We had an early flight from CDG to the States; so we thought we'd stay here to avoid the hassle and worry of an early morning pick up in Paris and drive to the airport. What a GREAT IDEA! The moment you step into this hotel, you feel like you've entered a center of calm. The lighting is muted, the staff are gracious, the decor is elegant. The rooms are exceptionally well-designed and finished -- except theyt strangely lack clock radios. We're coming back before every flight!

In the past 16 years we must have stayed at the Paris Charles de Gaule Sheraton close to 30 times and this is the first time that we felt that we were not staying at a great hotel. We stayed in room 104 right next to a construction site. The bathroom had no shower or even a shower curtain. Work on the construction site started at 7AM - it was noisy. We transit through Paris airport often and sometimes spend the night. In the past we never hesitated in our choice of hotels.

I had an overnight layover in Paris and this Sheraton was perfect; location, service and quality and size of room. From their website it was not clear that is actually attached to the international terminal 2.

The Sheraton Charles de Gaulle enjoys great access to Terminal 2 at CDG. It's also very close to the (horrible) train into Paris.
The hotel is very modern and quiet. The staff is very nice and considerate. Jai in the Club Lounge was particularly friendly and helpful.
The food in the restaurant is actually very nice for an airport hotel as well. I'd recommend this to anyone staying for a layover or even in Paris for business since it's half the rate of downtown hotels.

This hotel is in a fantastic location except, the marketing director needs to invest in signs to drive to the entrance of this hotel. We drove around & around to finally find the only drivable entrance to this facility. It became a challenge for me because I wouldn't give up. I do believe the Sheridan loses business because there is only one sign to find the entrance, and it's small compared to the other signs.

We stayed for 2 night, arriving late in the evening and leaving Paris very early morning, so staying at the Airport was a convinient choice, also given the fact, that the rates are reasonable at the Weekend.
We arrived at CDG T1 but there is a People mover that connects the terminals and it takes 8min from T1 to T2 (where the Sheraton is located).
Check-in was quick, (unfornutately not upgrade to a Junior Suite or Suite (SPG Platinum).
The room has a good size but is a bit dated and one can still find a hair or two in the bathroom.
As SPG Platinum member we got a free Buffett Breakfast, whiih was nice, else I feel that the breakfast is not worth the 32€ they charge. However I have to admit, that the omelletes where great.
They do have a executive Lounge, but it is very small and not comfortable at all. Not worth a visit.

the hotel is very easy to get to, especially when you are jet lagged upon arrival in CDG.
hotel rooms comfortable and modern, especially for Europe. Club Lounge is very nice, good food and drinks. Breakfast excellent in the restaurant but very expensive if you are not a platinum member.
SPG recognition poor for USA standards but typical for Europe - they did get me a king bed upon arrival but did not have the king bed reserved.

You're already at CDG Airport when you stay at the Sheraton. The rooms are spacious and welcoming with tan colors. There's plenty of lighting. The beds are larger than any of the other beds at hotels where we've stayed in France. They are so very comfortable and you always have a great night's sleep, because the hotel is very quiet. The building is well-built so that you don't ever hear the noise of jets taking off. It's a five-minute walk to Terminal 2C or 2D and only a few minutes more to the other parts of Terminal 2. You're really close to where the car rental returns are, as well. Food was excellent, but a bit pricey. For example, we paid 7 euros for a small glass of orange juice. We stay here every time we come to Paris, because the staff is wonderful, the hotel is extremely convenient, and the rooms are comfortable.

I have stayed here several times when passing through Paris. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The club lounge is nice, but it would help if they would label the snacks. Being France and they do like their fancy foods, it is difficult for those with allergies and when I asked the staff person tending the lounge, she either didn't speak English or chose not to, she could not tell me what the snacks were or their ingredients. I stuck with bread and cheese.

The location can't be beat if you've got an early flight the following day. This hotel removes the stress of navigating the very busy CDG, especially if you arrive by rental car.
The restaurant and facilities were very good and the SPG welcome was, well, welcome.
Finally there is absolutely no noise from aircraft, so even the lightest sleepers are guaranteed a good night's rest. I've stayed in a lot of airport hotels and never seen such thorough soundproofing.

We checked into the hotel on a Sunday afternoon and stayed until the next morning. We dropped off our rental car and had about a five minute walk to the hotel entrance which was next to the terminal for our departure flight. The room was large, clean and had many conveniences. It was amazingly quite as there was a busy street below and the planes were visible. The tv was not working properly so we called the front desk and a technician arrived within minutes.

Club level room was nonsmoking, but the hallway wasn't. Someone was continuously smoking in the hall, thus the nonsmoking room was filled with smoke. You need to set up a system where smoking in the hallway isn't possible, otherwise I can't use this hotel.

The bathroom amenities were very basic. There were only shower gel and shampoo which is extremely poor for a hotel like Sheraton.
However, the hotel is convenient for early flights. It is exceptionally quiet and relaxing.
The staff members in the restaurant are very efficient.

