non-alcoholic drink that I ordered very over-priced. I didn't eat at the hotel again. The concierge was very useful and the hotel has some beautiful views. Try to stay on the ocean side and on a high floor

The hotel has great rooms and the staff is really attentive.
However, the provided access to desktop and printer (in order to print boarding pass) is OBSOLETE!!!!
The internet in the provided computers is really slow and the process in order to print a boarding pass takes forever!
In addition, the keyboards are old and dirty.
I am sure that the hotel can do better.
Otherwise, our stay was magnificent and we will recommend the hotels to our friends.

Hotel is old and tired. Way too expensive. Much, much, much nicer places in Dubai for way less money. One month after my trip and still trying to get the hotel and SPG to credit me with my earned SPG points.
Pool is way too small for a resport. Nowhere to seek refuge from the heat.
Do not spend the extra money on the garden suites. They are shoddy, moldy, and no where near a garden.

Firstly i must say that this was our fourth visit to this hotel and as one of our favourites it was extremely dissapointing to see how far its standards have dropped,
At check in when i explained that it was our 4th time and hoped we would receive a " nice" room i was told that it was Walk facing. I asked for different room and even asked to upgrade to Club i was told that rooms were the same and i was on h/b package so would not benefit from it.
Our room was dissapointing as very little storage was provided and the bathroom was basic to say the least. Rather than complain as i had at checkin we decided that this hotel has been left behind in the "new " Dubai.Having stayed at many hotels - we visit twice yearly - i saddens me that we have decided not to return to our favourite hotel.I also intend to replicate this comment on Trip Advisor.

we arrived late (2 am) therefore we had missed or lunch ( we haAsn d halp board included in our stay), the staff kindly offered full board for the following day to make up for it. We received also an upgrade on our room. The staffa were very helpful and the hotel features: outdoors, pool , beach, rooms, food, everything were fantastic!. I really enjoyed my stay.

I had an excellent experience and will visit it with my family next month.I spent 80% of my time inside the hotel and did not get bored at any time. The beach is amazing and the pool side is very nice.Food is excellent as well and the most important thing in Sheraton Jumeirah is the friendly professional staff.The SPA is very clean and the fitness room is great.If you need to relax and enjoy at the same time do not hesitate to book there.

I have recently returned from a break at this hotel with my mum. We had a beautiful room with sea view. There is building work near the hotel on the Jumeirah walk, but you cannot hear anything inside the hotel.
All the staff are fantastic especially on Reception. The complimentary Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby is a nice touch and delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as a great base to explore Dubai.

We were at your hotel on vacation, we had a club room, on arrival we were given a room already at 11.00 am, therefore, before we had a claim, which as positive / even though the room was on the fourth floor without a bath of Bliss ® /. With all the services we were happy, we all really enjoyed it, for which I thank especially big thank you goes to Mark Esguerra was very kind, helpful and friendly.
Finally, when leaving us but very disappointing approach Ksenya Mamedova at the front desk, there was a problem with our euro deposit, We asked for a refund of cash and we wanted to pay the account card, very arrogantly rejected us and their attitude and behavior ruined impressed with our stay at your . We have received the returned cash in AED, which was a problem for us because we had in the bank to do the exchange to the euro. Ksenya behavior was unprofessional.

My absolute favourite hotel in Dubai!!
The VIPClub is a must, fabulous bunch of people or I shall say friends working there.
In fact everybody at this hotel is very friendly , professional, charming and prepared to make you feel home.

After a HAUL through Dubai airport (nearly two hours), we got to the hotel to find our two rooms were four floors apart and my kids had a smoking room! They were so ill prepared for us which was so irritating as the reservation was made well ahead. The bedroom windows were filthy - could hardly see the view and the bathrooms are archaic for 5*. Definitely needs a re-vamp. Restaurant and minibar prices were ludicrous.

On arrival we were very disappointed with room ,service, attitude and general appearance ,I asked for another room, initially refused asked again moved to another room again not satisfactory,contacted GM issues we had with staff ,room ,restaurant ,food were rectified within a few hours.Service very good from all staff,food presentation and quality improved greatly,suite very good bathroom let it down dated ,bath badly stained ,shower curtain ,shower very low pressure.Club lounge staff excellent ,remembered our names and drink preference after first visit.Maitre de both of them very good also Kevin and Julia in restaurant at both Breakfast and dinner all excellent team members very attentive .Club lounge staff Eleazar and Mark in particular very good and helpful
Following Dany Dagher intervention our holiday became what we expected from Sheraton /Starwood and Dubai perfect.

This hotel is situated on the beach and has easy access to lots of resturants and cafés on the jumeriah beach walk. The gardens are spacious and well maintained. The pool was heated which was great this time of year. We upgraded to the club rooms and really enjoyed using the lounge. The staff in the lounge are friendly well trained and courteous at all times. The junior suite was spacious and the bathroom fine.
