Rated 4 out of 5 by Mrs angela The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and really couldn't fault it except I found the drinks and meals extremely expensive and could eat out at 1/2 the price which we found most people where doing , as bars & restaurants are empty. Also on arriveing after 14 hrs of traveling to be told your room isn't ready ( which I understand ) but to come back at 3 no member of staff offered to show us around or take us to bar for a drink etc just left in reception which I think is extremely bad customer service. Rated 5 out of 5 by Fab We had a wonderful week here and will definately be back, the staff were all great from reception through to the lovely lady who cleaned our room. Generally the guys manning the towels removed them if there were no belongings but first thing there was the usual bagging of sun beds and no-one appearing to use them for several hours. The gardens provide lots of interest and the walkways shade between buildings. April 18, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Stay Beautifull beach and pool. Wonderfull garden. excellent trained stuff, very polite. BUT: when I come in the restaurant, where are no customers neither inside, nor outside and I would like a table on the terasse to smoke after my dinner, I do not like to be seated in the back and last corner with the comment: Maybe other customer will come and feel disturbed! By the way: the whole evening we were alone in the restaurant. But after all we will come back and we enjoyed our stay. March 20, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Friendly and welcoming Every time we visit Sheraton Krabi it feels like coming home. Everyone from management to individual employees make us feel like family. This starts immediately upon checking in! Everyone has a smile on their faces and are always willing to help. The beach and pools areas are peaceful and well maintained. Try and get a day bed by the ocean and watch the world pass while enjoy the gentle ocean breezes. Rooms are very nice and the beds are Sheraton sleepers. Very comfortable for a good nights' rest. I would suggest upgrading to Club level. This will provide you with a quiet place for breakfast and evening cocktails. Well worth the cost. The staff in the club are some of the most attentive people I know and always go out of their way to ensure your needs are taken care of. Thank you to everyone for another great stay. Rated 5 out of 5 by Absolute heaven total relaxation We have just returned from an absolutely fabulous holiday at the Sheraton Krabi. What made this hotel special was not only it's impeccable standards but its exemplary staff who provided excellent service always with a cheery smile. The staff in the Club room namely Prinee and Saron (I hope I have spelt their names correct;y) were particularly helpful and if the Sheraton have an award for employee of the month they should be nominated for their consistent outstanding care of their guests. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel with nice beach and excellent service We stay 3 nights at the hotel during 14-17 Feb 2013. The bedroom is very well designed with comfortable bed. All staffs tried to meet your need and request. Everyone is so helpful. The beach is clean with clear water, though the sand is not as white as Karon Phuket. But overall this is very nice beach I swim everyday. My daughter is happy playing in kid club. The staff in kid club is very attentive. Breakfast is also good. Overall we love everything. It is very nice vacation we love hotel as well as Krabi. February 18, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Some service must be improved! This is not the first time I visit this hotel when I travel to Krabi. However, this time many things seem not to reach my expectations. To describe in detail; - We can't upgrade room this time (which is acceptable due to busy period) - Late bag delivery. We reached the room for more than 15 mins then there was a call to ask which bags we looked like? - Broken bathroom slide door. We didn't even know it was broken until there was a staff open our room "without knocking". I'm still wondering how can you guys provide us a broken room. We decided not to fix that door cause we already take off our stuffs from our bags. - Later on, when we checked room facilities, there was not enough drinking water. And there was just "one bathrobe". We got to call operator to ask for those stuffs. - After first dinner, surprisingly that our room was NOT turned-down! - Moreover, we experienced an "Unprofessional service" from Malati restaurant; no napkin, we got to request for that. No menus for us - we asked them for menus for "3 times". Above than that, very late food happened here as well. However, service from Sheraton club staff goes beyond expectations. Rated 5 out of 5 Good hotel I liked the hotel. It is in a quite sourrounding, not busy or noisy like other locations, that is why I choose it. No vendors at the beach, no vendors at the sidewalks near the hotel. I liked the breakfast, it was very good, the coffee was exceptional, the best coffee I ever had. I'd love to hear what coffee brand they use. Staff was always friendly and helpfull. I didn't like the bed at the hotel, the matress was too hard, I had pains while sleeping and the next days. