The hotel looks magnificent outside, beautiful gardens, trees, pool, fountains and athletic courts. Inside is a little dated but still very clean and well-kept. No free Wi-Fi unless you are a premium member. Location is not the worst part of Phoenix but also not the best. There are a few things to do close to the hotel, but not many.

The staff was the most accommodating of any hotel stay we have had to date (and we travel a lot) From the housekeeping staff to the meal service staff to the front desk and bell men, all employees truly went out of their ways to help us. The meals were also excellent . . . especially for banquet meals; we were so impressed!

This Sheraton Crescent was a great place for me and my love to get away from the kids and work for the day. It had a very warm welcoming community feel as we came in. I beleave Steave was the name of the bar tender at the lobby bar. He was so very helpful in the picking of what to eat. Thank a lot Steave.

Right off I-17 and across the street from Metro Center with good restaurants and entertainment. Movie theater in mall. Liked everything about the hotel except the top sheets on the bed were like paper and made noise when sleeping and not at all comfortable. They need to get rid of them and put a decent sheet on the bed.

This hotel lacked any quality service other than a clean room. The desk staff is very slow, the restaurant service is very lacking and all admitted by management. Why not fix what you know?

Air Conditioner Noisey and not cooling.
Phone did not work to report problem.
I spoke to front desk physically due to phone problem.
I had to request that the air filter be replaced (literally black in color and particals falling out of it when removed).
By the third day the unit ran quietly and efficiently.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious. There is pools and other recreational areas for family fun. Price was very reasonable and it was clean.
The room doors need to be adjust to not slam was the only down fall I experienced.
I will stay here in the future.

Beautiful hotel on inside. Rooms appear to have been upgraded recently for appearance and comfort. Best convenience was multiple outlets on nightstands and desk for plugging in all our electronics.

Staff excellent, rooms very comfortable, but both the desk & restaurant overcharged us on 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS. Rest. also added an 18% gratuity on our party of 4 w/o telling us when delivering our check. I can excuse 1 occasion, maybe 2, but NOT 3. Can't recommend b/c of those incidents.

My family and I stayed at the hotel on 4-27-13 and got into our room late. The next morning we noticed the bed my kids slept in had what looked like blood stains on the sheets, when we told the person at the front desk they acted like it was no big deal.
Other than that the hotel was clean.

When I checked in to the Sheraton Crescent Hotel on January 16th 2014,
the front desk clerk asked if I wanted to participate in the “Make a Green Choice” program, and I declined. During my entire stay, I did not hang the “Make A Green Choice” card on my door. However, I called and requested house keeping services. They acknowledged my request but never sent anyone to clean my room.
On Friday January 17th 2014, I called Room Service at 05:15 AM to order Breakfast.
The Sheraton Customer Service Rep very rudely stated “LISTEN TO ME, WE DON’T TAKE ROOM SERVICE ORDERS BEFORE 6:00 AM” and abruptly hung up.
What was most appalling was that your guests were provided with and expected to use paper and plastic cups. I felt that it was pretty tacky on the part of Sheraton to provide these items in a room where the rates exceed $200.00 per day.
After all is said and done, I realize that I should have make reservations with Marriot where you really are treated as a guest and not a pariah. Incidentally this is not the first time that I stayed at Sheraton. I stayed with you this time last year and was satisfied with the services provided. However what a difference a year makes.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton Crescent. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and Indigo restaurant was DELICIOUS! Will come back on my next trip to Phoenix.

Service was fair -- found that I had to call for housecleaning 3 of the 4 days it was required for by 4pm they hadn't cleaned the room and when they came to clean it did a rushed and mediocre job. Lounge food wasn't filled when it was empty. Front desk staff was hard to get a smile from.

My starwood room was great. The staff was great. NO SHUTTLE SERVICE from AIRPORT to HOTEL. BANQUET service ran out of food and short of staff. No shop at the hotel to purchase small items you can't ck on the -plane. The gym was great, distance to shopping OK if you have rental car.

The hotel room was clean and neat, but needs some updating all around. The pool area was terrible. The cushions on the chairs were disgusting. We had to cover the whole chair with towels in order to sit down. The spa was dirty and the whole area looked abandoned. The slide was fun.

I go to Phoenix every March for Spring Training Baseball, and this Sheraton is in the perfect location to make the trip to all of the ballparks. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food in the restaurant is reasonable and delicious. I will stay here every year.

What I love about this hotel most of the year in sunny Phoenix is the great pool that is as good, and usually a lot less crowded, that any resort pool. This stay was in December and so I did not have occasion to visit the pool. I was upgraded to a Club room as I have been in the past but the Club and my room had some failings.
The main disappointment was the bed itself, which I count on with Sheratons to be great. My bed , however, was worn out and springy. Since I arrived at 2am exhausted I didnt really have time or energy to move rooms . The club was also disappointing so while I appreciated the upgrade, I would not pay for it in the future. The door was propped open with the unsightly service cart when I was there, and the host did not greet anyone, but seemed more like a busboy just cleaning up and restocking the fruit which horribly inadequate. The bathrooms, the carpets, and the hotel in general were all looking tired and grey and in need of update.
OK if you need to be in this part of town, but not my top choice.

This hotel has a water slide, volleyball, basket ball, and tennis. It is a fun place for a family get-a-way. It has a nice big pool and a very friendly staff too. The water slide was not opened very much and the pool was a little too warm, but otherwise great.

Not the best room...it had mold in the bath room and the ceiling looked filthy. The first room we moved due to road noise and the curtains were not hung and looked like they were falling down. I would not go back. The pool was never cleaned, leaves floating.

I found this hotel to be very suitable for my comforts and needs away from home. The staff were extremely accomadating and friendly. The location seemed to be surrounded by very busy streets, which I sometimes found hard to enter the hotel grounds.

Use this hotel frequently and it has markedly improved. The staff has always been excellent- friendly, courteous and competent, but the linens and bath products have been upgraded and the food from Room Service has improved by quantum measures.

Hotel is clean however the furniture is in some serious need of attention. Couches and chairs have frayed upholstery, carpets are worn and the whole hotel has a musty odor. Not what I would have expected from a Sheraton.

Everything was nice except:
Sheets were too stiff. Like sleeping on sandpaper.
Put out my green sign and didn't get my $5 off coupon to spend at the hotel. Was reminded of it later after I checked out by my daughter.

Overall the stay was good. The only problems was with the restroom. The sink did not drain correctly and the toilet was very slow to flush. Also the bathtub was dirty. Looked like it has not been cleaned for awhile.

I was very dissapointed. No staff seemed present. There was no parking or valet present at any time I was at the hotel. Staff on check in was not very friendly and told me I was not entitled to an upgrade!

We were greeted when we arrived by megan. we were welcomed back she was so professional and personable we felt instantily at home. wiith employees like megan this hotel will be successful as will megan.

Most important criteria was a quiet room and comfortable bed, which surpass expectations. Pool, and gym were excellent, better than most hotels on this trip. Access to the club lounge was a luxury.
