I made my reservation online(sheraton) and then when i checked in, the front desk attendant told me that as I made my reservation trhough Expedia, i was not getting any points. I am pretty positive that i booked through Sheraton website. so that disapointed me a lot.

The hotel itself was fine, nothing special. We decided to eat breakfast at the restaurant (Alexander's). We chose the buffet. The service was awful, even though it was just a buffet. The food was warm at best and the coffee was horrible. Overpriced for what you get!!

The hotel met all of our needs, especially for handicapped access. As we could not easily access the business area, they made allowances for wi fi in our room.
It would have been nice to have in house restaurant open every evening since the weather was nasty.

Club level facilities were closed at the weekend - the very time I would have used them. Useful for a breakfast on the run during the week. Did not get a chance to use the great looking swimming pool. Location was convenient for my work at Stanford University.

In three day period of time - no one smiled - you staff needs to loosen up. No good morning, questions relative to uprades as an SPG Member were ignored. Non- SPG members, people within our group assigned rooms on SPG floor while members not given priority.

It's right next to Washington U and Delmar Loop. Staff is very helpful and gracious enough to upgrade us to club level with access to the lounge which provides great evening snack (pasta, bread stick and salad) and morning breakfast. Wonderful experience.

We found that the downtown location offers many areas of interest within walking distance and their complimentary shuttles to and from the airport, the Galleria mall and many local attractions certainly saved us a lot of money since we did not rent a car.

The Club Lounge is overpriced and the food provided is very limited - not worth an extra charge, especially $30/day.

Staff was very personable and accomodating to our needs. We came to the Clayton Sheraton for a family get together and requested that all 4 reserved rooms be on the same floor and close to each other. Our needs were met and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Terrific front desk staff, bar service, and housekeeping staff. They are friendly, happy, and helpful. The club lounge attendent could use some training on frequency of cleanup and spending less time talking/complaining with other hotel staff memberws.

The bellhops and van drivers were all very helpful, polite and willing to assist with multiple trips to and from attractions. They also showed interest and concern.

This was our 4th stay.....and as always, it fit our needs perfectly. Good location, comfortable beds, clean and lovely rooms, and GREAT staff. The friendliness and helpfulness of every person working there makes it a pleasure to stay at this hotel!

We were in a single queen room which was tiny, stuffy, very poor air circulation and very weak water pressure in shower. Loud explosive toilet. Smallest room I havwe ever stayed in. This is not acceptable for over $150 per night at a Sheridan.

Good location...not too crazy busy area, plus close to restaurants and stores. Comfortable room with good size bathroom. Friendly staff. Only issue was housekeeping didn't clean room on our 3rd day. Not sure if they got side tracked or what.

Stayed many times. Nice facility, friendly staff. Had room 410. Don't do that. Was awakened by constant pounding at 4am. It was someone on a treadmill or something right above me on the 5th floor. Went on for 40 minutes. Not not not good.

The staff at this hotel are truly extraordinary. They make sure everything is right to begin with and then make it even more special. My stay there was fabulous. When I return to St. Louis in August, this is the only hotel I will go to.

Club lounge was unexpectedly closed in the AM - unable to get coffee early in AM like I usually do.
Cable TV was not operating on gym equipment - disappointing.

Exemplary service from all staff, from arrival to departure. Room was clean, well appointed, very comfortable (great pillows!!). Dinner at Alexander's, food was good, plentiful, reasonably priced, but service not quite up to par.

The hotel seemed very understaffed. There was no one at the door when I arrived as they were off helping another guest. All the staff were great, polite and helpful but it was obvious they were being asked to do 2 people's jobs.

Staff friendly. Great bartender. Wifi was intermittent in the evening - Checkout staff removed the charge from my bill. Overall a decent stay, but it would have been a failure had I needed a reliable internet connection.

Everything we experienced in this hotel was amazing. The location is very convenient and quiet. Valet parking is available for a decent price. Pool and fitness center are awesome. Nice club lounge. Very highly recommended.

The room was nice and very clean, but the bed was really swayed in the middle like a hammock - bowed all the way across the middle of the bed making it hurt the back and hard on knees when on my back.

I have to stay at this hotel when in St Louis for the location. The elevators are slow, the food is not that great and the bathrooms are very small and lack any room for anything in some rooms.
