The room was awful. The A/C does not work at all and you are in the desert. The bathroom has no water pressure after two minutes and the water is impossible to get the temperature right. The hot water pipe burst twice while I was there eliminating any chance of taking a shower those days.
Ordered room service one night (Salmon sandwich and an ice cream). They called me after an hour apologizing that they sent the ice cream to the wrong room and it would be right up. Order came 10 minutes later and it was a caesar salad and ice cream. I just canceled the order and went to bed hungry.
Also, they automatically went ahead and signed me up as an SPG member from info. gathered on a business card but I already am one and now I have two separate accounts that I know I do not need.

I do like to go back to this friendly hospitable great establishment. Friendly great reception from the minute we arrive at the outside gate, until we get to our upgraded suite. Every single member no matter what their function is,so friendly and helpful. Then you get this magnificient creek view, a hospitable lounge and a breakfast with great surroundings and service. We go to relax away from home, to get more than home comforts.
I congratulate the manager and all staff for wonderful service.
This hotel inspite of its many years does not fail to please. Yes, I note that location and space prevent certain additional"would like to have", like limited space around the pool, but what it provides in quality of service and great hospitality goes a long way to make up for all that.

The hotel is lovely, a real gem. Not as nice looking from the outside as the newer ones in Dubai, but lovely on the inside including bedrooms. we had a creek view room, and we really enjoyed it. The staff do so much for you, and sort out any issues with no fuss. i went for my birthday, and when we got back to our room on the eve of it, they had just delivered a lovely cake to mark my special day. The pool is the one thing that could be improved, it really is too small for a 5 star hotel.

Special note for the staff, kind, efficient, well prepared, friendly. Most of the bell boys and the concierge Mr.Sudha remember my face and my name year by year, letting me feel as in a family. Excellent reception service for quick check in and out and perfect business center. The whole hotel is clean and smells good, the rooms are large and comfortable, fresh towels and bed every day. Great breakfast buffet. Fantastic location. I always come back and feel at home! Thank you!

All the staff from the airport pickup until checkout were very professional polite and courteous. The hotel facilities and restaurants are great (especially creekside), the staff and service could not be faulted and is what other hotels should aspire too. Special mention needs to said for Julio for all the extra efforts he made to make our stay more enjoyable and Desi at the Creekside restaurant. When I come back to Dubai I am definitely staying at this property again.

The club room was tired, the carpets in the room,hallway and by the lifts need cleaning. The room had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were left out and cold, not very pleasant when eating "eggs benedict"! Having complained it then took 20 minutes to replace by which time we were no longer hungry! The staff on the other hand were very pleasant and I would like to thank them for everything that they did to make our stay pleasant.

Nice location over looking the creek, this hotel has a couple of very nice restaurants, the Indian one in particular is excellent. Club lounge is way too small for the number of clubrooms and consequently very loud and not relaxing. Staff very pleasant and helpful though. There were refurbishment works going on in the room next to mine from 0830 to1900 hrs every day, nobody thought to tell me this beforehand or change my room. very noisy indeed.

The staff and service was very nice and attentive. The quality of the food was good in all restaurants and room service. The hotel needs some serious renovation, it is extremely expensive for the kind of rooms it offers as well as the quality and looks of the facilities. I will definitely not stay unless I have no other choice. Dubai is full of other hotels that offer by far better facilities, and they are 4 star hotels with much better prices.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel service was wonderful. The care and attention was top class! We enjoyed the ambience and quiet atmosphere, had coffee in the lobby, listenig to lovely piano music and generally appredciated the venue. Close to the Creek and lots of interesting places to visit and walk to during the day and night. Boat tours and taxis are plentiful and take you to wherever you want to go to explore! Will go again soon!!!

We stayed on points and got a nice club room. Classic in style and kept up to date very well. Very nice public and restaurant facilities. Excellent pool for some laps. Breakfast could be served until noon as many arrive in the night. The nice restaurant on the creek is closed from 3-7pm, whereas that's the perfect time the enjoy a drink on the terrace. Check in is very slow, although the staff is very helpful, must be an outdated system.

The Sheraton far exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was the best of any hotel we have visited in our world travels. The hotel staff was courteous and most helpful and cooperative. After the first day, the buffet and happy hour staffs remembered what we liked to drink. The hotel's attention to detail is a tribute to the management. If ever we chanced to be in Dubai again, this hotel would be our go to place.

We checked in two in the room there was only one pair of slippers and bathrobes which we had to call and ask for more.
There was no toothbrushes in the bathrooms.
The refrigerator was not working and they repaired which was still not working didnt call again as it was late and the next day we left.
The total experience was not good as it had been a while I had not come and I was not happy with the quality of the Room.

Staff are key, and at Sheraton Dubai Creek the staff are professional, genuine, and helpful in every way. Rooms are clean and well-stocked with everything necessary. The breakfast buffet is first class and covers the cuisine of the world.
The pool patio is spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The fitness facility is clean and has state of the art equipment. Sheraton Dubai Creeik is a fantastic place to stay in Dubai.

We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children and were all catered for and well looked after by the professionally trained staff. The hotel is very clean and comfortable,just a little old but renovations are being planned. We had great views from our Creek View Rooms and amazing value and service from the Club Lounge.Breakfast was the usual full buffet and very good. We would highly recommend and would stay there again.

