Recently held a meeting at this hotel. Just wanted to thank Goretti, Vicki, Oscar, Rosario and the restaurant staff for all of your support during our meeting. These things are a nightmare to co-ordinate and your team was supportive, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

On Thursday April 12, 2012 I checked in along with my granparents. Rosario at the front desk was such a please to help me in my needs along with my grandparents. Rosario went out of her way to help in settling my grandparents and to make their stay more pleasurable.

I recently organized a team conference at this facility and from beginning to end everything was executed flawlessly.
Donna worked with me to put the package together, and she was terrific to work with, responsive and thorough. She exceeded my expectations and ensured that the team felt welcomed and had everything they needed.
Rosario at the front desk also gets honourable mention. Rosario was willing to physically move the barriers in the parking lot to allow me access to park (I declined her offer, but was impressed that she would go to this extent).
Mustafa did a great job at the team dinner and he managed to serve a group of almost 20 people very efficiently, while taking pictures as well. Well done.
The staff in the AV and catering also were good to work with. Throughout the day I saw them responding to specific requests and how attentive they were to everyone.
Donna, Rosario, AV, and catering guys, thank you all for your great service and can't wait till the next conference to see you again (if Donna will let me back in). :)

We arrived back from our Christmas vacation in Cuba January 6 and were unable to fly out as the airport was closed due to extreme weather. We had no luggage and were travelling with our 19 month old daughter. All hotels were booked. People were fighting for food, getting sick in hallways as the flu was everywhere.We arrived at the Sheraton and asked for ANY room. We were allowed to wait in the lobby to see if anyone would check out. After 12 hours, we were given a room and were saved as we didnt fly out of Toronto for 3 days. We really appreciate the kindness and professionalism displayed by the front desk staff. It was a zoo everywhere but The Sheraton was our oasis. Also the gift store was very well stocked. It had baby supplies as no other store had. Very impresssed.

I am not well with cancer and had to take to take an afternoon sleep to catch up on the meeting process with friends meeting at the airport. Delay until 4 pm is the longest time we have been handled ever. Thank you.

This was our second stay here, and we were not disappointed. All staff were extremely professional and friendly, and the room was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone with an early flight out of Pearson.

Room service overpriced. 2 Clubhouses and a kids grilled cheese and fries with 2 coke and 3 milk = $92 not including tip. Which was almost the same price as our room. Unsat.

We always overnight at the Sheraton Gateway traveling between the Caribbean and Vancouver. Not only is it a first class hotel but, being situated inside Terminal 3, means that we can travel with no winter clothes.

Great hotel if you have a Pearson stopover. Not convenient if you're business is not in Mississauga, but the hotel has great facilities, and is extremely convenient for the late arrival/early departure scenario.

The hotel is very convenient location-wise. I was up most of the nigh due to noise from the hallway and adjoining room. Even normal voice level conversations and footsteps were clearly heard in my room contributing to a terrible sleep.

It is sooo great to avoid the great outdoors at this time of the year for a stay over. Room was great, as always, except a bit chilly in the bathroom. We planned to take part in the snacks as we arrived from 25 hours in the air/airports and booked the club room accordingly, but arrived a bit late and baggage took too long. So, I'd recommend that the snacks be available until 9 p.m., not just 8:30. Breakfast was great, especially that auto-pancake-maker and the salsa.

Great service from the front line staff to those working in the bistro style restaurant. Very comfortable beds, we were pleasantly surprised and will make this our hotel of choice when using the Toronto Airport.

Due to the location this hotel feels that they can charge whatever they want and due a poor job. My advice to Sheraton would be to pull the Sheraton name from the Toronto airport because the brand equity is at risk. $250 / night and you can't keep the room clean??? Seriously? You can't replace a broken lamp at the Sheraton? I expected the small rooms but try vacuuming the hallways. This hotel was brutal.
The online sales job was good.... but misleading on the actual product.

We stayed at this hotel on Friday September 20th. Looking forward to having a nice sleep in before our drive to Ottawa the next morning we were awakened by someone from house keeping at 7:30AM wanting to clean our room. In a half awake state we polietely told them to come back later. Well - 45 minutes later they were back again. once again we told them to come back later. unable to sleep at this point in time we then phoned the front desk who apologized for our trouble and promised us some extra starwood points for our troubles. As of this point in time I have not seen any additional points added to my account -- very disappontined with this stay......

We choice this hotel once again for the park and fly convenience due to winter travel Check-in and out were flawless. We were joyfully greeted on arrival, recognized as previous guests and given a Club room. The rooom with all the conveniences made for a very pleasant stay. On departure, I left a note in the room indicating a few minor maintenance issues that might not normally be picked up by staff. Such an enjoyable stay once again that makes it even a stronger consideration for a pre-flight stay year round.

I was very impressed when this hotel held our room without giving it away. Let me explain all flights were either delayed or cancelled and I'm sure they could have sold our room a hundred times. We were to arrive late 21:30 however due to a delayed flight arrived to the hotel at 02:30. There was a line up a mile long and all I heard on my way to the desk is I'm sorry we are sold out. I was very concerned that they may have given my room away however it was waiting for us. The facility met every one of our needs as well the staff also were very polite and helpful. Great experience with the hotel and will stay there again!!

We stayed in the hotel 2 nights ago and it was fine. We flew from terminal 1 and the train wasnt working so had to catch a bus. Its sort of the point of paying to be at the hotel... being right in the airport so travelling with 3 very small children and all the trappings means it would have been nice if they told us in advance. Then there was very cheap looking, very small, bottled water sitting on the side which got consumed - no note or anything next to it until we got the bill for over $5 per bottle. Seriously??? This costs like 50c in shop. This type of daylight robbery just leaves a bitter taste in the mouth regardless of anything else connected with the stay.

We have stayed often over the years, it is a convenient location. We booked the stay and park. We were billed the regular amount for our room, not the stay and park special that I reserved. We were billed for one night of parking therefore when we left the parking facility we had to pay $158.00 for parking. The morning we left I purposefully went to confirm that our parking and was told everything was in order. I will be contacting the airport Sheraton in Toronto.i will never have my receipt emailed again for I only discovered the error upon our return to Canada a week later. I very dissatisfied with the inconvenience.
