Rated 2 out of 5 by Just Okay The room we were given was not in good condition. I don't think anyone stayed in that room. The carpets had huge stains and dirty. There was no bed skirts. The lamps and radio was not plugged in. There was a stack of towels in the bathroom. I wasn't going to complain but when I started to hang our clothes, the hangers were dusty including the luggage stands. I wasn't about to clean the room. Why were we given this room? I don't know? That was not a good idea. We were given a better room after that. The carpets still had stain and the room was so outdated and needed upgrade. They should have given us a better one especially after being given that first room. Just horrible. December 18, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Perfect location to inner harbor delights The day I arrived there was no water...ANYWHERE in the hotel. That evening it was restored but came out very opaque brown for another day (Uggggg)...you can imagine what I couldn't do for over a day...like shower.. That evening, after I had remained away from the hotel as much as possible, the elevators quit for a couple hours. I appreciated the modest refunded rebate on my bill (it didn't compensate for the essentially-missing access for a day) and understand this happens but the hotel appeared to have high occupancy and doing the water and elevator work may have been better some other time. Rated 3 out of 5 by Mr Ranger The hotel was classy average. We liked the room. The common lounge on the 14th floor had an ok food selection. Missed the waffle machine everyone else has. The room smelled bad all the time. We ate in the Grill for our evening meal. It was freezing inside. The food was great and the service was so slow we were on our way over to pick up our order that was sitting on the counter. There were less than 10 customers in the grill at the time. No excuse. I was disappointed that we had to pay for internet in the room. In order to get free internet you had to go to the first or second floor to use it. The valet parking was tops. Warning! Parking is expensive. There is no free parking. January 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Very much a people person hotel. Even thought the food variety and delivery was poor the overall hotel staff more than made up for it. Scott and crew from av were exceptional and the front desk staff was great. Tally was always there and more than help this was greatly appreciated. Michael with set up and take down always brightened the day with his smile. For some reason one night I wanted a bowl of olives and some club soda. It arrived promptly and with a smile. Johnathan's (spelling) help when leaving was great and the entire front door staff was also. We need a tad more work done with the room cleaning staff. Thank you. Mark L June 28, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed.... Room was 76 degrees and nothing I did cooled it off...had the air on in March, fan on high, and it was still uncomfortably warm. Request for "gift vs points" upon check in was ignored (gift was selected but never delivered), invoice wasn't emailed despite my profile requesting same. All-in-all a disappointment, which has been my typical experience at Sheraton properties. March 13, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Business Stay May 5-9, 2013 I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were very clean and always well stocked with the neccasary items. Very nice upscale hotel. The hotel personnel were fabuous. The only negative would be the dining. The food and drinks are so expensive that you need to eat outside of the hotel. This is especially true for the breakfast which charges close to $5.00 for coffeee and the same for orange juice. I also think that the hotel should offer free coffee in the lobby. All and all, I would stay at this hotel again since it is located within walking distance to the stadium and inner harbor. May 10, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Daughters 16th Birthday party I had decided to have my daughter's 16th bday party with 8 girls downtown Baltimore. The hotel was VERY accommodating. It was FAR beyond my expectations. I wanted adjoining rooms. I was told they had a parlor like room in between two rooms. I expected some little living room. When we got there it was this huge room with lots of room for girls. They also offered to decorate for me and I brought them decorations and they put up. My daughter had the BEST party ever! The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you for helping to make this event special! July 21, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by club level Booked two rooms since I was with my family. Booked this hotel specifically because the club is open on weekends. The club was open in name only Breakfast was in the hotel restaurant and was so bad we did not go back the second morning The snacks and cocktails were not available you had to go to the hotel bar The club did have beverages but they were not replenished by the second day The hotel was empty since it was the weekend before christmas I was not granted my request for connecting rooms which bothered me also sent a detailed fax to the manager who has yet to respond January 4, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 Nice, but not specail Great location - short walk to Inner Harbor. Room clean and pleasant. Could have used a second bedside table. Was disappointed that there was a daily charge for WiFi connection in room. Should not be the case in this day and age - especially for SPG members. October 28, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect view, perfect room! We were able to get a room for the saturday following valentines day on VERY short notice, and we