The food in the club lounge is good. They have a fixed menu and a few suprises some day. evening snacks is good especially the meat balls on monday.

The saff @ thre lounge on the 43rd floor are outstanding, they personalize my visit and certainly cater to my needs as a Business Traveller.

Upon arrival off the very busy streets of toronto we were greated with honking valet drivers and no place to even stop to get our bagagage. After we reached the entrance, no bell hop/no trolley was offered for our luggage. We were two of hundreds attending very expensive staff party.The line to check in was forever long, reservations that were confirmed were reversed for some attendants without one blink or consideration. It was a put up or move on situation for some attendants. The staff was orgainzed confusion; with nothing more then a voicemail to call for answers. For a hotel that holds conventions and large scale parties; I was beside myself at the lack of management available, and the big city attitude to accompany the front line workers. When I went to the bar for a drink i also ordered a soup and there was a fly in my soup, they refunded the soup, but the damage was already done.There were homeless people approaching some attendants at the party on hotel property, one man almost snatching a ladies clutch purse.......not safe! The room was descent in size and clean,and the bed comfortable..... I will give them that. Keep looking!

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip, great service and location, excellent workout facilities. Bed was comfortable and room well accommodated.

My reservation got booked incorrectly and upon arrival, I discovered that I was scheduled to check out a day earlier than my flight left Canada. The woman checking me in attempted to extend my stay, but needed a managers clearance and assistance due to full capacity of the hotel. A manager could not be found, but she left notes in my file of the issue and assured me it would be handled promptly. After no resolution after several hours, 5 to be exact, I contacted the front desk to be told that at this point of the evening, my room type was completely sold out for the next night. I would have to check out the next day and hopefully check into a different lower level room after 3 pm. Not an easy task, as I was there for business and had meetings from 8 am to 3 pm the following day. It was extremely INCONVENIENT to have to switch rooms in the middle of a 2 day stay. I felt that my problem was IGNORED and had a manager tried to address it sooner than 5 hours after my check in, a much less inconvenient outcome could have been achieved. I doubt I will stay at this hotel when I return in July 2012 for the conference I was there to plan this trip.

This was a theater package purchased and the whole experience was great. The room, theater tickets and the meal @ the Hard Rock cafe. Recommend.

The bathroom floor in my room was dirty and the shower didn't work....the fan was very noisy....it was very disappointing considering the cost.

This hotel is great and an ideal place to stay. The shops and restaurants are inviting places to visit. The hotel staff was very accommodating.

This was after the bellhop gladly took my 500 tip from car arrival.

The last 2 times I have used this hotel I have run into 20-30 min check-in lines. Put more staff on when you have 40 people waiting in line.

Except for the bed, all was good. Bedding is old and needs replaced and the Mattress was very uncomfortable. I could feel the coil springs!

I have stayed at many hotels and this is by far the most mickey mouse customer service i have ever received.
I wanted to Cancel my rooms on Friday Feb 8th due to severe storm condition. I called in around 1230pm that day saying is there any possibility of canceling my rooms. The lady said yes we are allowing cancellation due to the storm. I was happy at this point. After all was said and done the lady said you booked through hot-wire but that should not be any problem because i will get them to notify you and refund your payment. I asked for this in a conformation email because i knew this would happen where this hotel seemed to have lost all indication that i called in on Feb 8th. I have called this hotel 5 times and each time they say someone will call me back ( which never happen ). Finally i spoke to a nice girl that was managing and she said basically told me it is out of her and hands in hot-wires hands now. All i can say for this hotel is that they do not care and use lying as way to end calls with their customers. I hope that i am the only one who has been treated this way Because business will be lost. Mine already has been.
