Rated 5 out of 5 by mamarose Disneyland Vacation May 27th - 31st
This is a great hotel to stay in since it was close to Disneyland. The staff were friendly and met all our needs. The first night we were there my 5 year old woke up around 10pm and got sick all over the bedding. The staff was quick in responding with the replacement bedding. The shuttles to Disneyland were perfect. The drivers were great. You could watch the fireworks every night from the hotel parking lot. .just make sure you park on the left side of the hotel...we had a lot of fireworks ash on our truck. .but it was well worth it because both my 5 and 8 yr old boys were pretty exhausted by 6 pm every night and we finally got to watch the fireworks show from the hotel parking lot the last night of our vacation. We booked the Family Castle pkg which included the breakfast buffet every day, parking, and Wifi. The buffet was good...the wait staff was excellent. Breakfast is 6-9. The restaurant opens at 5pm. They do have take out menus for the restaurants that deliver to the hotel.

We stay here every time we visit Disneyland. The staff is great, super friendly and always go out of their way to make sure we enjoy our stay.
We love the shuttle service to and from the park every 30 minutes. The drivers are nice and the shuttles are clean.
The rooms have a mini fridge and are clean. The only issue we had the last stay was a slow draining tub. The hotels store has a good variety of snacks as well as sandwiches.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was great and had great features. I like the fact that our parking was close to our room. The only negative thing I could say and can be improved was that there was a certain sewer smell in the bathroom - not too strong but we get a whiff of it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by EX3A Fair...nothing to get too excited about!
Cons: Arrived at check in time and room was not available forcing alternate dinner plans since we needed to setup the room for the kids. Toilet didn't flush and the carpets need to be replaced. Club Lounge didn't have a nearby facility, needed to go down the hall, down the elevator and to the lobby to take my little one to the potty. Very close to freeway and you hear the car noise (and we were furthest away) . Club lounge strict policies on taking out food,...tough to eat on the go.
Pros: SPG Gift was nice, button to celebrate daughters bday was fun. Grounds were clean. Beds nice.

As a frequent traveller, there is a certain level of service I have come to expect from SPG properties and the Sheraton Anaheim felt as if it was not prt of the SPG family. The front desk staff was not friendly, the room service was awful and required me to go get my own glass of ice after delivery, the maid service staff was not communicated to for what little late check out I received and the facility was poor at best. This hotel is not recommended for the business traveller and I will not return for personal travel either.

Smells in the hallways so bad that my daughter plugged her nose. The carpet is old and buckled (bumpy) all in the hallways. The room wasn't bad except for the really small shower. My husband is 220 pounds and had to shower sideways to fit.