The property has deteriorated miserably in service and appearance. We found the breakfast tables in the restaurant were never cleaned from the day before and even when someone left and we were the next sitting, the tables were not even wiped. The cutlery and specially the crockery did not match. We were given red wine glasses for white wine or for anything we ordered, even for a brandy shot - the staff were rude, short tempered and had limited service atticate as well as atticate all round. The only area that is still the same and very efficient and probably makes us and many other regulars return this property is the business room and the concierge service. The duty managers never responded to any of our requests or even had the decency to return or acknowlege our calls. All is all I was very disappointed with the level of staff atticate and lack of training and good manners.

Everything from the checking in to the general experience of the stay was excellent. With helpful, very cheerful staff, to the convenience of the 'club' room facilities. The 'club' room standard is a must with a bigger room, great views over the Creek and the 'Club' room lounge at your disposal all day. The complimentary airport transfers makes life a bit easier, especially on arrival. I would stay again.

Great hotel , services and features.
Rooms does not met the expections for a hotel of this level.
Even if located at 10th floor, your relax is disturbed by the rumors comings form the main street in front of the hotel.
Noise insulation is poor.
If the room is located near the lifts, (like mine) the situation is terrible.
Moreover, I was forced to change my room due to a baby that was crying all night.

This was a wonderful hotel. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and on their toes. Someone was always there to help and answer any questions with a friendly smile. The breakfast buffet was great. Everything you could want was there for the eating. Service as usuall prompt and with a smile. Your close to all sites, shopping and minutes from airport. ; ). Enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Arrived evening of November 15, with the Sheraton Concierge transfer car waiting for our arrival. Beautiful airport and hotel setting...everything seems new, less than 10 years old. Our room was ready for our night...clean and all amenities in place. I don't care for the lounge to be on the main floor of the hotel, rather than on our flloor...not a convenient access. Our concierge was exceptional. He saw us from a distance on our first morning, and called me by name. That's a great welcome for being in another part of the world. He had our morning tour and afternoon Desert Safari ready and made it flow beautifully. The restaurants and pool were great assets to this property. The staff kind and helpful for those of us who need to use the facilities after checking out and waiting for late night/early morning departures. Nothing but good things to say about this place. I highly recommend it.

Spent 5 days at the Sheraton Dubai Creek hotel. All staff were professional and very courteous. They were consistently focussed on delivering a high quality of service - despite the hotel closing down in July for 9 months of renovations, all facilities and services were maintained to a very high level.
In summary, a great place to relax which provided good value for money.

This hotel is situated closed to the creek, with an amazing lobby, perfect service and excellent staff. The rooms are spacious, have great features and some of them with a spectacular view over the creek. Breakfast is fantastic wiht live cookers and a wonderful terrace to the creek side, We spent there unforgettable 5 days with our baby Lucas and will come back next year!

During my stay, our top management stayed together and they want to have a service of hotel see off after check out. However, receptionist just said that please ask to the first floor for car reservation. I could not understand why she took poor care of the geust who stayed in Executive Junior Suite Room? I stayed for 9 night this hotel with more than 4 colleagues.

We wanted to stay right in centre of Dubai and not 25 km away on beach hotels and this hotel is perfectly situated with good views of the creek. The rooms are quite comfortable, breakfast has enough choice for every taste and staff very courteous. All the old souks are within walking distance as well as the metro station. Its certainly good value for money.

Sheraton Dubai Creek is a very high quality facility at a reasonable price, offering every convenience a short term visitor to Dubai can need, from restaurants, recreation, business facilities to transport for getting around town. The friendly and cheerful staff also make guests feel very comfortable, and inevitably feel sad when the time to leave comes.

As a Platinum member I don't always get such recognition as I do here. Every time I stay they make me feel special. They cannot do enough for me. They have always given me a great room and, more importantly, I always feel looked after. This hotel lets me concentrate on my work, they do the rest.
The lounge staff are brilliant, always smiling and helpful.

Upon my early arrival, I was given a very warm welcome. Offered good room with creek view. Although some necessary day to day items like shaving kit etc were missing but still good mini bar. Humble staff were always supportive. Nice buffet lunch in "VIVALDI" Restaurant. Overall nice experience with Sheraton Dubai Creek & Towers.

The Dubai Creek area is very convenient for travel to/from the airport, abd with the union metro station just a 5 minute walk away, the downtown can be easily reached irregardless of the traffic condition.
I definately recommend taking a club room to have access to the club lounge. The breakfast, evening snacks and happy hourare well worth it.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, we got hotel pickup and room service was excellent. The hotel is located directly on the creek and it is in easy access to many local restaurants. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The only downside to the hotel, is that it needs a little modernisation, other than that it is perfect.

Having arrived overnight and the Hotel being full, we were given a room as soon as one came free. Less than an hour wait - excellent and very welcome.
We were impressed with the Club Lounge facilities and the breakfast (especially the eggs benedict).
The staff were all very helpful and knowledgable and helped our stay to be stress free.

Stayed with my wife for 3 days as club spg.
Everything lived up to expectations and more . Stayed in room2017 which had excellent views , room was more like a suite . Conveniant for ferrys across Creeek.
Staff were excellent,, and happy hour with free drinks and snacks was a bonus . Would definately stay again .
