Only negative was the waiting time on hold when trying to get a shuttle back from dinner on sunday night. Was put on hold and never picked up after 3 minutes. I hung up and we walked back. Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful staff and services. The staff was so nice in making sure you were pleased with the hotel and the services. I was especially impressed with Linda in the restaurant. She was very friendly and personable and treated me more like family than a guest. She anticipated my every need. I never had to ask for anything. Michael, the morning waiter was also nice and pleasant. The shuttle service was a wonderful feature though I stayed at the hotel the entire time because I was so comfortable. March 10, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Smelly Linen and Room. Hotel has been the preferred venue for my trade association for quite a few years now. The linens and by extension the room smelled as if the sheets were washed WITHOUT laundry detrgent. Sweaty, musty, stuffy smell. Toilet was on the verge of overunnig, addressed by maintenance. Very uncharacteristic of this particular hotel. Suprised me. Have stayed there for at least 8-10 years during our annual convention and did not expect that. Hotel's coffee shop staff were overwhelmed and that during mid morning. 6-8 tables did it. Front desk and Bell stuff were fantastic. You got to do something with the hotel. Nothing has changed there in 10 years, add a bad smell and you are done. I will not stay there next year during our convention in late February. February 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Convenient to convention center This property is within walking distance to the convention center and only a short ride from the airport. We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was so friendly and the shuttle service was great. We look forward to coming back to Arlington! February 26, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Staff issues Staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. When I went to the restaurant they acted as though I was bothering them from their other duties. They didn't seem to be concerned when we had other needs like the internet kept floating in and out. I love Starwood and have never had service like this in any of the hotels I have stayed in... I am still a starwood fan but when in Arlington will stay at a different location February 20, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Can't believe this is a convention hotel I was extremely disappointed in the hotel as a convention hotel. Our room was not ready until after 7:30 p.m. We ate in the restaurant for lunch one day. The restaurant was horribly understaffed. My friend and I ordered at the same time. However, her lunch took 45 minutes longer to be delivered to our table. We missed a session at our conference because lunch took almost 2 hours. As a convention hotel, I would expect a much higher level of preparedness. February 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by A few issues Received incorrect info about transportation to AA training center, the room was ice cold. I called maint after it failed to warm up over 2 hours. They came and fixed it but I later realized the panel was left down (Over the shower) and called them back. had to wait to go to bed. The next morning, as I was preparing to leave, no hair dryer anywhere. Too late to call, I advised them on the way out. Its the "little things" that are why Starwood has dropped in my hotel of choice. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but its just not what I was hoping. February 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by no excuse From beginning to end this visit was unacceptable. I arrived for a conference at 2pm only to find out that there my room wasn't ready. They promised to call. At 8:30, I finally decided to check again, although noone called and the room was ready. There was wet carpet in the lobby that left a sour smell throughout our days. The staff made excuses as to their check in problems. This is a hotel connected to the convention center. The standard should be better and they should be used to large numbers of people checking in during the same afternoon. There was no excuse for this hotel not to have better procedures and facilities. February 12, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not prepared for conference Had a Sun-Tues conference at this hotel. Arrived Sunday evening at 4:00 pm and waited it lobby for over 4 hours, along with many others, to get assigned a room. They were waiting for rooms to get cleaned. Store ran out of Starbucks supplies and other items were gone immediately due to all the people. There were issues with serving lunch in the restaurant on Monday. It was clear they were not staffed appropriately to meet the needs of the participants at this conference. Very nice, clean rooms. Would recommend this hotel unless it was for a conference event. Rated 1 out of 5 Dirty room, rude staff I checked in to a room that was musty and VERY dirty (bathroom had toothpaste all over the counter, bed was literally dusty). The staff did nothing to help or accommodate me, and in fact, were incredibly rude. Will NOT be staying here again and would definitely NOT recommend it. February 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pleasant Surprise As a SPG member who has had an Ambassador assigned for over two years this was the first hotel that had an amenity waiting in the room without my ambassador or myself requesting it. This typifies the excellent attitude of the staff here and is why I highly recommend this property when in the area. January 