As a Starwood gold member I had access to the 5th floor lounge. When we arrived, the lounge had chips and a delicious warm cheese dip. There was also a fridge full of soda and water and a bowl of fruit. Very nice! The staff, especially the maids were very nice and accommodating. I asked for a late check out and had no problem getting it. I then got locked out of the room and had to ask for another extension and again- no problem. The workout room was also very modern and although I didn't use the pool- it looked very nice as well. The location is great. Right off of I-20 and near plenty of chain restaurants and there is even a Kroger (grocery store) up the street. My only half complaint is that the rooms don't have refrigerators and I have medication that needs to be refrigerated. However, we called ahead and they placed a fridge in the room free of charge. This will be my hotel whenever I am in Augusta- it has it all, nice rooms, great staff and awesome location.

the morning breakfast on the club level was very good. However, it was not set up until 6:30 AM each morning. I and several others that I noticed are up and trying to get out by 6 so we were unbale to take advantage of it. There is no coffee in the lobby until 6:30 either so if you run out of coffee in the room you are out of luck.

They both go out of thier way to ensure that my experience is nothing but the best.
Kayla is probably the most active and driven server I have met. 70+ nights in hotels and eating out, but I notice when someone is exceptional.
Kayla IS exceptional.
Food is great!

Waited over an hour in the lounge for a hamburger that never came. Could not get the shower handle to turn to take a shower. There was no coffee available in the lobby.

Bathroom lightning more decorative than functional
A/C has 3 settings; 70=cold, 71=warm, 72=overheating smell
Restaurant obscenely overpriced for what you get
Refrigerator in room would be nice
Wi-Fi instructions in room do not match reality
Phone initially didn't work (not charged)

This hotel surpassed our expectations! Our 2-Queen guestroom was very large in comparison to other hotels we've stayed in while traveling to Augusta. We traveled with two children and there was enough space for everyone! The room was very clean, the beds comfy and the staff was very nice! We'll be back!

I did find a piece of small broken glass in my jelly jar and brought it to the attention of the lady working in the kitchen. The small jar of jelly somehow got a crack and some glass found its way into the jelly, upon which some was eaten by me before knowing what was in my mouth. It caused no problem.

Room was clean. At the last minute we got a dog friendly room on the first floor! Staff was accommodating and friendly. Restaurant was fast and pretty good, although a little pricey. Everything was as close to perfect as you could get! Would definitely stay there, again! Close to I-20.Thanks!

They serve the same menu as every Sheraton, however the chef prepares the meals with items based on availability. I questioned the way the items were prepared and was told just that. When I asked if I could have it prepared the traditional way I was presented a meal that was not even close.

I was invited to play at a nearby golf course and decided to stay here. The hotel was very modern and clean. The breakfast was very good and the waitress was very friendly. The front desk let me check out very late which was the icing on the cake. Thanks you!!

Hotel lobby was nice. Rooms were just average. Bathroom had urine smell. Requested a specific corporate rate and was advised there was no rate. Asked again at checkout and was advised, yes the rate was available and I should have asked for it at check in. Would not change the rate.

Overall this hotel met my expectations. For the 10$/person your best bet is to skip the breakfast and eat next door at the Waffle House for much less. we had over 15 rooms reserved for the team yet when we wanted to use a room for a celebration dinner, they we not as accomadating.

Best stay in a long time. Pulled in late 11PM got a room and a smile immedately. Only issue Bar was closing and they wouldn't serve us drink or food. Everyone else was kind and accomodating Breakfeast was a very pleasant surprise as well. The new Sheraton is doing a great Job!

I use this hotel on a regular basis. I enjoy the features available but a few improvements could make my stay more enjoyable. The bar snacks need to improve as well as the food in the club lounge. Also the beds in the hotel are not as comfortable as those in other Sheratons.

I stayed for two nights, room was very clean, beds extremely comfortable, staff was very friendly and attentative. Excellent stay! I've never, ever, had a bad experience at a Sheraton. I am always sure of a clean, comfortable stay with Sheraton when I am away from home.

Love everything about this place so far!! We will definately come back, this location is perfect for our long driving trip to stay and rest before heading to our destination. NICE room and the bathroom is perfect design, we are not a big fan of a tub style bathroom.

I found everything about this hotel great except that their was an extremely loud party going on down stairs. The bass from the music was so loud I could hear it in my 4th floor room. I didnt get much rest and I was not pleased. Be more considerate of your guests.

The staff was friendly and the room was fine, but the hotel shut down room service in the middle of the day without informing guests at check-in. I don't think room info should advertise full service if it doesn't mean it. I expect more from the Sheraton brand.

My company has direct bill and I always confirm upon check in and when I go to check out it is never done correctly. Therefore I have to wait for things to get reversed and corrected. So I know when I stay at this hotel to plan extra time to check out.

We came to Augusta to visit a sick relative during the holiday weekend. The hotel was VERY clean and my son enjoyed the pool as well as the chess table in the lobby. I plan to stay here again. (The snacks could have been better in the club lounge.)

Stayed a couple of times recently & could not fault at all. Quiet location & rooms but excellent staff throughout. We were working late so ate in the hotel & loved it all. Worth having a meal just to meet the great people serving!

I was told that I would not receive an email from Augusta Sheraton but I guess I did.
Also the lady that checked me in, Manager on Duty, did not put my Delta number in because she said this Sheraton could not do it, I'm confused.

Great location for I20 or downtown travel. Nice desk and internet convenience. However no sitting area or in room amenities such as refrigerator or microwave. Lobby and restaurant area looked nice, but I did not try the food.

This was my first time staying at the Augusta Sheraton. I found the hotel to be clean, centrally located and run by a very efficient and friendly staff. This is will be my companyy's 1st choice when traveling to Augusta.

Just spent 4 nights here. Everything was perfect except the hotels WiFi. I've never experienced such a slow system. At most times of the day it's not even worth trying to use.
But aside from that everything was great!

We booked for two days, but wished we could have stayed longer. It was better than staying home. Great beds, attentive housekeeping, snacks and refreshments available at all times, safe and convenient location.

The hotel was nice. Room was small, but adequate. Front desk staff was less than welcoming and simply answered questions, no hospitality here. As SPG member and Starwood owner, we did not feel at all welcome.

After a poor experience at a competitive hotel brand down the street (where I am a platinum member and vacation club owner), the Sheraton was highly recommended to me by several co-workers in Augusta. I travel to Augusta twice a month for business with the hospitals in town. As a female business traveler, safety, comfort, cleanliness are extremely important to me and I like an upscale atmosphere. Well, the Sheraton offered it all. With the exception of check-in - where there was a long line and only one person to process in the new guests, everything about the hotel was great. The room was clean and provided a more than adequate working area. The bathroom was immaculate and I really appreciated the toiletry items especially the shower scrungie, the bed was very comfortable and room service and the food were superb! Later this month, I will be traveling with my Regional Manager and have convinced him to forgo his stay at the competitive hotel and give this Sheraton a try. I hope Sheraton doesn't disappoint! As for me, I intend to be a regular guest! Thank you for a great stay!