were upgraded upon arrival to a harbor view room. This room had the most amazing views of both the inner harbor as well as camden yards and ravens stadium. It was a short and easy walk to the inner harbor which made it nice to not have to worry about parking. My wife and I went on a spirit dinner cruise on the inner harbor that evening and it made the walking trip very nice. All in all very helpful staff as well as PERFECT location. My wife and I could not have been happier! February 17, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Not up to speed The first room I had was not vacumed.When I closed the curtains I saw a large, what looked like blood stain on the curtain. I called customer service and the gentlemen was most apologetic. I was upgraded and a kind bellman moved my luggage to another roon. The next day I noticed a hole and dripping above the toilet. I was offered another room, but since I was leaving the next day and enginering said I was in no danger, I stayed. Everytime the A/C unit would turn on a loud clanking noise followed. Needless to say I was woken several times through the night. August 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great stay close to inner harbor & Orioles Park I stayed here in mid august for the Yankees series. the location is great and the view from inside my room was exactly what I asked for. I paid to upgrade to the club floor and club room and the food and drinks in a word ENJOYABLE. I met 1 of the managers on duty Chuck P. and he made me feel welcome as a long time SPG member. The bellman are nice to deal with and the front desk staff took care of my every need. I hadn't stayed here in many years as I don't get to Baltimore too often. The stay was relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and im trying to come back im September for the next Yankees series but they are sold out. im going to try my best to stay here again. that's how much I enjoyed my stay. Rated 4 out of 5 by Disappointed in my room availability We stayed at the Baltimore Sheraton to attend a wedding that was being held at the hotel at 5:30pm. We were told that check-in was at 3pm. I had reserved 2 rooms for my party, one was ready for occupancy when we arrived at 1pm, and I was told the other would not become available until 3pm. The room was not available at 3pm nor 4pm. It did not become available until 5pm, which left 30 minutes for my other guest to prepare for the wedding. Although, it was nice to get one room early, it was an inconvenience not to have both rooms at the designated check-in time. January 13, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice hotel This property is very nice, the staff was especially helpful and cordial. The PC workstations/printers in the lobby were much appreciated. Two suggestions: improve the quality of banquet food - VERY plain and tasteless, improve the level of room lighting, it's almost impossible to read in bed or at the work desk given the lighting level. Rated 3 out of 5 by Small problem that was not resloved My stay was from a Monday to Thursday. I notice on Tuesday that my movie on demand wold not work. The service workers were in my room for over an hour try to fix it but was not able to. They even went to get another TV and the issue still remained. The hotel was not able to change my rooms due to the hotel being sold out. I was told that they would have the issue resolve by Wednesday but that was not the case. No one called or came to my room again to check on the issue or try to resolve it. I was so over the the sistuation and did not even call teh front desk back again since i felt like they should have called me. Overall the staff was nice and hotel clean I just was not happy with my sistuation not being resolved before i left. September 19, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotels best feature is the location This hotel very close to the convention center and the Inner Harbor. It's a larger hotel and special requests are not realistic to just expect. The room is fine, the club level staff is very pleasant and food serves it purpose. Be sure to check if the weekend is open for club level lounge if that important to you. I am often in the DC/Baltimore area and have stayed at this hotel several times. There is no reason I would not recommend this hotel but be warned, if you need to extend a stay - the hotel may be full for the next night. It's a busy one. July 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Mixed experience Overall the room was comfortable and it was a good night's rest. The staff were responsive when there were issues with the room. However, I was surprised at the limited cable stations--basically there was ESPN news and nothing else, but lots of movies you can buy at $17 each. I was also disappointed at the expensive onsite eating options, the Orioles Grill and Morton's Steakhouse. There were few local specialties: the only Maryland seafood option was crab cakes. The hotel excels at providing a room, but the features and amenities need work. June 20, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful Hotel but... I took my son to Baltimore for the weekend and stayed at the Sheraton! My wife booked the hotel back in May. Upon arrival I was told that my reservation was for one night. I argued that it was for three nights but the hotel staff said I was wrong. I contacted my wife who forwarded the confirmation to me and I brought it back to the hotel front desk. They said they would change the reservation but had to change the type of room that was originally booked. Not happy with the way I was treated by the staff but the hotel was very nice! Rated 5 out of 5 by Needs Heat The staff was professional and helpful. It is in a good location for people from