On future visits, I will remember to ask specifically for a room with a large desk area. October 1, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Rooms comfortable and clean Whirlpool foam was unbearable and dirty scumb noted around the hot tub too. Needs attention. Breakfast buffet was not worth $30 extra with my room. Rated 1 out of 5 by misleading I booked a room that stated "Accessible suite, non-smoking:King + Queen Bed, Non -smoking Accessible features" When I checked in I was informed all they had was a king bed with a couch that made into a bed. I had 2 girls that are 13 and my husband and I. That is not what I wanted. The other option was 2 full size beds....not 2 queen beds but full size beds. When you are used to sleeping in a king bed - double will not work. The front desk staff was very young and not knowledgeable about the size of the rooms. He offered to bring up a roll away bed - but there was no room. I asked if he could do anything with the price and he said no but he could give me some points. Had I booked the room I stayed in it would have been $20 less! Not happy. The next morning I asked for a late check-out as we were there for a meeting. The girl was emotionless when I asked her - there was no eye contact and she was not clean. She eventually said ok.....and that was it. When you hear the Sheraton - I used to think class - on the internet they kept mentioning newly remodeled rooms. It would have been nice if they would have turned some of those room into 2 room suites. When traveling with older children it is nice to have two rooms. Had we not been there because we attended the Hockey Game on Friday night and then my husband was attending a meeting there on Saturday morning we would have not stayed! January 19, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hot water Ok hotel. room was clean, bed was comfortable and workout room had a pretty good quantity of nice treadmills and bikes. Not a great location in terms of nearby places to eat and had warmish water (never got hot) for all 3 days. December 17, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by 522 needs some attention The sheets felt like I was sleeping in a newspaper. Also the blow dryer and/or the outlet needs to be repaired or replaced. I could not adjust the thermostat and fan. Otherwise the hospitality, room cleanliness was great. February 7, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by service needs improvement The check-in process was painfully slow with no information given as to why the delys were occuring. I wasted at least 45 minutes just to check in! The bed was uncomfortable. No pillow top mattress that's for sure. September 24, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice hotel, but parking an issue Because we were there on an extremely busy weekend, the parking lot was full and we had to park several blocks away. The hotel should have had security in the lot to assure that paying guests would have a spot. March 11, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Check in was a night mear! They would not give me a room and were going to make me wait until 3:00 because the cleaning staff could not go out of order to clean the rooms. I had been traveling since 3:00 a.m.! Not a good experience! May 19, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Noisy rooms The doors do not keep the noise out. Very loud until after midnite from the bar area. Room would not stay constant temperature, blew hot air and then cold air. Room overpriced for a Wednesday night. February 8, 2013
