Rated 4 out of 5 by nice hotel, but a couple of quirks I do like this hotel and have stayed here several times. The beds and rooms are comfortable and the gym and spa are great. However, I have 2 running criticisms - 1. The hairblowers are poor, constantly overheating and shutting down, and 2. The bedside light is not strong enough to read by - the addition of small hallogen lights by the bed would be helpful. My additional issue this last stay was that the water pressure in my room was poor. All of this sounds very negative, but I really do like this hotel. February 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable room As usual with Sheraton, a very comfortable bed and nice room and our room had a nice view of Lisbon. Good amenities in the room, friendly and helpful staff, quiet. Boasts a full blackout curtain, a modern bathroom, a spacious in-room safe with even inside electrical power. Only a few small suggestions for improvement: no ice machine in the hotel, and as strange as this will sound, the shower could use a user manual. Location is OK however mind that it is not in the city center (and is uphill from it). July 15, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by ups and downs I do like this hotel - it is comfortable and has a very nice gym and spa. The staff ar also very considerate and helpful. High marks. Negatives would be that I think the quality of the roomservice food has gone down. (I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years.) And in the last 2 rooms I was in, the blinds between the bath and main room have not worked, nor the bathroom speaker. The addition of bedside lights so that there is enough light to read would also be helpful. March 18, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice hotel but staff service needs to be improved The hotel is located in a nice area. The welcome and car valet parking were well organised. The hotel room looks nice but unfortunately some facilities need maintaining. The bath tub was broken and it could not be filled with water. The plug was broken and could not closed the drainage of water. The sound installation did not work too in the bathroom. Last but not least the bed was too hard. A bite disappointing was the swimming pool and spa facilities. Beside the overpriced charges of 12,50 euros per person to visit the swimming pool, the lady behind the counter was not really friendly. We paid 25 euros for two persons and she even did not have a locker available. Although there were many lockers (more than 30 lockers) in the changing room but according to this lady every locker was occupied. On the other hand there were only less than 10 people around the swimming pool and spa. She could not offer anything to store my personal gadget (Iphone, Ipad, etc.) and she gave me the impression she did not care. Further on the spa vichy facility was closed too and the pool was really small. My last remark is about the charges of wifi internet. I expect from a 5 star hotel that the wifi internet is included in the price. May 16, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by internet service throughout our 4 night stay in the hotel.we were unable to access the in-room internet.We called several times and yet the problem was never resolved. This is really unacceptable in spg hotels especially as almost all lower priced chains offer this service free and it works! In addition it seemed as if the bed was covered with a plastic undersheet and was very uncomfortable for sleeping/Not the sleep-easy bed we are used to having. May 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great service, great style Without exception, the team, the design and style of our room, the offering in the Club Lounge, and the and food in and view from Panorama are truly memorable. We really felt that our SPG status counted for something special, and will definitely make a return visit. Location is perfect for the Gulbenkian, and easy Metro access in a very few minutes to the centre...the 2-night stay reminded us how much we like coming to Lisbon ! May 25, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Lovely hotel Nice upscale hotel with trendy lobby & restaurants. Bedroom was big with great shower area, however the water in our room was never hot, just warm. The pool area was nice but I was asked to pay a fee simply to sit on a sun chair by the pool for half an hour ( considered spa services). A good 25 minute walk to the city center. Front desk & concierge were very helpful, even in replying to emails prior to arrival. Very nice hotel. May 8, 2013

