Overall the service was terrific! Most of the hotel staff personnel spoke English and were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable--enjoyed the power window curtain and the power blinds by the bathtub/shower. The room view was enjoyable and for most time the room was quiet. The Club Floor Lounge had good breakfasts, snacks and refreshments, and "Happy Hour".
1. For 2 days did not have a spare toilet paper roll, only one partial toilet paper roll--after mentioning it to the front desk, this problem was promptly corrected. On one of these day, none of the toiletries was replenished.
2. My wife forgot her camera in a tour van, and the tour company said it would return it that evening leaving it at the front desk. My wife informed the front desk staff that her camera would be returned and to notify her when it was received. After the time period the tour said it would return the camera, my wife checked with the front desk staff and was informed that the camera was not returned yet. She waited another half-hour and checked with the front desk staff and again was informed the camera was not returned. My wife showed her concern, so the staff checked with another staff member, who said that the camera was returned a while ago.
3. On the last night, the occupant(s) in the above room made loud stomping noises--heavy walking occurring over various periods of time. Hotel staff promptly investigated.

Very Disappointing for a Starwood property! Paper cups for coffee instead of coffee mugs in room. Very slow and poor internet connection.
Room service is very poor and meals are overpriced. Delivery was always late and things missing. Salt and pepper came in litle paper packets with 2 small pcs of bread.
Mini-bar is the kind with sensors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Algarvian Top quality hotel with panoramic views of Lisbon
We received SPG welcome on arrival. We received an explanation of the facilities in our room. The room was equipped to a very high standard of comfort, although paper cups for tea/coffee in the room were disappointing. Food and service in the restaurants were very good with front line staff friendly and efficient. Good value.

Diabolical lighting system, as in many modern hotels that are over-engineered. Takes you 10 minutes to figure out how it all works - only to discover that the bedside lamp simply doesn't work no matter how many switches you press. Quite enfuriating. Was only staying one night so didn't bother calling the "engineer".

I stayed at this hotel for 5nights for the first time and it was in an excellent location close to the metro and only a twenty minute walk from the city center. The hotel it'self was modern, clean and appealing and the staff where attentive. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lisbon.

giant hole in the towel
no free wi-fi
they use big pillowcases for small pillows (it looks really weird)
Staff is the only thing that pleased us
Do not meet my expectations at all! That's sad!

We enjoyed our stay. The Hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and, although it is a large Hotel, we were not disturbed by any noise from other rooms. Optimal Sound proofing! We especially liked the tea/coffee making possiblilies in the room.

I've been with my family for holiday in Lisboa, Ms Carvalho did a great service and support me a lot. I spent great days there.
concierge gave me good reccomandation about sightseeing and place to dine.

My husband and I have a wonderful time at the hotel, the staff exceeded our expectations, they had a very nice welcoming surprise for us, the room was lovely, clean, the bed was very comfortable, the view was spectacular from our room and the location soo convenience.

I just stayed on night... the rooms and facilities were good.
The roof bar has excellent views of the city but as you would expect very expensive 13 euros for a large beer!
It is only a 10 euro taxi ride from the airport and the same again to the bars enjoyed by the locals..

The staff at this hotel are the nicest, friendly and most obliging.
The front entrance staff named RUI was soooooooo helpful in making us comfortable and guiding us to a country where we did not know the lauguage.
We loved the hotel and the country.

The hotel has great location, very good views in the higher floors and very, very good attention to customer. I spent 5 nights with my wife, daughter and son. All of us were delighted.

Got a room on the 19th floor. Recently got SPG Gold Status so I was able to take advantage of free internet. The room was big and clean. Loved the washroom. Overall a great experience and would come again.