out-of-town. Temperatures in the conference areas and my room were very chilly. Heating would only stay only for 10 - 15 minutes before the heat would stop working. November 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location The hotel has a great location. However, I had incredible trouble with electronics. First is was no or very slow internet connections then the TV went out suddently. What the hotel lacks in these areas they more than make up for in the incredible staff. These are some of the nicest and most attentive staff at any Sheraton I've ever stayed at. From the door men, housekeepers and the great folks at the front desk who went above and beyond to help with the electronic problems. I would stay there again because of the staff alone! Rated 5 out of 5 by Walked into a cold Room 6 degrees outside. Room looked nice and inviting. Figured they had the heat off to save money. Heat did not come on. Maintenance tried for next hour but it would not stay on. I called down and they said they would give me a new room so I packed up and went down. At front DesK and the big OPPS! the hotel is full. Night Manger was notified and he found me a room on the club floor and gave it to me for the same price. Nice room and the heat worked! The management team took good care of me after that. Every request met and the club lounge was staffed by excellent help. Better than other club lounges i have been in. Note, I usually stay on the club floors at Sheratons. This one was unusually small for the size of the hotel but the quality made up for it. January 17, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Service Lacking; Location Stellar The front desk folks barely looked at me during our transactions. It's so easy to fake a real connection, but they never did. It was disappointing. I will say that the two men who stood in the lobby's dead/confusing zone were both very nice. Also, the women I encountered in the gift shop were top-notch. You can't beat the location, really. It was a great spot for the convention center, walkways to the Inner Harbor, and to catch the Circulator. Plus, Morton's is great. The Sheraton lucked out getting Morton's as one of its restaurants. September 26, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Club Lounge Staff was rude Overall, the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the staff at the front desk were friendly. The big issue that ruined the trip for me was in the club lounge. I had a friend come up to Club Lounge with me in the middle of the afternoon when it was completely empty to discuss some findings from a meeting we had attended and the Club Lounge staff person was quite rude, saying that we were not allowed to be up there and basically kicked us out. I told her that I had used the Club Lounge services at other Sheratons with no problems for years and she stated that at this hotel it was not true. I asked her to point out on any written material at the Club if this was true and she said there was none, but that we had to get out. Very rude and very upsetting. June 26, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Stay and Experience I absolutely loved my stay at the Sheraton for my training event. The only thing I would have added was a refrigerator and microwave, but I was ok without it for a weekend stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is spotless. Nice selection of things to do in the immediate vicinity. I was particulary impressed with the fitness facility. Small indoor pool, but I was more interested in fitness equipment and sauna anyway. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Inner Harbor to anyone needing accommodations in the area. January 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pleasantly Surprised I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. I do not usually stay at Sheraton hotel properties, but I stayed at this hotel because our industry association was having a three day event there. From check-in to departure, all of the staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. My room was very clean and the bed was comparable to more expensive hotels for comfort. I liked the fact that the in-room coffee was Starbucks brand and that the hotel provided complimentary bottled water in the room each day. The hotel was also close to area attractions. I had a minor issue with my room air conditioner that was corrected immediately after I notified the staff. I would stay at this hotel again, and would try other Sheraton properties as a result of my experience at this hotel. July 19, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very pleasant stay The room was clean & just the right size, not overly large and definitely not small. Everything in the bathroom was clean, convenient and in good working order. We had a wonderful view of the Inner Harbor, which made being in the room very pleasant day or night. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. Parking was convenient. Transportation to Johns Hopkins Hospital is provided for patients needing that service. The Sheraton Inner Harbor is in a great location, and we will definitely stay there on our next visit. Rated 5 out of 5 by Extraordinary Customer Service From the moment we pulled into the driveway until the time we checked out, the staff was wonderful! Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly...made us feel like we were the only guests in town! Congratulations! Building a team like that is, in itself, extraordinary! The location was perfect for our wishes, and the hotel felt so luxurious. Orioles Grille was fun and Keith was very accommodating. Wanda on the Preferred Guest Level greeted everyone like they were entering her home. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back. May 9, 2013
