Rated 5 out of 5 by this is great hotel with very warm people The boy who carried all the luggages for me and my friends, he's so nice and he all guide me to Maihama station for dinner and entertainment rather than my original going to very far away, and he refused the tips I wanted to gave him. What can I say more? I can't expect more, also all the staffs are very nice January 23, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Staff need to improve English Proficiecy and learn how to take care of the needs of sole traveller I had quite a bad experience staying with Sheraton. Firstly, upon checked in at the bay station service counter, and unaware that there is no single double bed rooms, I have requested for change of room and the staff acceded to my requests and when I entered my room and still see a twins sharing, I was upset with the arrangement. It took the staff great pain to explain that there is no "available rooms". Staff should just say that the hotel does not have any rooms with single double bed. Secondly, upon checked out, I had to drag my own luggages to the first floor to take the airport limousine all by myself. There was no one who would offer to help and instead, they gave attentions to families. I perfectly understand that this is family oriented hotel yet you will still have sole travellers whom you need to learn how to take care of. January 9, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by A tad bit less than expected I visit this hotel about once a month, sometimes twice a month. I have long passed the state of visiting the Disney Parks, having enjoyed the rides countless times and unwilling to fight the crowds. Rather I visit Disney purely for the R&R of a day trip offbeat Tokyo and always enjoy the Sheraton. This time though, when I went to the Club Lounge I was informed the Club was full and put on a waiting list. Going to the Club is part of my ritual before dining in a hotel restaurant, after exercising in the pool and steaming in the spa sauna. Now I understand the laws of supply and demand. But the hotel should have a back up plan to recognize SPG members. I saw the Club Lounge receptionist prepare a large platter of cookies for kids on the waiting list, presumably them given waiting space with their parents in an adjoining room. Great, but how come no recognition for adults like my wife and I. At least the courtesy of being informed on check-in that the Club Lounge will be overloaded, so as not to waste a trek there. Just a suggestion for better service. January 8, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay with family Stayed 2 nights during Christmas season. Great hotel for stay with kids. Special floor with theme rooms. Quiet at night as expected from families with kids. Breakfast with plenty of choice and catering the young ones aswell. Evening buffet didn't completely meet our expectations but still great choice with kids. Room was nicely decorated and nothing negative. Only our view was a bit disappointing (next door hotel mainly) but didn't spoil the fun. Car parking in basement perfect and convinient. Overall very good and for sure coming again in the future when visiting next doors park. December 26, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by My stay at Shertaon Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel My family enjoyed staying in this hotel because it was big and comfortable. My son was happy to receive the Penguin toiletries set. We loved the designs of the Penguin interior as it was very lovely. However, there was no FREE WiFi available in the room. This hotel was near the Bayside train station which was only 3 mins walking distance. It also provides Disney shuttle bus. December 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Made amazing memory with my best friend I stayed at Sheraton Grande right by Tokyo Disney Resort with my best friend and we made an amazing memory! The hotel stuff were so nice and the lady who helped us check-in upgraded our room for free and we got to stay at the room which was on 10th floor facing Tokyo Disney Resort. The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and comfy, stuff were nice, the breakfast was so delicious, and I seriously cannot think of anything bad. Thank you for the amazing memory and wonderful hospitality! I will definitely come back here again :-) December 8, 2013

When we stayed with the hotel previously, the front desk clerks treated the guests as "trash." This time it's completely different. They welcomed us with friendly chit-chat and handsome treatment. The same things can be said about the restaurant staff and housekeeping. The hotel knows how to train the staff and improve its status with hospitality. December 3, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by Clumsy reception I had to wait for check-in. The reception was brusque and was not so comfortable. The wallpaper in the room was slightly peeling off and the carpet in the corridor was dirty. Since the kid in next room made a lot of noise until the midnight, I could not sleep comfortably. Using wireless LAN costed 1000 yen/day. But that was not informed in the information sheet in the room. Overall, the hospitality by the hotel was not so good. November 27, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Third Visit to Tokyo Disneyland This is out third visit to Tokyo Disneyland. No doubt Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay still our first choice to stay. We have not been disappointed for this stay where the hotel had arrange a suite room upgrade again for our 3 nights stay here in Tokyo Disneyland. The staff is still very kind and helpful which make our stay very comfort. It will be our choice of hotel again for our next visit. October 23, 2013