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Experience You really get awstrucken by the huge garden like atmosphere. The chirping of birds in the morning is a rare experience. The staff is very responsive & friendly. The food also is good specialy we enjoyed variety at Mangosteens Buffet dinner. The restuarant near the kids pool offered great snacks. We really loved the chicken wrap. Kids could also enjoy at the kids club and the nice beach. If you are looking for cheaper options there is enough thai and indian cuisine nearby, massage and private taxi. April 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great value Booked the hotel a few months ago, check in was smooth in the lounge, went for lunch in their Italian restaurant and found the food is very average so I never go there for another meal during my stay, the Magosteen restaurant which serve breakfast and international food is much more better, generally the services and staffs in the hotel is good. We got room upgrade to their standard suite thanks to Ms. Penappa, the room is big and modern, huge bath tub and my kids like it the most. Lounge serve good selection of drinks but food will be limited, staffs in the lounge is great, Ms. Saroh was very freindly and cheerful person. The pools in the hotel are big and with great sea view, beach is clean with soft sands. Kids club might need some upgrade. Generally it is a enjoyable family trip for me. July 24, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful I spent 1 week at Krabi Sheraton with my wife and 10 month old daughter in June. I also took this chance to celebrate the 4th anniversary. As a Platinum member, we were upgraded to suite and hotel arranged welcome sparkling wine for my celebration. How amazing! The staffs in club are very nice and they always make my daughter laugh. The facilities are also good, garden, pool, and pingpong! The food are also ok, Pai Thai (can't remember clearly), fried noodle with eggs, are delicious! June 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by it's indeed 5 starts hotel Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton krabi. All the staff were very friendly and hospitable from the security guards, to ladies at kids club. I requested for a bday cake when booking a hotel for my husband (we holidayed at krabi to celebrate his bday) and we got the cake delivered to the room complete with candles. Despite my request to charge it to the room, the cake was free and oh soooo delicious ... Overall, happy customer and we will be returning to krabi and to sheraton (for sure) May 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Gorgeous and Massive Hotel I really loved staying at the Sheraton Krabi because the hotel is gorgeous and quite self-sufficient in terms of the facilities and surroundings. The beach is calm and secluded and the infinity pool is perfect. The activity pool was a little dirty, which was quite disappointing considering it is a 5 star resort. The hotel restaurants are really well designed, but not great in terms of the food offered. We were disappointed with the starters we ordered at Martinis as the chicken was really dry, chewy and over-cooked. The hotel staff made a small apology, but again it wasn't sufficient considering it was the Sheraton. Also, there was a huge Indian wedding at the time of our stay, and the entire staff seemed to be busy catering to their needs. The pool was closed for a day, which was inconvenient for us. Rated 3 out of 5 by Sheraton Krabi experience I like the location of the hotel. Beach and pools were excellent. My room needed an upgrade. Bathroom was not designed with the guest in mind. Example: the bathroom towel bar was too high up over the bathtub and that was the only one in the bathroom. There is no hot tub anyway. I was disappointed with the dinner buffet. All we had was Thai food and selection on entrees and dessert were very limited. For the cost, we would had preferred to eat out at a restaurant somewhere else. December 23, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by It's sooo relaxing..... Warm welcome, great park, wonderful beach, good size pools with spectaculair ocean view. Our room had a good size with a great big bed and a beautiful garden view. The breakfast had a lot of good choices. Restauranst not used. Pool-Garden-Service-Front-Bar staff was always smiling and very helpful. Thank you! Club lounge was perfect organized and all the staff was very friendly and very professional. A big thank you to all of you. We had a good time at the Sheraton Krabi. September 22, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very ordinary experience for the price paid The shower was leaking and the whole bathroom got wet each time somebody showered. I complained to the front desk and they had the bathroom cleaned but did nothing about the problem. There was no attention to detail. The curtains did not close properly and hence there people could look into our room from the sit out. There was not enough light in the room and bathroom. It became really difficult to shave due to the paucity of light. All in all a very ordinary experience. May 20, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful property The landscaping of this property is stunning! They have 2 very nice pools and a huge lawn covered with whispering pine trees. There are 3 restaurants onsite, to meet every taste. We mostly ate at the Mediterranean style Geckos, which had delicious food. There was a wedding while we were there, and it looked like the hotel did a fantastic job for them. This is also a great place for families as they have a kids club with activities. February 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent help from the staff My grandson of 2 1/2 year was not well at night,around 2am,we call the reception,they took great care of us providing the van at that wee hours of the night and took us to the clinics at Aao Nang which was 25 minutes away to see the doctor,I would like to thanks all the staff concern for their good care during our stay,from house keeping to the driver,especially the night staff,the manager,for their respective service.We sure will return here.Bless you all. Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has great features This hotel is beautiful. The first impression was of the reception staff who were very friendly, polite & helpful. The bedrooms were of a good size and were modern.The restaurants on site were clean and had a good menu choice. The gardens were picturesque and so well maintained.The use of buggies to get around, if needed, was a nice touch.There are 2 pools one with a sit up bar, really nice. The beach was lovely, so quite & clean. Loved it. January 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Below expectations, far away from City side As a SPG gold customer I have been dissapointed during my stay in Sheraton Krabi hotel: - staff week knowledge of English - no room upgrade or reading the prefferences according to bed during check-in - not profesional check in (person was a SPG specialist, sic...) and check out - 30min problem with invoice despite that I leaved the special blanquet data to fill during check in, but no one prepares them before. That was annoying. i even have to show the staff that the data were leaved during checkin what was checked by some person during check out and was true - shuttle bus for a fee, shock!!! Far distance from Krabi town and even Ao nang. Why in hotel name is word Krabi...? Nothing in common because of far distance - nearly nothing ( restaurants, bars sth to do) around the hotel - booked by me sea view room has nothing in common with sea view - sea view was only from lobby, if I know that before arrival I will book club room ( for ex. the Khao Lak LM is not offering seaview hotels becuase they do not have nothing in common with real seview) - allowance for residents to take away a lot of food from breakfast - beach towel reservations of bed ... - unacceptable in Europe - no information about motorbike rent, is there even any? In plus: - arranged beach, staff is taking care of it - nice pools with 15cm depth deck to laydown in water - polite senior management - Mr. Gym;) from fitnes center & Thai Boxing teacher - good brakfast quality & offer despite of staff/cookers no english knowledge - nice view from lobby April 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by relaxing getaway My husband, my 2 daughter 21 & 19 and myself have just come back from 11 night stay at krabi sheraton. The resort was beautifully set out and on a very good beach with a number of restaurants within walking distance. Spent most of our time around the pool and on the beach and ate out every night. The shuttle into Ao Nang was very useful for trips into somewhere with a bit more life. Breakfast was excellent and varied and of very good quality. The staff attentive and always helpful but perhaps not as friendly as i had expected. However. this maybe something to do with language barriers. The trainee managers were excellent and extremely helpful, very nice to see young people being given the opportunity to shine and develop professionally. A real shame there was not free wifi everywhere in the complex. We really enjoyed our stay and would definately return. January 26, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Fix the wifi please The overal resort is fabulous due to the large private beach and spacious pool. There were two inconveniences which put a little dent in our experience. 1) we had a tour scheduled to leave at 8AM, yet the club breakfast was not available to be served until 8AM, therefore we had to go on the tour without breakfast. #2) wifi in the room was not working and was not relaiable. Otherwise I recommend the resort. Also, the bed was not a sweet sleeper bed. November 6, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Club Lounge Had access to the Club Lounge which was amazing each evening - Saron and Babe ensured I always had a glass of champagne and that I was okay. My only negative feedback for the Club Lounge is the children....I understand people have to travel with children but just feel that locations like Club Lounges should be children free zones or at least guests advised that children must stay seated (and it be enforced) at all times and to watch the noise level. Rated 4 out of 5 Heaven on earth I really love Sheraton Krabi. It is like a heaven on earth. Beautiful beaches. However the huge area also make us need to walk for quite some distance to get to the beach, pool, restaurant etc. Another bad experience from my partners at the breakfast area is one of the plate he took wasn't cleaned. There is some jam or source stick at the bottom of the plate. However I think this is a single case. I am missing the day I had at Sheraton Krabi now. August 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 The hotel is every thing and more I was impressed when the hotel did a room change for me instantly upon request. The facility are very well maintained, especially the beach and the swimming pool. Rooms are clean and tidy. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff will meet your requests almost immediately which was impressive given the size of the resort. Only fault that I could find was that not all the staff were welcoming. Some had frowns on their faces when talked to. July 30, 2013
