Rated 5 out of 5 by Great service As a Platinum member I don't always get such recognition as I do here. Every time I stay they make me feel special. They cannot do enough for me. They have always given me a great room and, more importantly, I always feel looked after. This hotel lets me concentrate on my work, they do the rest. The lounge staff are brilliant, always smiling and helpful. August 31, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Style & Comfort Stay Upon my early arrival, I was given a very warm welcome. Offered good room with creek view. Although some necessary day to day items like shaving kit etc were missing but still good mini bar. Humble staff were always supportive. Nice buffet lunch in "VIVALDI" Restaurant. Overall nice experience with Sheraton Dubai Creek & Towers. All the best...! October 9, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Covenient location to airport and metro The Dubai Creek area is very convenient for travel to/from the airport, abd with the union metro station just a 5 minute walk away, the downtown can be easily reached irregardless of the traffic condition. I definately recommend taking a club room to have access to the club lounge. The breakfast, evening snacks and happy hourare well worth it. November 7, 2012

The hotel is located directly on the creek and it is in easy access to many local restaurants. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The only downside to the hotel, is that it needs a little modernisation, other than that it is perfect. December 28, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Short stay Having arrived overnight and the Hotel being full, we were given a room as soon as one came free. Less than an hour wait - excellent and very welcome. We were impressed with the Club Lounge facilities and the breakfast (especially the eggs benedict). The staff were all very helpful and knowledgable and helped our stay to be stress free. Rated 5 out of 5 by 3 day stay after cruise Stayed with my wife for 3 days as club spg. Everything lived up to expectations and more . Stayed in room2017 which had excellent views , room was more like a suite . Conveniant for ferrys across Creeek. Staff were excellent,, and happy hour with free drinks and snacks was a bonus . Service when air conditioning was not working properly excellent.Up grade was much appreciated thank you!! Only suggestions for improvement would be maybe a free drink on arrival when we had to wait over half an hour for a room after a long flight from Perth September 2, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice location, slow staff, horrible lounge Close to airport, efficient airport transfer service, well appointed rooms, but service extremely slow - check-in, baggage delivery, room cleaning - nearly everything. (Baggage delivery took more than half hour). Stay away from the horribly cramped and crowded lounge with bad wine and worse food - you will feel like a rat in a trap February 28, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great hospitality and care Our flight out of Dubai was at an odd 2:55 am. While checking out by noon, the hotel kindly suggested we can use club lounge to wait for the flight, making our return trip well prepared. Othewise, it could have been tough finding a place to wait till such an odd time. Club lounge staff were especially kind and gave us good care. January 14, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good hotel but disappointed by expensive add-ons Enjoyed our recent stay at the hotel - room was good & staff very friendly & helpful. Disappointing that a reputable brand like Sharaton needs to make even more money out of its customers by charging such a riduculous price for airport pick ups - 150dh for a 50 dh ride is not acceptable & certainly in no way defensible. Rated 4 out of 5 by Everything Good With Some Exceptions The two mornings I had breakfast at Vivaldi restaurant the service was a bit lacking. One morning my server seemed to disappear I had trouble to find someone to bring a check to sign. The second morning the host seemed a bit overwhelmed in trying to get guests seated. Rated 5 out of 5 by Superb Hospitality I stayed at the property during 12-16 November 2012. The staff at reception ensured that I get my preferred room type. The guest relations guided me on the places to see around hotel and facilities available at the hotel. The restaurant staff made my breakfast experience really wonderful. Highly recommended. Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel is not up to 5* standard Was disappointed in the room assigned to us were told there was a King bed but it was smaller. Could not see out of the windows they were so dirty. Only one robe and slippers provided in the double room another was requested but did not materialise. This hotel has lost it's personal touch. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Accommodation and great Food We chose this Hotel for 3 reasons: 1. A member of the Starwood family. 2. Located between the Airport and the Sea- Port and 3. because all three Restaurants saunded exciting, and they were. Price ratio to quality was better then expected. Will def. stay here again on my next trip to Dubai. December 20, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by fab views at sheraton dubai creek amazing view of the creek super beds an bedding amazing breakfast meal in the indian restaurant an live indian music very good meal in chelsea pub also very good only thing wrong are the tables are to low to eat at. we had problems with meal in main dining room but was rectified by staff February 7, 2013

