Rated 2 out of 5 by convient but real expensive This is right at the airport but it is extremely expense for the quality and service received.. The shower barely has any water coming out to conserve on water i assume and the water only gets luke warm , so no hot showers here. i then asked management and was offered 3000 SPG points for inconvience and to still have NOT received the points and i get no responce to emails to the hotel... Rated 5 out of 5 by Kind, caring staff The hotel was just perfect for a weary traveller arriving at 8.00 am after a 25 hour trip! I expected to be able to leave my luggage and go out shopping until the room was ready, but instead the room was made available immediately - that little kindness made a world of difference! The staff were always there to help with anything at all - really welcoming and made for a perfect stopover. August 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sheraton CDG tops in comfort and convenience As I had an early flight out, I chose to spend my final night at the CDG Sheraton on the premises of the Roissy airport. And glad I was. It's a modern, stylish hotel with quiet rooms despite being next to jets taking off. I'd be happy to stay here again. February 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Pratical for an early flight On an excellent location for an early flight from CDG, the Sheraton has comfortable and well illuminated rooms, disposing of iron and ironing board, TV with several international channels and adjustable air-conditioning. Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel did not honor the "Your 24." Why should the SPG program have benefits if a hotel will not honor them. I received an email confirmation firm the hotel indicating my specific check-in and check-out times would be granted. Furthermore, I called SPG platinum concierge the day prior to arrival to confirm my "Your24" - they called the hotel and confirmed this for me. But, it was still not honored. Very disappointing. Rated 2 out of 5 by Some improvements are needed (1) At the reception desk only "in-training" staff could be seen even at the rush period and long lines. (2) Club when we entered was unattended with dirty glasses and plates on all the tables. (3) Letter is handed out on arrival to the Club Floor stating services provided - one of them was a "gift"; it was never received nor mentioned. (4) No special treatment for SPG Platinum members. The desk clerk was not at all friendly and would not offer a published room rate of 199 Euros, but rather charged me MORE for a smoking room - and I don't smoke. The room itself smelled bad and seemed dirty. Avoid this hotel and stay at any number of the much less expensive hotels near the airport where you also receive a complimentary breakfast. Rated 2 out of 5 by worst room service during our stay the workers were on strike,police was in the entrance checking who goes into the hotel.we wondered the lobby with no employees in sight. room service brought wrong food and low quality of it. management couldn't care less and they offered us $50 discount and some points. one would definitely exhaust all other possibilities before checking into this property again... Rated 4 out of 5 by Great sleep! For a airport hotel, the rooms are extremely well sound proofed! It is almost eerie it is so quiet! And the sweet sleeper bed always deliver! The only negative comment, I know it's an airport hotel, but the price of food and drinks is exorbitant! Complete rip off for what you get... I'd recommend buying a bottle of wine, baguette and cheese at a market and enjoy these in the room! March 25, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by The hotel has mixed qualities The breakfast is not up to standard and the restaurant at breakfast time is understaffed and expensive in relation to what is offered. I suggest you have a look at the bacon, for instance. The dinner menu is OK and food is good to excellent. Internet in the room is too expensive in relation to the room rate. It should have been free. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Location is A1 May 26, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Offhand and useless staff from start to finish The hotel is beautiful and the location fine. All the more surprising that the staff were so inefficient and offhand. They took ages to check us in and then held us up even longer for check out. The counter was rarely manned and they looked uninterested in helping us. Worse of all they do not respond to calls after the stay. I have yet to get a reply to a request four days ago. May 5, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent location and concierge We arrived several hours earlier than planned (before 10 a.m.) due to the airline's schedule change and still were able to check into our room, which was great as it allowed us to go immediately into the city for a few hours of touring before flying out the next morning. The concierge was extremely helpful with transit advice. The location is ideal, just above the train station. March 11, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the best SPG hotel Excellent location inside the airport and super clean nice hotel on. Reasonable price. The staff was the kindness and most helpful i' ve met. The hotel offered free fresh coffee and croassaine at the lobby which I felt was really sweet. The room is clean, comfy and really beyond expectations, because of the super cleaness and good smell, had a great night and will be back soon! November 16, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by great award night I used cash and points+suite night award to spend the night with my wife before departing the morning after. The walk from the terminal E is juste a couple of minutes and if you would not see the planes you could not guess you are right in the middle of the airport. The personnel was friendly and competent. We had a very good rest and we sure look forward to do it again. August 4, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel needs significant improvement I do not expect this level of service in a Sheraton hotel: 1. Breakfast buffet is seriously mis-managed. The room opens late, food is not displayed and ready when it finally does open, and service is missing - tables not prepared with missing service, and you have to chase someone to get coffee. Meanwhile the short order cook is reading her phone messages. 