Now, to be fair, we do stay here a lot, but, in some ways that probably makes it harder because they have to continue to impress with each & every visit - and they do. This week it was the housekeeping supervisor wanting to check up and make sure everything is ok and to make sure there is nothing else they could be doing for us - now that's special. Thank You Sheraton On The Park, you make every visit feel like a great first impression.

Very pleasing 3 night stay - Executive Club Room was spacious and comfortable. As I am a light sleeper, I was pleased that there was minimal noise from both inside and outside the hotel. Club Lounge was very good - service was excellent - breakfast choices were plentiful and fresh.
Lunch at The Gallery Lounge was one of the highlights of our stay - the sandwich plate for two was delicious - thank you Kimberley.
Complimentary bottle of sparking wine - for my birthday was unexpected and was a nice touch.
Thank you again - we will be back.

A very stylish and convenient venue to suit any number of interests and requirements with a full compliment of helpful and attentive staff to ensure that the experience cannot but be enjoyed.
What a pity about the king mattress that my husband and I shared in the Park View 10th floor corner room - inner sprung with no stability so the night was spent waking, bobbing and rocking when the other turned over/adjusted the bedding.
The views were lovely, food great ,space in the rooms superb and despite being a little short on sleep we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

I arrived at the hotel at 8:30am from a cruise ship and to my surprise, my room was ready! The lobby is beautiful and it was spotless!. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location of the hotel is unbeatable--everything is within walking distance!
The concierge staff was exceptional, especially Sunny and Mark. The reception staff was pleasant, professional, and efficient! The doormen and the bell staff were pleasant and extremely helpful.

My little girl turned 9 and all she wanted was to stay at a Hotel in the city with 2 friends. So I booked 2 interconnecting rooms at the Sheraton on the Park. They confirmed 2 days prior that I would have interconnecting rooms (I rang to ensure this would happen for obvious reasons). The rooms were lovely with lots of space and privacy even with connecting doors. The girls loved the pool (which has an amazing view of the city). Breakfast was a top notch event - girls very happy to have chocolate doughnuts and Ice cream for breakfast all in all a fabulous stay!

Sheraton on the Park in Sydney is a perfectly located place to stay when visiting Sydney. On the doorstep are fantastic places to eat, excellent shopping or if you want to stay in, the rooms are spacious & spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast would be easily the best I have ever experienced and the concierge (Mike) organised limo transfers for me which were absolutely seamless. My wife also used Sheraton Day Spa and she was blown away by the professional & quality service she received. Seriously doubt whether I would stay anywhere else in Sydney from now on.

The hotel is like a grand dame, amazing location in the city and spectacular views. We were grateful to be upgraded to a specialty king room with a small terrace that although we never really made use of, was just great to just have as it made the room feel bigger with the soothing park, city and water views. The club lounge is second to none - still the best fresh oysters to be had in the city - if otherwise a tad crowded with the service staff seeming distant and overworked at times. Nevertheless, our overall stay (a total of two weeks within the last 30 days) was definitely made more bearable and comforting by the warmth and graciousness of the Sheraton and the wonderful staff here. Was also deeply impressed by the gym that was hardly ever in use at night - really great for late night work outs! We can't wait to come back to our second home in Sydney on our next trip here. thank you Sheraton!

We visited Sydney for Vivid and Sheraton on the Park was the perfect location for our accommodation. It was within easy walking distance to the Vivid features in Martin Place and Circular Quay and we just had to cross the street to catch a train or bus. The bed was amazing and I can honestly say that I had the best night's sleep I have ever had in a hotel! My husband felt the same and that's high praise indeed from him!

I like this property. Centrally situated and everything generally of a good standard. Based on this stay (17 nights), there were some niggly issues. In room Wi Fi - they lag somewhat behind the trend in Europe to provide this free of charge (they charge $57 per 3 days). Had I used it - which I would like to have done - it would have cost me $325 for the duration of my stay. Parking. This really irked me. $65 per day valet parking for in house guests or $55 per day self parking. I chose the latter which resulted in an additional cost of $935. Why not have a reducing rate based on length of stay?
We stayed in an Executive Suite which was spacious and comfortable. However, wardrobe and drawer space is best suited for a short term stay. We really struggled being there for 17 nights.
As I mentioned previously, I like this property. The issues I have raised are based on a 17 rather than a few nights stay.

From the moment I spoke to book my accommodation with Duty Manager Alex Cherry by phone a standard of excellenece in my mind was set.
The staff at the Sheraton on the Park were fantastic.
My stay on business for two days was great.
I enjoyed my time and was made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. So much so that I have just booked again another stay for 3 nights this time in May this year for my anniversary through Alex Cherry - a wonderful Duty Manager.

Our stay at this hotel to sum up in one word was disappointing. On 4 of us arriving with suitcases we were not offered any help with our cases to our rooms. We were charged $9.50 for drinking water The rooms were not sound proof. On leaving we were not offered any help and I then had to come home and question charges on my credit card. I am a Star Privilege card holder and a SPG member and after this experience I will not be renewing my card for another year. On a positive note the breakfast at Feast was excellent and the location is fantastic.

