Rated 2 out of 5 by Housekeeping was very good The check in front desk person was borderline rude. Other service people were very friendly. Did not receive room preference. Beds had cheap mattresses unlike the comfort beds in other Sheratons. The quality for cost was poor. February 27, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by disapointed Had to change rooms as heat did not work.Slider door did not close properly,single pane windows were dripping with water from condensation.no internet in rooms,Every few minutes you would hear a loud noise (perhaps connected to heater).TV extremely basic.Buffet breakfast was very basic and expensive. Rated 3 out of 5 by The Average Sheraton SLC Sheraton is a good hotel from an industry standard perspective. Comfy beds, good club room, friendly staff; what I always expect from a Sheraton. The rugs in the hallways/elevators are a bit tired but otherwise a nice look and feel. It is an average hotel in a good location (if visiting SLC). July 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Such a comfortable room with a fabulous bed Great location. Close to the airport. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. We were kindly upgraded to a club floor. Fabulously comfortable bed and very nice club lounge. Excellent value. We will continue to stay on our way to and from Deer Valley when we fly in from Florida !!! January 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great spot, warm , friendly staff This is a return visit for me. I love the location because it is a great spot for someone who enjoys walking in a glorious city. The shuttle to and from the airport is wonderful. The staff is professional, friendly , task oriented. I will continue to stay there when I visit Salt Lake. December 17, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel is a bit outdated I had higher expectations for this hotel. My actual room was fine but the room door was incredibly heavy. I mean, VERY heavy. The toilet also didn't flush so well unless you smashed the button in. The front desk was very helpful and nice but I wish they had mentioned there was an airport shuttle. March 20, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by WiFi issues in the Garden Rooms Good hotel nicely refurbished and huge rooms. It consists of two types of accommodation - the tower good size rooms, and decent WiFi; and 2 floors of garden rooms that encase a central garden, pool, etc. Its a pretty long hike around the garden and there is only one elevator at one end of the loop which means an even longer walk if your room is the other side and you don't want to drag your suitcase up a flight of stairs. The garden rooms are even bigger than the tower rooms but the AC units are noisier and I generally turn mine off at night so I can sleep. (I've stayed many times at this hotel.) Most alarming is the WiFi in the garden rooms which drops out and is terribly slow even if you are sitting next to an access point. The hotel doesn't manage the Internet access so they are powerless to fix issues and two hours on the phone to the company that does, hasn't so far fixed anything. They do claim to be in the process of thinking about replacing or upgrading the Internet access though. February 16, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by A nice stay I am only stays away from platinum. I have had some ups and downs here. I was upgraded to a loft, there were some chocolate covered orieos waiting (the kids loved them) and everything was great. all in all a great stay. Next time here i will be platinum so I will update you as to how that goes. April 3, 2012

They were able to answer all my questions, never made me feel like I was a bother, always pleasant with a smile on their face. Really NICE people. October 21, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by nice room Room was nice and front desk helpful. Busy night at hotel and hotel seemed to be unprepared. Parking was full when we arrive and hotel offered valet but had some difficulty finding someone. When we checked out could not find a valet and we had to go to front desk to get help with the car. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of Temple Square and restaurants and shopping. I attended a conference at the hotel, and the meeting rooms were setup properly with the correct working equipment. October 11, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Old property, worn bed The property is a low rise in an unfavorable part of the city. The staff were nice, but my bed actually sagged in the middle, there was no VOD on the tv, and no electrical outlets near the bed that were no used for clock or lamps. I will not return to this property January 9, 2014

All things were great except one of your bellmen? was very rude to us when we were asking to retrieve our luggage that had been stored at your hotel since our room was not ready when we checked in. He came across as being put out that we needed to get something from one of our suitcases. April 15, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Sleepless in Salt Lake the $10 charge for internet was enough for me to not come back but the heating fan ran every 4-6 minutes and it roared. Tes I measured it. I felt like I was awake all nite. This felt like a diansaur of a hotel. Staff was friendly enough but I felt like they all knew the joke was on me. March 1, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by worn but good Was on a one night business trip and found the hotel to be worn but the rooms were nice. The hallways seem to stretch forever but once you make it to the rooms they are spacious and clean. The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear but it is a convenient and clean place to stay. Rated 3 out of 5 by wrong information again once again upon check-out the hotel had made a mistake with my personal information. this time they had my room under a totally different person, yet still linked to my cc. every time I stay here I have a similar issue--even after giving my cc, license, and starwood card...go figure. Rated 3 out of 5 by No Electrical outlets in room I have Sleep Apnea and use a CPAP respirator to help me keep breathing when I sleep. In room 714, I could not find an electrical outlet at the head of the bed. I had to pull the bed away from the wall and unplug the radio/Alarm clock so I could plug my CPAP in. Very inconveinient. Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding hotel for SPG members My girlfriend and I stayed 11 days and the hotel was great. The staff made us feel very welcome in particular T.C in the 10th floor lounge and Susan in the bar. Scored some great seat for a concert from Bob at the ticket office in the hotel. Had a great time and will be back soon! March 21, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Room not ready I pre-paid $240 for a room that wasn't ready at 5pm. I have been Platinum for several years and most Starwood hotels even allow you to check-in in the morning of your stay, but to not be able to check in after 5pm is not good management. My corporate rate was also not availabe. June 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Sheraton Interior & Customer Service It was a just quick overnight but the place was big, clean and remodeled with contemporary interiors similar to Westin. Staff was very attentive to our Platinum status and room service at midnight was quick and delicious. Don't judge the location by the exterior. It's a winner! April 15, 2013

I can still speak highly of the Sheraton Hotels as have stayed in other Sheratons throughout the country. All of them have been clean, pleasant, good food, accommodating and comfortable. Rated 4 out of 5 by Room Service For two people they brought only one set up and we noticed after the person left. We called down and never got a response or any set up. I ate with a bath towel. Not good for room service. I have had over 180 stays at Sheraton and this is the first time I never had a response. February 28, 2013

Had to call the platinum desk, as it felt as the hotel staff was intentionally giving me such a bad room. The gentlemen who helped me at check out should be promoted to management. We felt like they truly cared about how our day was - asked where we ended up for dinner, if their recommendations were good, etc. March 6, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great choice in SLC It's been several years since I've stayed at this hotel, but I must say it's been transformed. Rooms are nicely done, beds extremely comfortable. Staff is friendly. Would like to see little refrigerators in room, but maybe that'll come in the next room updates! January 14, 2013
