Rated 2 out of 5 by Very Disappointed We have stayed with Sheraton (in the US) before and were extremely disappointed with our experience in Fiji. There was nothing in our room to indicate facilities. The shower was abysmal and didn't work properly. No hot water on day 2. No milk left in fridge for coffee. Request for bottle opener/corkscrew took over an hour to get recognition...in the meantime we went to local store and bought one.Wanted to dine out at Ports o call and turned up at 6.20pm only to find restaurant not open...sign said open at 6pm. This experience has severely dented our confidence in booking with sheraton again. August 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Marvelous hotel Paradise couldn't be beter. On a lovely spot close to Nadi. (Only 25 minutes from the airport) you will find this well organised and comfortabel hotel, big rooms and a lot of pools, restaurants for whatever anyone wants. Easy going take away but also very distinguished restaurants. And most important very friendly and helpfull staf. They really comfort you. You'll have all kinds of rooms, with or without view at the sea, maximum two level. Though not having small children, they are excellent taken care of as well. Not only the hotel offers you several facilities but also a lot of travelagents easily arranged for at the hotel offer you marvelous day or half day trips. Rated 4 out of 5 by A great resort to unwind and relax A plug for the older generation. I was a bit concerned that we were a little too old for this resort type holiday (me in my 70's, husband in his 80's) but was very surprised to find even older people there and we were made very welcome. We were upgraded to a quiet room well away from the noisy areas and right on the beach. It was marvelous. So spacious and such a comfortable bed. (Pity about the clock which never did get fixed). The swimming pools were a disappointment for us though. Although very pretty, they were far too shallow, but great for the children of course. The adults only pool was far too small and only barely deep enough in the middle, no room for an actual swim. We swam in the sea when the tide was in (although those jet skies were a little too close for comfort) or strolled over to Sheraton Denarau Villas to use their pool. Overall though, we both LOVED the Sheraton Fiji Resort. ALL the staff were lovely. Courteous , friendly and helpful. We certainly would like to return one day. Note: WHY IS THERE NO "ON HOLIDAY" LISTED UNDER "PURPOSE FOR TRAVEL" Most people would be on holiday wouldn't they? September 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Premium Rates All food and drinks are very expensive especially with the 20% Tax added. The only reservation that I raise with regard to the hotel facilities is that there really is no adult depth swimming pool that allows a meaningful swim. The ocean is not attractive due to the murky water. September 11, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by This resort has many great features My wife & I enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Fiji Resort. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome & our 'ocean view' room helped to create a most relaxing atmosphere. Our room were extremely well kept & clean which is a big plus. The only negative part of our stay was our breakfast buffet experience - most of the food which was suppose to be hot was either cold or just warm, & the majority of staff were unfriendly or appeared indifferent by being more interested in what was going on outside or with their own conversations than attending customers (compared to other Fijian resorts in which we have stayed). We would stay here again, but would go elsewhere for breakfast. June 11, 2014

Enjoyed the beautiful views from our studio room and layout of the main entrance. Loved the bula bus and looking at the gardens as passing. This was our eighth stay at this amazing resort. Rated 2 out of 5 by Great location but not the best experience There is nothing worse than going on holiday and not being able to sleep well. The idea is to get away, rest, play and re-energize. We've come back more tired than ever. We were unable to rest during the night or day as there was a scratching noise in the walls. It sounds like rats as it would scratch for a while in a particular place then move across the ceiling to another. When we told the staff about their rat problem, they were empathetic and sorry however, they did not bother to do anything. We rather they address the problem or suggest a suitable solution. The scratching noises came and went most notably during the night from 12-4am and occasionally during the day as well. We even had to move all the beds to the middle of the room to try to sleep. My parents in the adjoining room did not have this rat/noise problem or it is possible that they could not hear it due to their noisy a/c being constantly on. The a/c system in both rooms is very noisy. Hence we do not turn it on at night. Also, their main restaurant doesn't change their variety much at all. They claim to have a different theme on some nights however, they just add a few different dishes. The majority of the food is the same stuff. As these two issues were of a large importance it is reflected in my star rating. The waiters and waitresses were always polite however more often than not, they don't seem to show much initiative. For example, when six of us are seated at a table that was setup for four, apart from getting more chairs, they don't bother to automatically bring more plates, cutlery and glasses. We have to ask them and even then they bring only one or two of the items requested, thus requiring us to ask again or several times. Finally, the big plus for this place is its location and it's proximity to the marina. It is easy to get around with a handy convenience store on site or an independent store outside the entrance and plenty of alternative transport to get around town. The pools and the ability to dine or walk between Sheraton Fiji, Sheraton Villas and The Westin was great and really offered variety. The staff were always happy to take you between the three venues or the golf course across the road in the buggy. We would be reluctant to return to this hotel. September 16, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Toddlers We went with our 3 & 1 year old and noticed you didn't have plastic cutlery for kids or plastic cups to make it easier on them. The meals are great for an adult but I still think that kids menus should be revisited to look kid friendly as well and have simple options available. Their could be an indoor play centre and you could have staff help parents with toddlers at meal times...in order to help with the feeding and then entertain them while adults eat. Ipads are a great way to entertain kids...if planes have them, hotels could have them as well for kids to use and return. July 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic stay We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheriton Fiji ... . The rooms are more than adequate and cleaned to perfection every day. Numerous pool areas mean that there is never a feeling of being overcrowded . A great location with numerous activities within a few minutes away . The staff are so warm and welcoming ... nothing is a problem. Would definitely stay again. August 27, 2014