This hotel has location! location! for early morning travelers but the down side kills the positives....charging for room wifi which is free in all other French hotels is just cheeky! Then to top it off with your sandwiches which are starting at $30 each and a salad starting at $25??? and we are not talking gourmet food! The mini bar has an automatic charge to the room if you lift up a beverage to even look at it!!!...now that is seriously strange!!

we requested a free upgrade after using 16000 basic points and 2000 addnal for a night on the club level. We were honored to get a suite: the hors doerves were superb and breakfast wonderful. We felt very pampered and were just sorry to have to leave early the next day, but the wake up call was right on schedule; i chose the hotel because of the proximity to the airport, yet also wished we could have spent all week there if it had been down town

I was arriving at 10 am so I paid for two nights. One prior and one after my arrival just so I could sleep upon my arrival. My phone rang every 15 mins from a different hotel employee inquiring when I was going to check out. After 2 hrs of this they started sending cleaners to barge into my room. I'm glad (being sarcastic) I paid for a whole extra night to get some sleep that I never did receive. Worst Sheraton hotel I ever stayed at!!!!!

The stop over was perfect--quiet, elegant and well-supported by eficient and friendly staff. Easy to access within Terminal 2, CDG. Interior of hotel rooms access area was an atrium that was like a giant spaceship--beautifully stark, modernistic and eerily silent. The room was luxurious. Breakfast buffet may be best buffett ever with foods from exotic fruits to boiled shrimp! I will stay here every chance I get and strongly recommend it.

Although the staff were awesome and the room nice and comfortable, I was underwhelmed with the cost - quality ratio. I felt the hotel was overpriced for what it provided and given that I have stayed at lots of hotels, I expected more of the Sheraton. I certainly recommend the hotel for its accessibility to the airport and train station but for a significant savings I wish I had investigated surrounding accomodations for a better value.

Warmly received as a Platinum Lifetime guest.
A very pleasant junior suite with airport view.
Problems with shower--water mixer--has serious problems--HOT-COLD.
Some towels/bath robes are grey in colour--no longer white.
The most annoying issue was the dining room hostess at Breakfast greeting guests while chewing gum--it was DISGUSTING .
Throughout the time we were there she continued to chew !

BRILLIANT idea to have the hotel located right inside the train station and CDG a/p.
Then imagine our glee at finding the hotel to be wonderful as well. From the moment we entered everyone took great care of us.
Our room overlooked the runway and tower, and my husband loved watching the activity.
We had an excellent dinner and our waiter was wonderful.
Thanks! We'll be back when in France again & will recommend you to friends.

This is my second stay at this Hotel and both times the phone system in the room had so much static on the line that the calls could not be completed. No operator to help and had to pay for wi fi that was too weak in the room forceing me to the lobby computers.
Have been in France for 5 weeks on business staying at a different hotel nearly every night, cheap to expensive and NEVER had to pay for wi-fi except at this Sheraton.

Check in check out : very slow !! This hotel is convenient for airport access ; usually the people arrive late night and leave early morning in a hurry : there should be enough Staff to cover Customer needs .
I have asked to get a table in restaurant Etoile , just for one person ; the anmswers was "it is fully booked " ; I have persopnally seen that tables were available !!

The room a/c did not work after numerous attempts to change the temp. The desk staff on checkout were rude...stood in a line, then when my turn came up, she pulled out her cash drawer, said nothing, didn't look at me and moved to another station where there was a line forming. wireless was not free as it is everywhere and yet your reservation page inferred otherwise.
Worst of all, your Concierge, with a clear direct question as to which terminal United flew from, sent us miles to terminal 1, and when we got there, information told us it as miles and a train ride away in terminal two, making for a long trek back for an elderly couple with huge bags.
Maybe worst of all, your breakfast pricing was an outrage; $30 euros for an order of toast and an order of cheese, the latter being cheaper than a $10-12 bowl of cereal.
Glittery, but never again or ever again at a Sheraton.

I have booked many times at the other hotels in the surrounding Roissy complex. This trip, however, I needed to be closer to the gates in terminal 2 due to a knee injury. As the only hotel in the terminal, the Sheraton is in the right spot . The rooms were comfortable, the bed was great and the walls... soundproof. This will be my choice again and again when travelling out of Paris for those early morning flights..

Amazingly quiet and soundproof rooms. Other dining options nearby in airport. Only complaint is I had arranged for hotel to shuttle me over to Terminal 2G. They kept telling me to have breakfast, not to rush, they would take as promised at 8;15 and then when I arrived at the bell desk at 8:10 they were already about to leave! That really soured my experience as timely departure on the shuttle was critical for me.

I was really surprised by the very low quality of the bakery at the breakfast restaurant. Considering that Paul the baker is within walking distance from the hotel, it is unacceptable to serve such terrible quality and small croissants or pains au chocolat. Considering the price, there is a huge opportunity to impress customers with a brilliant breakfast. This is substandard at this point.