Although I was disappointed by the business services, I was part of a group of 130 people and we asked to print some colour pages the initial reply was this service was not available. After pressing a little I was given access to one visit to Starwood level for my printing - I found this service quite disappointing for some colour prints! February 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is my favourite hotel in Lisboa This hotel has extreme modern and comfort room, bathroom with glass wall and rainy shower. View from the room ( if you look towards Parque Eduardo) is stunning, so you can enjoy taking shower and in the same time looking at the lighting bridge of 25. October over the river Tejo( in the night). The only negative thing is very cold water in the outdoor swimming pool, so it is almost impossible to get into the water! July 6, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great! But still opportunities to improve I enjoy staying at the Sheraton every time I go to Lisbon. It is comfortable and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. The three areas of improvement are: 1) the check out time, it is too lengthy and seems clumsy; 2) the size of the bath towels; 3) the poor quality of the wifi coverage in some bedrooms. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great place to stay in Lisbon This was the last stop for us on a two week vacation thru Spain and Portugal. Our room was on the 22nd floor and had a great view. The hotel is design is very modern and the room was very comfortable. While it is a few miles from the old sections of town the cab rides are so easy an inexpensive it was not an issue. Only negative for us was the restaurant was very pricey. It did however have a great view. May 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel has great features All facilties are well equipped but if the hotel can provide slippers for guests will be even better. With slippers in the room it may help to mantain the room cleaniness especially the bed sheet, secondly the B/F is a bit too expensive, if offer a better rate together with the room package, I think it will help to increase the revenue as well as attract more guests to participate January 29, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice hotel! This hotel was perfect for a leisure travel with my Mom. We both enjoyed the spa facilities / treatments & great food at both restaurants. I loved the gym, very good facilities! The hotel was a bit far away from downtown, but, it didn't matter since taxis were cheap and the hop on hop off bus had a stop close by the hotel. Rated 5 out of 5 by GREAT ROOMS I couldn't comment yet if they upgrade platinum guests to suites as I was burning my suite night upgrades. Was upgraded to their exec. suite and it was big and cozy. Really loved the pillows in this property. The club lounge was good as well. I would suggest however that front desk should be more smiling...All of them look so stiff and serious. November 19, 2013

The service was great and all the staffs a very friendly and helfpful. I suggest for the future, that the using of the outdoor pool should be without charge for hotelguests. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Sheraton I've stayed at The Sheraton Lisboa is one of the most modern and best designed Sheraton hotels in Europe. I stayed in an executive suite (SPG platinum upgrade) on the 24th floor which was really beautifully designed, with a wonderful living room/work space and bedroom and a great view on the city. The room was also perfectly sound proof. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful, smiling, always ready to assist and help. The Spa has a large sauna, a steam room and a very stylish jacuzzi/pool. Entrance to the spa is complimentary for SPG platinum guests. There is also a relax room with 4 beds and another quiet room to cool down. The gym is perfectly appointed and very spacious as well. The outdoor pool looked very nice, too. The club lounge provides drinks and snacks during the day and more substantial hors d’oeuvres in the evening, and a very good breakfast in the morning, with several hot and cold choices. The breakfast in the main restaurant is also very good. And the view from the panorama bar at the top is breathtaking. February 26, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Recent stay Very Disappointing for a Starwood property! Paper cups for coffee instead of coffee mugs in room. Very slow and poor internet connection. Room service is very poor and meals are overpriced. Delivery was always late and things missing. Salt and pepper came in litle paper packets with 2 small pcs of bread. Rated 5 out of 5 by Top quality hotel with panoramic views of Lisbon We received SPG welcome on arrival. We received an explanation of the facilities in our room. The room was equipped to a very high standard of comfort, although paper cups for tea/coffee in the room were disappointing. Food and service in the restaurants were very good with front line staff friendly and efficient. Good value. June 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just as good second time around! Pros: Excellent platinum recognition, great room/suite, free valet, friendly staff. Cons (small!): Lounge had very little offerings left when we popped by Saturday evening (around 9pm). Breakfast area on the ground floor is a bit dark and noisy. Location of the hotel could be better. Sum: We will be back! November 29, 2013

Takes you 10 minutes to figure out how it all works - only to discover that the bedside lamp simply doesn't work no matter how many switches you press. Quite enfuriating. Rated 3 out of 5 by Lisbon Stay. Dec 17 - 20 Hotel room was missing slippers and gowns. Need to calll. TV remote was not functional. Finally had to call. Tech person came and figured out that the batteries were dead. he need to go back to get the batteries. Slow service at Breakfast. Fried eggs came by the time I finished the breakfast. In my personal opinion front desk staff had a hard time smiling. Concierge Amando Lopes is great and very helpful. Thank you Armando for making my first trip to Lisbon a great one. January 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton Lisboa excellent I stayed at this hotel for 5nights for the first time and it was in an excellent location close to the metro and only a twenty minute walk from the city center. The hotel it'self was modern, clean and appealing and the staff where attentive. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lisbon. May 29, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bad experience Max evaluation for this hotel is 3* no slippers no bathrobe shadow at the bathroom is out of order giant hole in the towel no free wi-fi noisy AC they use big pillowcases for small pillows (it looks really weird) Staff is the only thing that pleased us Do not meet my expectations at all!
