Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderfully welcoming stay Our host, Chrisopher S., welcomed us as SPG members and whisked us over to the desk for quick check-in and a thorough overview of the facilities. Lots to do for families but still elegant and professional and amenable to combining work and pleasure. A gorgeous view of the fireworks at Disneyland right from our room. We'll be back! May 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by this is great hotel with very warm people The boy who carried all the luggages for me and my friends, he's so nice and he all guide me to Maihama station for dinner and entertainment rather than my original going to very far away, and he refused the tips I wanted to gave him. What can I say more? I can't expect more, also all the staffs are very nice January 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Massage was very bad I ordered a massage service at Oasis on May 28 at 14:30. The massage therapist was very lazy; I noticed that he was dozing off several times. I wish I could get back the money (11500yen). I strongly recommend that you should fire him; he will damage the reputation of the hotel. June 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by My Best Vacation ever I was with my two daughters and my wife and we were unanimous that this is the best Disneyland Affiliated Hotel we have gone across 5 different hotels. The room was great, the staff were friendly and the over-all ambience was kid friendly. I look forward to going back on the 35th Year of Tokyo Disneyland. April 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Service beyond expectations I got personal attention and support during my stay between 11-16 June. My son had a very bad accident and staff provided prompt first aid, arranged travel to the hospital and assisted us during the nightlong ordeal. We could not have managed proper care for my son without the help in a foreign land. June 28, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Close to Disneyland Loved my 4 night stay. Very comfortable. The staff was very nice and professional. The only problem was the high prices for their on property restaurants. We ate only once on the property. I recommend eating in the Disney parks or the Ikspiari shopping area. June 11, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Need improvements to EARN my recommendation Hallways leading to guests rooms is smoke filled, even in the No Smoking floors. Need to install new carpet and paint walls to rid of odor. Need to have at staff at all times (2 minimum if you are going to maintain two lobbies (1st floor and 2nd floor). We arrived on 1st floor with no welcome host or staff member. You need a separate Concierge desk with a qualified staff member that speak fluent English, know many restaurants, shops and places to recommend (not just Disney ticketing). The buffet downstairs need to have more Japanese items on the menu. During our 3 night stay, we only had Japanese octopus balls. We are in Japan, you should represent Japanese cuisine along with the other international menu items. For the price we pay, each guests deserve it. Pizza and pasta fillers and rice is not satisfactory. You also need better menu available for late dinner, the price is discounted but still considered high. The rooms themselves are fine/average. Although some need renovations. Dolphin rooms are dated and need renovation. Had to be upgraded to Penguin room which was slightly better. Also, fitness room and swimming pool should be standard ammenities. No extra charge! That is an insult and disrepectful, when other hotels offer it as standard included already in hotel rate. We stayed in the Japanese style rooms which were a novel welcome and we were pleasantly surpriesd as to their comfort. We would certainly stay there again. Our only critiscm was the limited English TV channels for children. January 26, 2014

Nice Bedding and Wonderful ocean view from the bed when I wake up every morning. I'll recommend to my friends and hope to stay in the near future. March 12, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by A tad bit less than expected I visit this hotel about once a month, sometimes twice a month. I have long passed the state of visiting the Disney Parks, having enjoyed the rides countless times and unwilling to fight the crowds. Rather I visit Disney purely for the R&R of a day trip offbeat Tokyo and always enjoy the Sheraton. This time though, when I went to the Club Lounge I was informed the Club was full and put on a waiting list. Going to the Club is part of my ritual before dining in a hotel restaurant, after exercising in the pool and steaming in the spa sauna. Now I understand the laws of supply and demand. But the hotel should have a back up plan to recognize SPG members. I saw the Club Lounge receptionist prepare a large platter of cookies for kids on the waiting list, presumably them given waiting space with their parents in an adjoining room. Great, but how come no recognition for adults like my wife and I. At least the courtesy of being informed on check-in that the Club Lounge will be overloaded, so as not to waste a trek there. Just a suggestion for better service. January 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy access to Disney Easy access to Disneyland and decent size rooms. The buffet breakfast in the morning gets extremely busy so make sure you allow an extra 5-10 minutes as you will need to queue to get in. It does have an excellent selection though! April 16, 2013