This hotel has one of the best locations in the CBD with the benefit of access to the park and botanic gardens. Good rooms with efficient, quiet air con,good water pressure, perfect beds and an excellent bathroom.
A great gym and a nice indoor pool.
The staff are exceptional.

Great hotel facilities always. I used to stay with Sheraton on he park a lot ten years ago as its our corporate partner. Very best marble bathroom and very clean room. They have kept their standard up till today. Great hotel! However, the customer service is no where near 5 star. I can give you three examples.
1. When I was checking out, the receptionist tried to get me to pay for rollaway bed which I've already paid. I've told the receptionist I've paid already also shown her the receipt from wotif, however, she was still challenging it. She said she need to satisfy her manager for the proof. I was kept asking her if she was happy with my proof of purchase. I was so "glad" she finally said she is happy after 10 minutes of negotiation.
2. I've got a car at my stay. I usually drive the car at the front to pick up and drop off my aged in law family. Every time I tried to pick up my aged parent at your hotel front, your very attentive concierge would question me my intention of station there. Nothing wrong with the questions, however, the way they asked seems like I an a thief.
3. As we were very tired after long journey, we've requested late check out. You certainly can say yes or no. However, you are charging us ransom by either like us to pay you $100 an hour or join your SPG. Okay, we joined your SPG then, however, you kept calling our phone rushing us to check out at 11:30 while you have agreed us to stay till 12pm. Extremely unprofessional.
In short, we don't feel like a guest in a five star hotel. We more feel like a usual suspect to you. We always need to proof to you that we are your guest and we've paid in full. You don't treat us as your guest at all.

I have stayed at this hotel whenever I am in Sydney. Prob my only disappointment was that I mentioned (just quietly) that it was my partners and mine birthday on the same day 17/5/ (I did show our drivers licences to prove) and that was there anything special that could be done as it was my partners first time to Sheraton on the park It was noted but nothing done I don't normally step out of my comfort zone to ask for freebies or upgrades etc but I felt that it was special to have our birthdays on the same day and his first time there. Just mentioning it. I do realise it was a Frid and a Sat night but it is the little things that make you return Lovely staff and great location though kind regards Trish (Booking under Andrew Garth)

I recently stayed at the Sheraton on Park for a business conference and found it one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Sydney. I could not fault any part of the experience and must say the food was excellent. Cooking a brilliant fillet steak for 130 attendees of the conference and absolutely nailing it is not something everyone can do but congratulations to the kitchen staff for pulling it off. To all concerned, well done and I will be hoping to stay there another time.

I have just returned from a 2 night stay at the Sheraton on the park. Everything was absolutely beautiful, the staff could not do enough to ensure that my needs were met.
The beds were heavenly and the breakfast at both the club lounge and Feast provided the most delicious food.

Frequent visitor to SYD, and, have stayed at several other properties in CBD, SOTP is by far the best option. It has an enviable location next to Hyde Park , close enough for a stroll to AGNSW, Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay, MCA, etc. Also numerous buses stop outside for trip to Bondi for e.g and St James station across street. for SYD INTL . But even more important than comfortable beds, Executive Club, SPG perks, it's the warm, professional friendly staff from porters, front desk, EC, that make stays so memorable. Thank you

I am writing this review now because I was awaken by strong constructional drilling noise coming from next door room, And I have this disaster second day in row. Nothing about that possible inconvenience was in "Special conditions" when I did booking. This is unacceptable for such glorious hotel with such a great service to put guests in such position. All other aspecrs of my stay were almost ideal.I highly recommend this hotel, but after reconstruction noise will finishes. And management should put warning now at their website.

Decided to have a night away from the kids (3 under 6) with the husband. We chose SHeraton on the Park because we were seeing a concert at the Hordern Pavilion. The room was wonderful. The bathtub was lovely, and relaxing. Shower was a fantastic size for two! The room was extra comfortable, and I loved the corner sofa to lounge on with a drink while chatting. Nothing worse than having to use the bed just to chill out. The staff were friendly and kind. The lobby is beautiful. Everything was wonderful. Top floor pool & viewing area was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and I took advantage of the freshly made omelete to order! Thank you, we'll be back.

Unfortunately no booking was listed when we arrived, was sorted but took a long time. Room with booked for 3 people, but no rollaway bed turned up, had to re-request it. Overall a lovely hotel, but trainee staff require supervision/assistance.

Friendly, convenient, spacious, comfortable and a relaxed atmosphere.
Everything we needed or wanted was on hand. Breakfast was highly enjoyable looking out on Hyde Park.

I absolutely love this hotel. I have been coming here for years and it is consistently outstanding! The rooms are lovely and spacious and I especially enjoy the park views. The staff at the Executive club lounge are wonderful, always friendly and efficient and go out of their way to help with anything you may need. The food is lovely and so are the views. I stay here quite frequently and the staff always remember me by name. My last stay was a special occasion and they upgraded us to a lovely balcony view.