The management and leadership is atrocious, impotent and incompetent. All of the wonderful experiences guests have are the result of frontline staff. Rated 5 out of 5 by welcome to Fiji We had the most awesome stay and will recommend to all our friends and family. The rooms are lovely, the hotel is so welcoming and has the lovest entrance and wonderful shops. The food is unbelieveable and the surrounds most relaxing and really fab that you can walk into other resorts cose by. I especially love the people of Fiji and the staff at the Sheraton are beautiful and welcome you like family. Thankyou for making our holiday the best we have ever had x June 28, 2012

We are going home today..just wanted to post this for all to see....this has been our best holiday in Fiji ever (5th time) first time at the Sheraton and the whole experience has been brilliant! The location,the facilities and most especially the staff , from the front of house to housekeeping to ground staff security and everyone in the restaurants and around the resort have been so friendly and efficient...Fiji time at warp speed ...they all care and represent the Resort with extreme professionalism and are indeed in the " hospitality" industry!! Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton say no more Excellent facility but the real assett is the staff. Arrived early morning (6.30am) knowing that check-in was not until 3pm but every effort was made by the check in staff to make rooms available (3 rooms were booked). One room was made available immediately with the balance by mid morning which was very much appreciated. Staff everywhere around the resort were very attentive and exceptionally pleasant (but not false) which is a credit to them and the training they receive. I have stayed at Sheratons many times but I cannot remember a more pleasant stay due to the staff. Thank you once again. May 1, 2013

Can also foresee that the existing toilets would have trouble catering for participants if all conference facilities are fully utilized. August 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great honeymoon The hotel and staff where absolutely brilliant, from the warm welcoming of the drum to the staff greetings. I can say that this hotel is kept in tip top condition the gardens are well groomed, path ways clean and spotless. The rooms are clean tidy and well looked after. The staff at front desk are very professional and friendly and always willing to assist at any time. Jeke, Mere T, Manoa. These three staff members should be applauded for there great work ethics, they are a great asset to your company that have made my stay a very enjoyable one.The only downfall was the prise of the food. Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel needs closer attention by management The wing we stayed in (1154) recently was tired, with soiled walkways, constant tree debris and left unwashed until the day prior to our departure. Our room's door locking system was virtually unserviceable and needed brute strength to lock the balcony door. There were lots of ants nesting around the balcony walls and the top of the planter had not been cleaned for a long long time! Attempting to relax on the beach front was constantly interrupted with the noise and fuel fumes of Jet Skis. July 30, 2014

The staff are amazing remember names and room numbers and very helpful. The food is good with plenty of choices in the buffets. The restaurant are also good with good food but very expensive more than Melbourne. The coffee bar is good but you pay more than Melbourne prices August 19, 2014

The hotel is tired and I think lacking leadership from Management. The staff were trying hard and doing their best but the combination of Corporate and Governmental constraints have combined to make my latest visit less than satisfactory. August 17, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by a relaxing weekend i just stayed a Sheraton Fiji Resort for 3 nights in room 1704 and i must say i was absolutely relaxed and felt so much better when i checked out on Sunday morning. i was not too please with my room as i thought it was not spacey enough for both me and my husband to work in but this gave both of us to an opportunity to escape from work for a weekend :) we had some problem with the TV not having sound, clothes line missing from the shower, no soap provide after 1st day of house keeping and tiles were very cold so slippers were not given. Of course on requested it was bought to our rooms. decor is amazing and the service and people are just great. both thumbs up for the team at Sheraton. see you soon :) June 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Great Escape Wanting just a relaxing holiday we found that at the Sheraton Fiji Resort. The accommodation, food, pools and friendly staff was exactly what we wanted. It was an extremely comfortable room and the fact that you can share the other three resorts was a fantastic draw card. We had the best spa day ever and were totally pampered the whole time. In fact we just did not want to leave and are already considering the trip back next year to escape the winter in Australia. Perfect people, resort and holiday. Rated 4 out of 5 by The Staff were fantastic as was the singing. We very much enjoyed our stay and the family wedding we attended. The quality of all staff was outstanding. The room however needs attention to small details such as the musty smell, worn out fittings and grime around the shower fixtures which were more of a maintenance issue (the unit was very clean). Rated 4 out of 5 by TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE We stayed at the Sheraton Fiji for 5 nights. The location is good, the facilities ok even though we had a number of things that needed fixing: The shower tap barely hangin onto the wall, then when that was fixed the shower leaked constantly and made noise which kept us awake at night, then the TV remote stopped working, the clock radio never worked at all during our stay and the air con was so noisy !! Very average room for the high price we paid and the services are ASTRONOMICALLY EXPENSIVE and the beer is almost double the price of beer back home !! Disgusting! May 14, 2014