2. Two days in a row, no one made up my room. I chose the "green service", not realizing that this meant no one would enter my room at all for three days. Finally on the fourth day, I asked for some to come and change my linens, which was supposed to have been done on that day anyway. Staff is obviously confused because I received different answers each time I inquired about cleaning my room. 3. I paid extra for access to the club on the 4th floor. I used it once. It is extremely small, there is no room to relax without being forced to partake in every conversation in the room, and the food and amenities are mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the extra cost. I never used it after the first night, and I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. February 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceptional Airport Hotel This was an absolutely exceptional airport hotel in every respect. I arrived tired and felt instantly tucked into a cocoon that was peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom and amenities were superb and the bed so very comfortable. The quietness was such a surprise being right there at CDG--it was so very silent. I will definitely return for another stay. April 19, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by NO WAKE UP CALL We put in a wake up call for 5:00 AM when we registered. Luckily I arose at 5:22 AM and realized we did not get our wake up call. I called down and was acknowledged that it was marked down and no one had called us .I spoke with Nikolas(manager)who apologized ,but said nothing else could be done. No Starwood points for our inconvenience and almost catastrophe. June 4, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by renovations The hotel is nice however the construction starting at 9am daily was extremely bothersome. After arriving in the early am from the US I wanted to sleep for several hours. The drilling and banging started at about 9am and continued for several hours. Needless to say as a platinum member I should have never been given a room close to this noise. DISAPPOINTED! January 10, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Noisy It is hard to accept, at a Shearaton hotel, that the staff assign the room right outside of a major road-construction to anyone. The staff, in general, were pre-occupied with their wine-inventory list, or their other bonus-tasks, that they forgot to be human and polite. I had expected a personal service - not robots. Rated 5 out of 5 by room challenges The location inside the airport was great, and the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was overall clean except that the non slip area of the bathtub needed to be scrubbed. The water in the shower went from very cold to very hard and was not controllable. Water from the shower sprayed on the ceiling so the ceiling paint was peeling off. December 27, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Dissapointed I reserved and paid for my room 2 nights to be able to chech in early morning the second day to shower and change before leaving for a meeting in Paris. As i left I called and asked for the room to be cleaned while I was gone. 7 hours later when i returned I was dissapointed to find the room as I left it. There was also BLACK MOLD in the shower. Rated 5 out of 5 by Convenient, clean, and quiet! Arriving late by train so that we could catch a morning flight, this Sheraton hotel was perfect! One minute from departing the train and we were in the lobby. Check-in was smooth, the hotel is clean, modern, and quiet. Our room was great, bedding and mattress very nice quality. Not having to find a shuttle to an airport hotel was fabulous! September 25, 2013

Club lounge was nice, fully supplied and access to computers. bed was a bit small but for one night, that was fine. the train station is a couple of floors below. Downside, not many food options. Rated 4 out of 5 by Wi-Fi I was very dissapointed that I had to pay for internet services while in my room. I would have thought that for a rate of 359 Euro I could have had internet included in the rate. However it was free if I remained in the lobby. As a business traveler I prefer to work in my room and internet (Wi-Fi) especially should be included in that rate. January 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel - Great Staff I started staying at Sheraton Paris Airport for the convenience of having a hotel within a short walking distance of the terminals. No shuttle no taxi. But as the years went by i learned to appreciate the posh decor, the helpful professional staff and the value of the offering. I also enjoyed the dining experience. November 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Clean, convenient, eclectic The Sheraton is conveniently located in Terminal 2. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Atrium design is as eclectic as CDG itself. Office staff should cover the concierge when the person responsable is not there, rather than making customers wait 20 minutes, especially when there are enough people to cover the reception desk. Rated 5 out of 5 by wonderful hotel all the staff is great especially Nassrine from front office who gave us advise about our flight and the airport, Jennifer from Galaxi bar who was really helpful and friendly and Heline who took our check in we feel very warm welcomed with her smile and friendlyness. we really enjoyed our stay and will come back when we are in Paris. Rated 4 out of 5 by Above average Starwood Property The best thing about this property is the location and the convenience of this hotel. Being inside CDG, and being able to walk stress free to the airport is great! The rooms are nothing special, but they are clean and quiet! The front desk has an odd setup, theres this big pillar that blocks half of the view of the front desk. They are always busy at the front desk, so ask whatever questions you need to ask because sometimes theres a wait. They are a talented multilingual staff, and very pleasant to talk to. If you want to speak in whatever language with them, they will happily oblige no matter your level of that langauge. For the price, I feel it is a bit pricey compared to other Starwood Hotels and the value you get. I think 4800 + 90 cash is points is a bit much, even if Paris is expensive. However, if you want to maintain your gold/premium status and like Starwood Hotels and don't want to deal with Paris traffic, then you wont be too disappointed. September 18, 2012