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best manager I was very pleased with the hotel. I am a youth minister and arrived with 26 kids. Needless to say, I had my hands full. I book 6 rooms and had not problem at the front desk. Being we had some many teenagers we required more bathroom commendations towels, TP, etc... the mangers and staff was very helpful and meet all of our needs. However, there was one individual that stood out among the rest Kelee is all I know her by but she went the extra mile for us always wearing a smile. thanks you for all your help Kelee. Rated 2 out of 5 by Very very Disappointed Housekeeping did not clean our room. We ran out of toilet paper no backup in room and no tissues. Had to call four times for towel replacement s and three times for housekeeping to clean the room and still no service was provided. I have been a longtime Starwood member deserve better serve. I'm very very disappointed and sad Sheraton is heading in the wrong direction. December 31, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by ONE OF OUR FAVORITE PLACES TO STAY This is one of THE best Sheraton properties we enjoy staying in. Usually we come in the summer for a week for my son to attend football camp at UTA. And we bring the small family dog. All of us have such a great time here. The staff are fantastic from front desk, housekeeping and club floor staff. The club floor food is fantastic and the pool is nice too. We all slept so comfortably and the location was very convenient for us. I also loved the fact that you don't walk a mile after parking your car. Always seem to have lots of close spaces. We also ate the buffet breakfast everyday at the restaurant downstairs and it was so delish! We were in a suite which was really nice also. Shower was great and beds were comfy. Large bathrooms and separate vanity area which helped when multiple people needed to get near the sink and get ready. Located across from Cowboy stadium and walking distance to the ballpark. Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed by housekeeping The housekeeping was poor: the condition of the beds was unsatisfactory (the duvet cover was dirty with a broken zipper and the beds were sloppily/poorly made; also, when i went to straighten the bed after sleeping in it i found the mattress had no actual mattress cover, just a folded up and poorly placed bed sheet which was sitting atop a stained mattress); there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom so when we went to wash up in a rush we had to stop what we were doing to call the front desk and request some, they did get it to us quickly; the curtain rod was about to pop out of the wall; the bathroom sink had nasty mold growing under the rim; the chairs in the room had dirty stains. Oh and as you walked down the hall to the room, you could smell mold quite definitively. December 9, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Is Shearaton going out of business? My stay was marked by inconsistencies. The first room "upgrade" was a small room next to elevator. Noise level did not permit a good night rest. The lounge was closed two of the three days. Although I got a breakfast voucher, the restaurant did not have all menu items and had to wait 45 minutes to get service. Despite being a game day frankly the hotel service and staff's attitude appeared/behaved as if the hotel was going out of business. Staff exhibited some of the same problems noted at the Maria Isabel facility in Mexico City. December 5, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hotel Night Manager William... My wife and I travelled from Ottawa, Canada to Dallas to see our first ever Cowboys game on Thanksgiving. We had booked a different hotel online, site-unseen, and were fooled upon our arrival to that spot. The initial hotel that we booked was dirty, filthy and run-down. I searched multiple hotels in the area and finally fell upon the Sheraton. William greeted my exhausted wife and myself with open arms and a huge smile. He offered us a room (Thanksgiving week), and stated that he would make our stay worthwhile. He suggested restaurants, provided shopping directions, and we were over-joyed when we woke up on game day to find that the stadium was within walking distance. Thank you William for making our first vist to Dallas a historic one for this lifetime Cowboys fan!!! We will be back next year. December 3, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hospitality in Excutive Lounge Carla made our stay extremely enjoyable. She is a ray of sunshine,,,all the hassles from the day disspear with her positive/fun demeanor. She has the gift to connect with people; her kindness, outgoing postive attitiude and contagious smile, and humour coupled with her knowledge of the Dallas area (tips for places to eat, etc..) was top notch. Every Sheraton needs a Carla! She took great care of me and my family over thanksgiving. Thank you Carla, it was a privledge to meet you. You made our stay at the Sheraton Arlingon one of the best stays I've had this year (Note - i've spent 75 nights in SPG hotels this year and Carla stands out well above the rest). December 1, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Holiday getaway Our stay at this Sheraton was a last minute ideal to get away. We could not have been more pleased with the hotel and our stay. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the amenities are great!. The restaurants, gorgeous pool area, fitness center, and extremely courteous staff made this a great stay. We had a city view room which provided beautiful views of Washington D.C. especially at night. It is also very close to so many attractions and the national mall. November 30, 2013