In addition, no staff for Starwood gold and platinum members even though they have a special counter. I did not feel no benefits for Starwood members at first. Rated 5 out of 5 by Always delightful We returned to this hotel another time for R&R just 1 kilometer walking and 3 trains door to door from our residence in Tokyo. In addition to its prime location at Disney, what stands out about the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay is its outstanding service, from leadership, concierge and reception staff to the room attendants. It is a pleasure to relax in the Oasis Spa. I swam 1500 meters in a lane all to myself. October 11, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very kind and helpful staff I was challenged on this trip by my lack of Japanese. There is a large staff at this hotel which I had many interactions with as part of registering and checking out, but also buying Disney park tickets, airport shuttle tickets, and eating at the restaurants. All of them spoke a little English and even with my total lack of Japanese, we managed to communicate well. All of them were kind and patient. September 15, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Service I've stayed here many times and always admire the quality of the service, which reflects excellent management. This hotel is a microcosm of the Disney Park itself, magnificent organization and guest friendliness from the concierge to the room attendants, who will always greet you with a smile and Konichiwa or Ohayo Gozaimasu. It is a pleasure to relax in this hotel, which I savor as welcome R&R from Tokyo where I work. Door to door an hour, three trains and a kilometer of walking to the train stops. Always worth every minute of it. My wife and I enjoy the semi-Olympic pool (25 meters) in the spa. One small item for continuous improvement. In the spa (Oasis), provide disposable or reusable combs. Cost-consciousness in this respect is false economy. September 3, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Excellent Services but.... It was my first time at this hotel and I am impressed with the overall services. Your SPG team and hotel staff at the hotel are exceptional. One aspect of the hotel facility needs a major improvement: Executive Lounge. I couldn't find the lounge initially as there is no signage anywhere. There was not enough food and when I asked if they had any more cheese and crackers, they told me they didn't have it anymore. The didn't even have Tobacco sauce. This was a surprise! The buffet at the Summit was forgettable. The food wasn't hot, limited selection but the staff was helpful. After the first day, we went to the first floor instead. When we took the Airport Limo Bus services, your coordinator for the airport (on the first floor of the hotel) spotted the issues with the initial purchase of the Airport Limo bus. The team upstairs didn't bother to ask me which airlines I was going to take and prompted me to purchase tickets for the domestic flight. The coordinator was quick to fix the issue and correct it before we boarded the bus. She made me feel that she was in control and I had nothing to worry about. Great Job! Rated 5 out of 5 by Superb Choice at Disney I have stayed at this property several times and it a superb choice if you are visiting Disney. Above all the service is outstanding, from the top down, from the General Manager to the clean staff, all of whom will greet you with a smile and a greetings. I enjoy visiting Disney for R&R from Tokyo but whether you are a short-distance commuter or a long-distance traveller I highly recommend this hotel. SPG recognition and friendliness are truly remarkable. On this trip, the hotel upgraded us to the Imperial Suite, 160 sq. meters, a separate "quiet room" with an exercise bike, 4 TVs, an 8 seat dining table. We had requested a view of Mt. Vesuvius to view the evening fireworks show. Our request was granted this visit and on other visits. The buffet in the Open Cafe is excellent, the space is ample and the service is superb. Visits to Disney are visits to fantasyland. Enjoyable in itself to see the joy of young children with their parents in the Open Cafe. Nice to see Japan birthing itself. A very minor comment for improvement. In the Oasis Spa, I wish they included disposable combs among the amenities or reusable combs from a box as common in most spas. Otherwise you have to bring a comb from your room. Really a minor point but mention it for hotel management edification. A father was drying the hair of his child and was confused without a comb available. July 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Fantastic Hotel May stay at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay was unforgettable , myself and my family loved every aspect of this hotel, its clean and tidy rooms, hotel facilities, the helpful staff and its location near to Tokyo Disney land. My kids love the atmosphere there and one of their big surprise was the characters room decoration and the Japanese pyjamas provided by the hotel. The staff was the most friendly hotel staff I ever seen, the go all the way to assist guest with big smiles. I cant cover all the good things about this hotel but I hope I can visit again in the future. July 7, 2013

He left however the chip wall was not fix...I ask him if he was going to fix it...he say no. The reception didn't even recognize my gold status when I check in...plus she was going to charge me for the Internet service even though it free for gold card member. I was really disappointed .
