Kids loved the pool area. Water was clean and warm. We got to relax while keeping an eye on them. Rooms were fantastic with bunk beds. Only issue was that the bathrooms were very small.

Our stay couldn't have been better. Enjoyed everything about the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort.

This was a great hotel to stay. I was concerned about the hotel being suitable for children but it was great. We are a family of four the rooms were a bit small for us but we survived. It is centrally located to everything, plenty of restaurants in the area. And we were in close proximity to Disney World one of the entrance was about 1/2 block away.

Hotel staff is always courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Staff was quick to respond to all queries and requests for assistance. This hotel is convenient to all the venues pertinent to Disney World. Also has the world's best crab cakes on the menu!!

This hotel is convenient to the Disney parks, with shuttle service included. However, the service is less frequent during the off-season. The rooms and beds are great, and the staff is eager to provide what you need. Early checkins and late checkouts are mostly not available. After requesting an early checkin as an SPG Gold member, we arrived about 12:30 and were finally able to check in about 2:30 pm. During peak season, the parking can be problematic, but adequate. Our room had a small fridge, but no microwave, which would have been nice. You can rent one from the hotel for $10/day. Again, the staff here were very helpful and eager to please.

Check-in was great, soon as we got to the counter the person at the front desk made sure we were checked in right away, given all the info needed and were on our way. Considering it was late at night that was exactly what we wanted. Being platinum we received vouchers for breakfast at Zest which was a great way to start the day. The wait staff there was awesome and made us feel like family for the stay. I definitely would go back here. The location is right near a Disney entrance and I-4 which also works out really well. The hotel seemed like a great fit for anyone not wanting to stay at a Disney hotel yet have a nice place, great location to be in Orlando.

From the time we checked in everything was great. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Gary at the pool was the best!!! Our expectations were exceeded. The pool area couldn't have been better. The location was also perfect and rooms were very clean. We can't wait to come back!

Outstanding location, hotel, and the best staff ever! Enjoy the pools and water slide during the day, or the bar and fire pit in the evening. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
