The staff and hotel room were very nice. the food and beverage area needs a lot of help. It could be so much nicer. The arms of the cloth chairs were stained and very dirty. Two big signs announcing 90+ point wines get your hopes up but then quickly let you down. The signs advertise Reidel Stemware, but there were no Reidels to be found anywhere. Just cheap, thick $1 wine glasses you can get at any discount store. There is a 2 glasses of wine for $5 happy hour. The bartender did not know much about any of the wines being served. The Chard was served ice cold. The Zin had been open for at least three days and was very warm. I was told to try the calamari. The presentation was nice, but it was basically just fried breading with no calamari inside. The servers were nice, but the service at all four meals I ate at the restaurant was extremely slow and it was not due to it being busy. Overall, a nice place to stay, but avoid the food and beverage, which is dissappointing because it is in wine country and setting is beautiful on the water.

The view is not what you expect. Marina is not big at all. Location to Peteluma and wine country is good.
$5 wine tasting is a nice addition. Free laundry room is great!
Our in room fridge froze all of our fresh fruit and cheese :(

Breakfast did not meet expectations found it a little over priced. Would have perferred a more conventional menu instead of the napa valley theme ! I will stay there again in future but will eat some place local. Also it would have been nice to have valet parking.

The hotel staff was friendly and answered questions as well as provided suggestions on activities around the local area. The rooms were comfortable, check-in and check-out eas, and the location was nice and close to Sonoma and Napa Valleys. I recommend this hotel.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but since we were busy shopping for my daughters wedding dress, we didn't have time for a marina view. We had a gorgeous room on the club level. Enjoyed the club hospitality room. From now on, it will be the club level.

We travel with a small dog, so room service availability was important. The food via room service was excellent - and very quick. This Sheraton has a very good kitchen. Only downside was that the pool is located in a cold windy area, so was not inviting.

Being close to so many natural settings from Bodega Bay to nearby wetlands, this hotel provides a great base. Its accommodating staff and comfortable rooms all combine to make this a fine option to consider for a stay in this enticing area of California.

1. The rooms are nice.
2. The club lounge is great and the club staff are fantastic.
3. The restaurant is good.
4. The location is nice and there is a nice walking path right outside the hotel.

Your hotel looks very nice, is comfortable and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Staying on the club floor was wonderful. The gentleman working in the afternoon/evening was so pleasant and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your hotel.

The hotel is situated less than a mile from my destination. The desk staff was efficent and friendly. The morning club attendant was very helpful and attentive. The evening club attendant was non existant. The telvision remote was sub-standard.

Your staff is great and your lobby looks fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, but there were stains on the chairs and lamp shades and the paint was chipped around the bath room mirror. The room just felt "old". I think it needs a face lift.

Nice and clean bedroom, nice gym club, nice jacuzzi.
Swimming pool a little cold and too close to the freeway (but it is well isolated and we don't ear the freeway noise when we are in the bedroom.
It was nice to be able to come with our dog.

My stay at this hotel is always a pleasure. Everyone is very courteous and I especially loved my room this time because of the wonderful view. Will ask for it again. The restaurant always serves a nice meal and everyone serving is a delight.

I feel that the hotel at the time of our visit may have been in need of more staffing. Overall though we would stay there again as the hotel itself was very comfortable,and the staff that was there was very pleasant.

Stayed at this hotel after a long drive. Beautiful views of the marina. Spacious room. Club Lounge was great for breakfast as I got to sit out on the balcony overlooking the marina and ate. Will definitely come again.

Love the screens in the windows that allows for fresh air at night. great breakfast, and the Friday night wine tasting was terrific.
We love hiking the marsh.
This is our fourth time staying here and we would stay here again.

Loved the glass of wine on arrival with friendly personnel to greet us.
Coffee maker clogged with some white stuff in it but hotel quickly gave us another.
TV did not work- had to replace it with another the next day
False fire alarm went off in the morning while we were in the room
Man next door was smoking constantly and we could smell it and was throughout the halls. Took several days before problem resolved. Found out he had to be evicted. It was horrible smelling stale smoke for so long.
WiFi was off and on throughout stay.
Eco option for $5 voucher was miss-leading- It was an all or nothing option. Either you didn't want maid service at all or you had everything done. We didn't feel we needed sheets and towels changed daily but when we hung the tag on the door, no one came in to make the beds, empty the trash or clean the bathroom. This is really to save the hotel labor costs not to help the environment. Our towels were changed even though we hung them up in the bathroom.
We had no issues with the people working at the hotel. They were all friendly and accommodating.

The Sheraton was great in accomodating our dog. The club lounge food was good at dinner and breakfast. The outside exterior looked outdated, but interior was fine.

Hotel sits on the water with beautiful boats outside the window. It's well kept with fresh flowers outside on the grounds and nice staff to greet you. Love the apples in the container in the lobby.

The Sheraton Petaluma is a nice hotel that is near the Sonoma Wine Country. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. It has become our 'go to' hotel for overnights to the wine country.

There are not enough words to describe the incredible time me and my fiancee spent at this hotel. The staff service and attitude wonderful. It was the best choice to celebrate our anniversary.

We were highly disappointed with the staff at the Sheraton. They didn't clean the tables around the pool, restock the towels or take away the dirty towels. Even overnight. We had a late lunch by the pool, and when I came back down around lunch the NEXT DAY, the plates were still there.
The key cards for the rooms kept demagnetizing, no matter where they were kept (away from cell phones and credit cards). When I went to the front desk, they were rude because I didn't have my ID. It was locked in my room. So they radioed for a security to meet me at my room and check my ID. I was very annoyed, since I had to go down to the front desk because THEIR keycard didn't work, and then they treated me like a thief.
And finally, the wait staff in the restaurant was terrible. We had to ask several times to receive things we'd ordered, and we weren't the only ones. The wait staff wasn't friendly, and were just a pain to deal with. We didn't ask for much, and for the outrageous prices, I expected service with a smile.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and wish I could turn back time to stay somewhere else.

Well managed hotel. Front desk is courteous. Mike at the club lounge is exceptional. Good value for the money. Definitely will come back. I missed the second day pay your age program though.
