I had booked a Bi_level Suite 2-3 weeks prior to our stay. When we arrived they put us in a normal room. I called down to the front desk to let them know the room was wrong and I was told they weren't available anymore and then the girl said you must have booked it online. I'm glad I called down to the front desk because I was still going to be charged for the Bi-level suite. I was a little annoyed since I made sure they were avaialbe when I booked the room online.

After finding no availability we were forced to stay at another hotel for one night. We were attending a funeral and we just couldn't stay in the first hotel. We have stayed with the Sheraton Falls before and wanted to relocate. After finding availability online we were able to get a room for the remainder of our unfortunate visit. Despite alot of activty at the hotel this week, the staff was courteous and helpful and the room was excellent.

Outstanding Room and accommodations. We were traveling from Virginia and returning home to Michigan and this hotel has a great location right off the interstate and the room accommodations were terrific.

Hotel is in great location alongside river but also has nearby train lines that have frequent trains in early morning hours that sound horns. The facility was clean and well appointed. Rooms spacious and housekeeping does a great job. Staff extremely friendly and professional. Restaurant is great and highly recommend it. Large indoor pool with outside deck.Club room has access to deck overlooking falls on the river.

The hotel and staff are great. The major problem is the noise with the train that runs through and blows a horn every half hour which kept our family awake all night.

We stayed on the Saturday night before Mother's Day, and when we went to the hotel restaurant for the breakfast buffet, we were told that unless we had a reservation, we could not have a seat. It was clear the hostess was flustered and did not know how to handle the situation. That is terrible service for a hotel guest to be unable to have breakfast at the hotel. They should have advised us at check in that because of Mother's Day, reservations for breakfast would be required. Definitely not what I expect when I stay at Sheraton hotels, which I frequently do because of your pet friendly policies.

Our dinner from the hotel restaurant was so salty we could not eat it. We should have said something but were too tired. We brought it back to our room as takeout. Other than that we had a great stay and appreciate your dog friendly policy.

This is a good place to stay and the location is safe. The only drawback is that crazy train that comes through every morning around 5:30. (No wake-up call needed).

This is a nice hotel. We select spg hotels to utilize the club level and the amenities. The club level here is not worth the extra cost. Better off going minutes away for those needs. The hotel was not crowded, and as a result and it appeared to be understaffed by management. Close to everything, modern and clean.

We received impeccable service at this really nice hotel. From Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance, all were attentive and prompt to our needs. Beautiful falls view. Train noise didn't affect sleep once you've already fallen asleep. Super impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the suite. Super luxurious with spa tub, robes provided and closets and drawers in the bathrooms making getting ready quicker and easier. Had to avoid ordering anything "grilled" from the restaurant since it was black charcoaled lines affecting the taste. Other than that, the food and service at the restaurant was outstanding. Try the lobster bisque. TV channels reception on the upper channels not so great due to satellite dish issues. Wonderful view and wonderful suite. Fabulous and inviting pool, whirlpool, dry heat sauna and fitness center. Will definitely stay here again! Bravo!

This is a quality hotel and the staff is great. My only problem is that it's by far the best in the area (to include Akron) and it doesn't provide shuttle service to airport. Food was good, but room service a little pricey. View from dinning area is fantastic!

Though I seem to have a small problem each week (TV somehow got disconnected the 2nd day there), the desk staff, maintenence and restaurant staff are all very service oriented.
Now, if only we could get OTIS to come fix the elevator by the workout room!

During my 5 weeks at your hotel, I have not stayed in the same room twice. In ALL of the rooms, one of the TV's get poor or no TV reception. I reported this problem the first week I was there, no repair. I again reported this last week. My co-worker has had the same problem in his room.

Multiple kinds of filler pillows are made available. I was able to find the one that was perfect for me.
I was irritated that multiple days after the snow, snow had not been cleared from the entrance by the workout room. This should be on the daily check list for guest safety.

I'm not a complete expert, but my research of the Akron market found this to be the best option for the $$s. It is a little older and somewhat worn, but staff is friendly and rooms are still niice. Platinum received club level services (evening food options not great, morning had nice hot options but not fancy) and upgrade to "penthouse suite", a huge two-level apartment that overlooked the falls.

Stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night. Staff was extremely helpful. Took the kids to ice skate at a rink right across the street. Nice pool area as well. Room was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful restaurant looking right over the river. Have stayed here before and will definitely be back
