Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel has friendly staff We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. This is our 2nd time staying here and will stay here again if we get back down to Maryland. My only complaint is that the air conditioner banged loudly when it turned on. It kept waking me up but wouldn't stop me from staying here again. August 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Weekend! Fabulous location with a very short walk to both Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor. The staff were the best experienced anywhere...very courteous, friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. August 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nicest Staff EVER, Clean and Comfy Rooms First and foremost, I was SO pleased to finally see a hotel that provides recycling bins in the rooms. They also incentivize each time you decline housekeeping/reuse your towels, which was great! I was also amazed at the genuine kindness and friendliness of this staff. I have an irrational fear of elevators and it was not easy to get to my floor from the lobby. A staff person happily walked me up each flight of stairs and escorted me to my room and offered a staff person to do this for me each and every time without even questioning my reasons for needing to do this. From the bellmen to the front desk to the housekeepers and the food service workers, everyone was SO NICE! March 20, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great proximity to Camden Yards When we visit for ballgames, we typically stay at one of the hotels directly across the street from Camden Yards. We were very happy with the location of the Sheraton and the quality of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. August 3, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good value and great for baseball The accommodations are nice but the staff is extraordinary! Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to help. I had a problem with my TV and within 5 minutes of reporting it to the front desk someone was in my room to fix it. We ate at the Orioles Grill and also ordered room service. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was excellent as it is a two block walk to Camden Yards (which was the primary purpose of our trip). Overall a good value and I will definitely return. July 14, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Reasonable price, ive got what i paid for Overall staffs were responsive, room was okay( its not extravagant but yeah thats not what i expected from this hotel). I could see very very small part of harbour. Also it was not expensive in terms of room rates and food. Just room doesnt have room slippers. Also i need to ask staffs to get me toothpaste&brush kit, which i found inconvenient. But overall it was okay July 27, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Just Okay The room we were given was not in good condition. I don't think anyone stayed in that room. The carpets had huge stains and dirty. There was no bed skirts. The lamps and radio was not plugged in. There was a stack of towels in the bathroom. I wasn't going to complain but when I started to hang our clothes, the hangers were dusty including the luggage stands. I wasn't about to clean the room. Why were we given this room? I don't know? That was not a good idea. We were given a better room after that. The carpets still had stain and the room was so outdated and needed upgrade. They should have given us a better one especially after being given that first room. Just horrible. December 18, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Perfect location to inner harbor delights The day I arrived there was no water...ANYWHERE in the hotel. That evening it was restored but came out very opaque brown for another day (Uggggg)...you can imagine what I couldn't do for over a day...like shower.. That evening, after I had remained away from the hotel as much as possible, the elevators quit for a couple hours. I appreciated the modest refunded rebate on my bill (it didn't compensate for the essentially-missing access for a day) and understand this happens but the hotel appeared to have high occupancy and doing the water and elevator work may have been better some other time. He was very professional and really great. I also was really impressed by Leroy Smith (spelling?). He went above and beyond to make our stay very nice. Rated 3 out of 5 by Mr Ranger The hotel was classy average. We liked the room. The common lounge on the 14th floor had an ok food selection. Missed the waffle machine everyone else has. The room smelled bad all the time. We ate in the Grill for our evening meal. It was freezing inside. The food was great and the service was so slow we were on our way over to pick up our order that was sitting on the counter. There were less than 10 customers in the grill at the time. No excuse. I was disappointed that we had to pay for internet in the room. In order to get free internet you had to go to the first or second floor to use it. The valet parking was tops. Warning! Parking is expensive. There is no free parking. January 2, 2014

The doormen were exceptionally helpful with suggestions of where to go with children and how to get there by foot. The entire stall treated us with kindness and respect and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. July 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by July stay My stay, July 14-16, was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. It was cleaned and replenished each day. Doors were opened for me as I entered and exited the building. Ice water was waiting in the lobby....a nice touch. My room was not ready when I arrived (I arrived before standard check in time) but bags were checked and I received a phone message as soon as my room was available. It was quiet and I had a very pleasant stay. July 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by NSPRA 2014 The AC in my room went out at midnight, and the staff person arrived quickly after I phoned the desk. He tried resetting the thermostat, replacing the thermostat, and replacing the AC unit, but nothing worked. The engineer arrived at 7:30 am, and he got me moved to a new room, comped my meals, and arranged for a basket of fruit to be placed in my new room. Mike Brady really went out of his way to take care of me, and it was greatly appreciated! July 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hotel stay This is the second time we stayed at the Sheraton while attend some ball games. Everything was very nice; the bartender, Casey, was particularly noteworthy. He was very pleasant and very responsive. The service is the restaurant was also very good. My only minor comment would be that I was surprised newspapers were not available in the hotel. I can understand not delivering them to the room, but they should at least be available for purchase in the lobby store. July 14, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mixed experience Overall the room was comfortable and it was a good night's rest. The staff were responsive when there were issues with the room. However, I was surprised at the limited cable stations--basically there was ESPN news and nothing else, but lots of movies you can buy at $17 each. I was also disappointed at the expensive onsite eating options, the Orioles Grill and Morton's Steakhouse. There were few local specialties: the only Maryland seafood option was crab cakes. The hotel excels at providing a room, but the features and amenities need work. June 20, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Front Desk Front Desk staff failed to get correct information on my "green policy". Room was not cleaned for 2 days even when I requested it. It was finally corrected upon the third request. I was not offered the $5 coupon incentive either. Also, had trouble communicating with Front Desk that I was only parking in the garage for one day and not six days. Had to monitor the situation. July 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Artscape weekend in Charm City Starting with the valet who took my car our experience was exceptional. Staff helped me print tickets to a local event. Harbor view rooms are worth it. Our suite upgrade was not a "suite", but rather TWO rooms. A fantastic corner suite and adjacent room with a murphy bed. My wife and I alternated beds. Fun! Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed.... Room was 76 degrees and nothing I did cooled it off...had the air on in March, fan on high, and it was still uncomfortably warm. Request for "gift vs points" upon check in was ignored (gift was selected but never delivered), invoice wasn't emailed despite my profile requesting same. All-in-all a disappointment, which has been my typical experience at Sheraton properties. March 13, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel has great staff but is a little dated Hotel staff were wonderful and greatly appreciated the upgrade to club level, however, the room itself was a little dated (phone did not work to call front desk for things, air conditioning did not keep up and the bathroom could have used some TLC). Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again given the location of the hotel (perfect) and the friendly staff. July 15, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Walls too thin The primary issue with the room was that I could hear a lot from both rooms on either side of me. If the television was off, most conversations in both rooms were very audible. I had to sleep with the tv on just so I couldn't hear my neighbors. July 18, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by What a disgrace!!!! hotel hallways were dark & creepy. Certainly not worth $400.00 a night. Did not feel safe walking aound the harbor, with all the thugs hanging all over the place. To many beggers around the hotel asking for money. We were staying for the weekend, but checked out after one night. We will never come back!!!! July 15, 2014
