Everything was nice except:
Sheets were too stiff. Like sleeping on sandpaper.
Put out my green sign and didn't get my $5 off coupon to spend at the hotel. Was reminded of it later after I checked out by my daughter.

I recently stayed here because we were moving my daughter into college. I was surprised about how reasonably priced it was and I guess you get what you pay for. I booked with Sheraton because they are a reputable name in the hotel industry and because they said they had queen beds (the other hotels in the area only stated double). However, I was very disappointed. The website claims that they have queen beds, not so. These beds are the double beds if that. When I talked to the front desk in regards to the size of the bed, they told me that they are not traditional size queen beds, but are specially made for the hotel a bit smaller!! This to me is false advertising! Also, we had to change rooms three times. They claim they are smoke free, but our first room smelled like smoke. The second room we went to we had to change because it obviously had not been cleaned well and there was a big spider/spider web on the ceiling that when they came to kill the spider, several baby spiders dispersed onto the ceiling. The third room finally was moderately satisfactory and we were tired of changing rooms! The lobby is very nice and I will say the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is definitely older and needs updating and if they claim to have queen size beds, then get them.

Overall the stay was good. The only problems was with the restroom. The sink did not drain correctly and the toilet was very slow to flush. Also the bathtub was dirty. Looked like it has not been cleaned for awhile.

I stayed here for a business event, and it was great for that -- very nice facilities, very attentive staff, great food, especially for large groups.
It looked like families were having a good time also.

I was very dissapointed. No staff seemed present. There was no parking or valet present at any time I was at the hotel. Staff on check in was not very friendly and told me I was not entitled to an upgrade!

We were greeted when we arrived by megan. we were welcomed back she was so professional and personable we felt instantily at home. wiith employees like megan this hotel will be successful as will megan.

Beautiful hotel on inside. Rooms appear to have been upgraded recently for appearance and comfort. Best convenience was multiple outlets on nightstands and desk for plugging in all our electronics.

Most important criteria was a quiet room and comfortable bed, which surpass expectations. Pool, and gym were excellent, better than most hotels on this trip. Access to the club lounge was a luxury.

We visited a relative and found the hotel to be convenient and meeting our needs. In addition, the staff was very helpful. I complement the hotel for having a relationship with the nearby hospital.

I stay here often because of the convenient location and the terrific staff! And now that they are renovating all the rooms I'll have yet another reason to enjoy my stays at the Sheraton Crescent.

My son and I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days along with several of his baseball teammates. The staff was fantastic and very nice throughout the hotel. Great amenities for the kids and adults.

This hotel lacked any quality service other than a clean room. The desk staff is very slow, the restaurant service is very lacking and all admitted by management. Why not fix what you know?

We enjoyed our stay. Room and pool were above expectations. Only downside was your charge for internet access in the room, although computers were available in the lobby at no cost.

Stayed here with my wife for one night on our way back from Grand Canyon/Sedona. Was expecting a restful night / pit stop but the overall experience was very unpleasant.
01. Room was spacious and well equipped; Starbucks coffee in the room.
02. Excellent complimentary breakfast
01. ESPN2 channel not working which was a huge bummer since I was really looking forward to relax while watching US Open (Tennis). Despite complaining staff was unable to fix. No apologies and no comp.
02. At night found that floor lamp did not work. Too late to complain since my wife was already asleep. Couldn't read on the couch as a result.
03. The basin in the bathroom had a _very_ strong acidic (ammonia like) smell. Couldn't tell if it was the water or the basin. But very very unpleasant. Could not even brush properly in the night / next morning (Shower was fine)
04. At checkout expressed all my concerns to the man at the reception but no apologies. Nothing at all from the staff.
Good clean hotel/property and room but overall horrible service and uncaring staff. Definitely will _not_ stay here again.

Excellent staff, accommodations good. Only drawback was the $9.95 per device per day wi-fi charge! Really, in this day & age? Build it into your price and waive the charge!

The air conditioning does not work well in the rooms. I even had it checked by maintenance who commented on how hot the room was but assured me that it was working correctly.

The heat didn't work in the room, the carpet had pet stains, the sink backed up...and no one answered the telephone when I tried to call to report these problems.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Crescent. My suggestions are: 1) have a shower near the pool area 2) fix the Jacuzzi 3) clean the big pool.
