We were experiencing heavy noise due to party happening in room next to ours, but staff was fast to resolve problem. I appreciated the fact that when I made reservations that Staff was willing to accomodate my purchase price according to internet deal. June 14, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Upgrade Staff was excellent. Moved us to a suite which was very large. Everyone was very friendly. Had to ask for eh Gold level "gift" upon checking out, usually it is offered at check-in. The club room breakfast shut down pretty early on a Saturday morning. Some refurbishing going on, but a very nice, relaxing property. May 23, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Extra charges? We have stayed at this Sheaton before. It seemed much nicer the first time. Probably will not stay again. The room we were in on this stay was cramped. There were 2 loud parties on our floor that went on until approximately 3 AM. Loud, drunk guests wandering the hallway. To top it off this hotel charges $10 for internet as well as a charge for breakfast. This is supposed to be a higher end hotel and yet all they seem to be is high end on the price and various fees. Much better accommodations elsewhere. July 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wonderful Staff! The highlight of the hotel is the staff. Friendly, prompt, and above-and-beyond service with a smile. The building could use a little updating, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. The SPG Club Lounge had great complimentary hors douvres throughout the day and evening. I'll be back! Rated 3 out of 5 by Bait and switch I found an add for this hotel on Living Social and called to ask about the promotion. The Lady on the phone was nice and professional and said the hotel could meet the promotion in house without a purchase from Living Social. Pictures showed a private balcony with nice furnature and a great view. I got a small dusty patio with a ciggerett burned set of WalMart furnature that had a blocked view of a back parking lot. The room was nice the bed was comfy but one of our towel had a nasty Yellowish stain on it and the picture in the restroom had some gross white spatter on it that made you wonder if the place would light up like a disco if you turned on the black light. All in all i had to remind myself again and again. "your on vacation, suck it up and have a good time" and when your on vacation. you don't want to have to remind yourself your on vacation. Just a touch on location as well. Add said "close to Santa Monica" and other locations. 45min drive time in light traffic is not close in my opinion. April 8, 2013

However, we were told on two occasions when we asked that breakfast was served starting at 6 am for the club rooms. We had to leave soon after that and were disappointed to find that it didn't really start until 7 am on weekends. August 22, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 Little things matter Disappointing hotel stay. Room had no toilet paper and TV remote did not work, to their credit, the staff did fix these items. In addition, we had to ask multiple times for coffee in the lobby, we finally gave up and went into the restaurant to get coffee. February 11, 2013

From the moment I looked at his name tag and we both realized we were Spanish-speakers, we launched into a wonderful repartee about the World Cup, Colombia (his native country), Spain (our respective ancestors' homeland), and life in SoCal. He made my arrival a pleasure and took care to let me know he would be at the ready to address any concerns I might have. A great stay! July 20, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Staff Always Had A Smile The staff smiled more and were more welcoming than at perhaps any other hotel stay I have had (out of 100's). The club lounge had a hot breakfast even on weekends, although only promised for week days, so I am sure there is not guarantee. July 27, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Service with a smile! My sister and I just returned from a family wedding. We stayed at the Sheraton in Agoura Hills. This hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. They not only let us check into a room early in the day but were always friendly and personable. We did not have a car but we did get taken to several nearby places from the complimentary hotel shuttle. The front desk people were always willing to answer questions and gave us great service with a smile. When we would hear them say, "have a great day", they meant it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Agoura Hills. July 1, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Convenient Hotel Right off the Freeway Fiance and I were looking for a place to getaway, not too far, but not too close to home. This was conveniently located off the freeway and met our very few needs for a short one night stay. We stayed on the club floor, which includes breakfast, evening hors douevres, and dessert. The breakfast had eggs, muffins, toast, ham, fruit, and oatmeal with brown sugar and cranberries. The evening hors douevres consisted of meatballs, cheese and crackers, and fruit. Dessert was just a 2 layer cake. It was meh. The club lounge is open 24 hours with a room key, and you can go in there for water or soda as you please. I did see a printer and a computer in there as well, but did not need to use it. The only downfall was that there was no honey or lemon for my tea. Oh, and we wanted to go swimming in the afternoon, but there were too many kids running around doing cannonballs. We decided to come back at 6pm, and there was no one but us, which was nice. I wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi, but unfortunately, it was an unpleasant shade of green. I didn't dare go in. Aside from the jacuzzi, good experience and good value. May 31, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by My Stay ** Wifi keeps dropping the connection. Sometimes the network is completely down for hour to couple of hours. I had to log off from a meeting. ** Free Breakfast at Club Level is under staffed. One guy keeps running from one place to another due to over whelming crowd. If you are late by an hour, nothing left to eat except cereal. July 21, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Conflicted I needed to stay one night to break up a long travel day. I called ahead to notify that my girlfriend would arrive before me and could I please arrange the gold status upgrade and gift prior to her check in. Welcome gift arranged, no upgrade. I spoke with Diana and requested a congratulations surprise for my girlfriend's arrival, as she had just completed a huge certification exam. Diana was awesome and delivered a card and goodies on a platter - very impressed! Facilities were nice, bar was decent, room was pretty clean. The AC however, was a huge problem. Without it, the room was unbearably hot at 2am. With it, a violent rattling every time it fired up - waking us up approximately every 20-30 minutes. Being after 2am and needing to be up at 6am, it seemed a lose-lose-lose; try to transfer rooms for less than 4 hours, sweat it out, or intermittent naps...it made for a very tired work day the next day. I even heard the neighboring rooms' rattling AC - perhaps it is time for a cooling system upgrade. Breakfast delivered exactly when ordered and as expected. Overall, the great staff saved this stay but the AC ruined any chance of a good night of sleep. January 24, 2013