A wide range of excellent food offered by various restaurants, some of them with nice view to the Creek side. Well serviced pool area. Spacious guest rooms. Can be warmly recommended. Rated 5 out of 5 by Returning to a known brand Having been a Sheraton member since the 1980s, it is unique to be able to be in properties which have kept to their high internal Sheraton standards as the markets around them may have changed, or the groups with which they participate may have evolved. Rated 5 out of 5 by Hotel features In my view, this hotel is located very central and close to all amenities. View from the river side of the hotel is magnificent. Service received was very professional and all staff are friendly and customer focused. Although we only had breakfast, it was a wide variety and good. October 2, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Location is everything The hotel is superbly situated on the Creek within walking distance of the Gold and Spice souks and also the Metro when you want to go farther afield. The hotel itself is what I would describe as upper class Sheraton. It has everything you could need but isn't over the top. March 18, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel; great staff Stayed there for 3 nights. Loved it! The hotel is beautiful and the lobby is really gorgeous. The piano player every night makes the whole experience perfect. The room service was always quick, accurate and tasty!!! Also the room is really big! Always appreciate more space. October 24, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by non-smoking room Altough I didn't want a smoking room at my reservation the staff gave me a smoking room which smells like ash tray! When I wanted to change my room they told me there is no available non-smoking room. I am sure they could upgrade my room but they didn't prefer it. February 21, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great people, great hotel experienence My husband and I were here only for two nights on the way to and from the UK but wished it was for longer. Not only did we enjoy the rooms, great room service (we had the lamb kofta, hommous and baba ganoush on both occasions - delicious) and excellent buffet breakfast with delightful balcony setting; we found the staff - particularly those on the front and concierge desks, who always met us with a smile - to be exceptional. On one occasion a staff member went out of her way to help us track down our missing driver; on another, we were more than ably assisted by a front desk staffer (Josef) after our luggage was checked through at the airport, leaving us short-changed in the toiletries department. Not only did Josef remember us from 3 weeks prior, he was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with a full complement of toiletries. We very much enjoyed the look and feel of the hotel and will definitely stay again. Proximity to the airport is also a bonus. We had stayed on the recommendation of my parents, and were glad we did. Rated 4 out of 5 by great staff I am staying in this hotel since the 90th and it is for the first time I faced a problem with the airconditionn as it was out of order in the room 1003 and after 2 nights of boiling I moved to 603. This insident kept awake 2 nights as I was not able to sleep. September 9, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by One of the better hotels We had a creek view room on the second floor which must be one of the best rooms in the hotel for size and view. One criticism is the very dirty windows which marred our view but we recognise the difficulty of keeping windows clean in such an environment. May 20, 2013

Staff could not have done anymore for us, they were absolutely great. especially Mr De Beer (Vivaldi restaurant manager) and Marcus at reception. Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointing Stayed on the Club Floor for four nights. On arrival at the airport, we could not find the hotel representative and we waited for at least 15 minutes by the clipboard with the hotel name on it. The Club floor guest room is average. The tea/coffee maker machine didnot boil the water hot enough The room looks worn out and requiring some improvement. TV remote control is looking quite shabby and difficult to read the keys. The Club lounge did not look very inviting, quite dark and dinghy looking, and can be overcrowded and some guests are left standing. Breakfast and evening canapes in the Club lounge looked unappetising and boring, and we have decided to use the Vivaldi Restaurant instead for breakfast, and even then hot beverages such as English breakfast tea was quite tasteless. We have had experiences in staying at other similar Club Floor- 5 star hotels in Dubai, and this time Sheraton Creek did not meet our expectations. One positive point in our stay, was the professionalism and friendliness of the members of staff in the Club Lounge. November 20, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Creekside yes, but away from the Action of Dubai Was here for one night and woudl only describe the hotel as average. The hotel is on Dubai Creek, which is nice but there is no real venues close. Check-in is at a seated desk. The club for club floors members is on the ground floor immediately to the right of the reception desk. I am assuming the hotel is full frequently as the person checking me had a take it or leave it attitude. They have several choices for the internet service. When I inquired about it the guest services manager suggested that I find other ways as this was not reliable. The room was nice and had a great view of Dubai Creek. For a five star hotel I would have liked to see better amnenities in the bathroom, just your basic soap and shampoo. I went to the British pub on site and ordered some dinner. I was told by the waiter that it would be thirty minutes before the food was ready. I asked what is available sooner, his reply...nothing. There are many choices for travellers in Dubai. With all the new properties, I hope the management takes notice and will improve. January 27, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Recommended Sheraton Enjoyed the stay at the Sheraton. Breakfast was a good variety and the lounge facilities came in handy late afternoon when returning from mall trips. The wi-fi was good for keeping in touch with emails and researching what to do next in Dubai. October 11, 2012
