I recently was a guest at the Chicago Sheraton Hotel & Towers for a conference in a nearby hotel. My stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the location was very convenient to everything I needed and wanted to do and see. I was there during rainapocalypse (mid April 2013) and the concierge helped me get to the airport despite rampant road closures. I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were very pleased, beautiful and comfortable atmosphere. We loved the view from our very clean and lovely room. The food and coffee at the hotel was excellent! Very convenient location to the lake, Navy Pier, and close to shopping. The outdoor promenade on the waterway is a big plus for walking or sitting down to relax by the water, very calming place in a big city atmosphere.

Second great experience with this property this month. Front desk manager goes above and beyond to make it a great stay.
The location is also excellent for getting around the windy city. It has become my favorite place to stay in Chicago again!

I was travelling with my dog , who was doing conformational shows in the area. The staff were very accommodating and pet friendly .the hotel was well maintained and well located. Chicargo is very pet friendly.

there was gum or something on the carpet which I reported to housekeeping and was not cleaned or picked up. part of one of the curtains was not connected properly and housekeeping said they would report it. we opted to have bed linens changed every day not sure they did as the corner of the left top where I pulled out from the mattress hung there for 4 days, and I was locked out of my room at 9:30 am way before the checkout time and I had to get security to get me back in. the registration was already in the next persons name and I could not use the room key or the club key

My first of two stays this month, and I must say this place has changed. The staff go above and beyond and made me feel most welcome - I loved the very personal touch of being greeted by name when checking in and throughout the stay.
I had a bad stay here last year and promised to give this property one more chance and boy am I glad I did. They have done a complete 180 and took the constructive criticism and put the luxury back into this hotel.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were great - from the hospitality staff to restaurant servers. My room was always clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud -truly!
I want to comment the concierge staff, especially Albert, who was always there to provide me and my friends with good advice and directions on places visit throughout the city. It was truly a great hotel stay! Would highly recommend!
