Rated 3 out of 5 by Club Floor was just short of awful I have found Sheraton Club floors to be extremely convenient and beneficial...until I stayed at the Milwaukee Brookfield hotel. The food was awful. the selection lethargic. I can find better selections for breakfast at discount hotel.Coffee and hot water were only available during breakfast hours. The door was locked when I went for water. I was sorely disappointed that I paid an extra $30 each night. I will remember to never do that again! I was just at a Sheraton in Baltimore the week prior that was marvelous June 24, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Brookfield Sheraton The hotel has been recently remodeled and in a good location despite the large areas of road construction in the Milwaukee area. The television and cable were continuously not working but the staff seemed to be aware of it and responded accordingly. The bar left a little to be desired but there were many more options in the area outside of the hotel. Rooms were clean and remodeled and quiet. July 20, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by clean room/cramped quarters I booked the room with SPG points and received marginal service. Supposed to have Starbucks coffee in room - had to ask guest services for it first day and the second day the cleaning attendant said "no, only Folgers." Room was supposed to have a sweet sleeper bed - it did not and given the size of the room I don't know how that would have been possible anyway so the children slept on the floor. The gym however, was inviting and the pool water was clear. July 1, 2014

From Patricia and Amanda at the front desk to Lindy and Karen in the lounge, the staff makes me feel welcome and well cared for! July 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by sheraton milwaukee Nicely remodeled Sheraton and the bed is really comfortable. It surprises me that there does not seem to be any carpet cleaning while you are staying there. I understand efficiency but vacuuming the carpet especially in a newly remodeled hotel would seem a small price to pay to reflect the care shown for the guest and cleanliness. July 18, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Sink broken, light burnt out in bathroom For $250.00 a night this hotel was not worth it. The bathroom light was burnt out, and the sink stopped was broke. I had to take time out of my schedule to report this to front desk and when I checked out two days later these still had not been fixed/repaired. Again, for the amount of money spent per night and no free breakfast included thought that was not right. Not impressed at all!! Would never stay at a Sheraton hotel again. !!! June 23, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Expected More & room not what we had reserved The room we thought we reserved was 2 dbl beds & a sleeper sofa to sleep 6. We were going to the State Fair, as one of our daughter's 4-H projects were selected. We had 5 down on the reservation. Grandma decided to come, as the room was for 6. Well low and behold the room only had 2 dbl beds & the white comforters were stained - disgusting! Got in the room & my husband went right back. Someone at the front desk said we had a roll away that we paid for - not true, when we checked in no one said anything about a roll away & we NEVER would have gotten a roll away in the first place. Husband called from front desk & I spoke to representative - RUDE as heck, put me on hold 20 minutes when asked for mgr. Hung up went to front desk, another 10 min wait for mgr. She was nice, said would call back and try and work something out - had someone else call back and said hotel full and only could give one roll away. Left one person without a bed. First only going to give free rollaway then took $40 off of bill and gave free roll away. However, still ruined the night, no one slept well except the daughter that ironically got the roll away! The mgr of housekeeping came and looked at the comforter that was stained and did apologize and get changed --- but really this is a SHERATON & you think 1st class, not at all. Not sure where the room we expected went, but we know it said sleeps 6, or we NEVER would have gotten it, as we had 5 to begin with & travel all the time. Will NEVER EVER go back here. We also paid more for room by the pool & the sliding patio door was not on a track - there was no track, so my husband had to physically lift the door to open/close. August 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has great features I appreciate the fact that I was right near the elevator. I have walking disabilities and that made it so much better. I had very good food the whole while I was there. The room was clean and well cared for. I sat at the poolside with my grandkids and just relaxed I loved it. July 21, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Staff Your front office manager, Ashley was one of the best I have ever experienced! With a large group coming in and MANY changes made, she was AMAZING at getting/keeping everything organized. I travel often and own multiple business's and I would love to have her on any of my staff/teams!! The only issue we had was breakfast buffet starting at 7 and our/ARCA's WHOLE group had to be at the track by 7, so wish it would have started even by 6:30! June 9, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Very nice hotel. Located within walking distance of a mall and many restaurants, plus there is a Fresh Market near by as well. I only had breakfast at the SMBH but it was always excellent. Top notch reception and wait staff. The room was great. Quiet, comfortable, and a better than average shower. By far the perfect place to stay for business, travel, or vacation. I highly recommend the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield. June 13, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel needs some TLC... This hotel has a friendly and professional staff but the physical facility is extremely shop worn and in need of renovation. Carpets are dirty and thread bare. TV in the room did not work and required an engineer to assit. Bedding is polyester.i would rather pay a little more and stay somewhere that is updated and clean. When iI went back to front desk with questions all of the staff were kind and always smiling.The room were comfortable. Rated 3 out of 5 by Need More chairs, couches, in Halls Hotel is huge in maze format, need to put chairs in halls for handicaped, who can walk, to rest . Walking from bar, breakfast site, pool, etc. halls have no seats??? only by front dest and few here and there. I STRUGGLED walking on my stay, I am permanately disabled, complete hip replacememt, diabetes, arthritis, and few other, but can walk, short distances, then rest. Hope you improve this, thanks . Rated 3 out of 5 by Billing problem The accommodations were adequate and generally quite comfortable. The staff was friendly. However, the length of time it took to check in and to get receipts seemed unreasonably long. More importantly, two rooms were billed to the wrong credit card. Trying to straighten it out was burdensome, requiring 3 phone calls and quite a bit of my time. Overall, an average experience. April 29, 2014
