Rated 3 out of 5 by nice room Room was nice and front desk helpful. Busy night at hotel and hotel seemed to be unprepared. Parking was full when we arrive and hotel offered valet but had some difficulty finding someone. When we checked out could not find a valet and we had to go to front desk to get help with the car. All things were great except one of your bellmen? was very rude to us when we were asking to retrieve our luggage that had been stored at your hotel since our room was not ready when we checked in. Rated 1 out of 5 by Sleepless in Salt Lake the $10 charge for internet was enough for me to not come back but the heating fan ran every 4-6 minutes and it roared. Tes I measured it. I felt like I was awake all nite. This felt like a diansaur of a hotel. Staff was friendly enough but I felt like they all knew the joke was on me. March 1, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by worn but good Was on a one night business trip and found the hotel to be worn but the rooms were nice. The hallways seem to stretch forever but once you make it to the rooms they are spacious and clean. The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear but it is a convenient and clean place to stay. Rated 3 out of 5 by wrong information again once again upon check-out the hotel had made a mistake with my personal information. this time they had my room under a totally different person, yet still linked to my cc. every time I stay here I have a similar issue--even after giving my cc, license, and starwood card...go figure. Rated 3 out of 5 by No Electrical outlets in room I have Sleep Apnea and use a CPAP respirator to help me keep breathing when I sleep. In room 714, I could not find an electrical outlet at the head of the bed. I had to pull the bed away from the wall and unplug the radio/Alarm clock so I could plug my CPAP in. Very inconveinient. Rated 5 out of 5 by Outstanding hotel for SPG members My girlfriend and I stayed 11 days and the hotel was great. The staff made us feel very welcome in particular T.C in the 10th floor lounge and Susan in the bar. Scored some great seat for a concert from Bob at the ticket office in the hotel. Had a great time and will be back soon! March 21, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Room not ready I pre-paid $240 for a room that wasn't ready at 5pm. I have been Platinum for several years and most Starwood hotels even allow you to check-in in the morning of your stay, but to not be able to check in after 5pm is not good management. My corporate rate was also not availabe. June 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Sheraton Interior & Customer Service It was a just quick overnight but the place was big, clean and remodeled with contemporary interiors similar to Westin. Staff was very attentive to our Platinum status and room service at midnight was quick and delicious. Don't judge the location by the exterior. It's a winner! April 15, 2013

I can still speak highly of the Sheraton Hotels as have stayed in other Sheratons throughout the country. All of them have been clean, pleasant, good food, accommodating and comfortable. Rated 4 out of 5 by Room Service For two people they brought only one set up and we noticed after the person left. We called down and never got a response or any set up. I ate with a bath towel. Not good for room service. I have had over 180 stays at Sheraton and this is the first time I never had a response. February 28, 2013

Had to call the platinum desk, as it felt as the hotel staff was intentionally giving me such a bad room. The gentlemen who helped me at check out should be promoted to management. Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel's staff has the WOW Factor!!! The entire staff was friendly, professional and informative from the front desk to the bell stand. We have never had such great service. We felt like they truly cared about how our day was - asked where we ended up for dinner, if their recommendations were good, etc. March 6, 2013

We were visiting for the Justin Bieber concert and Justin helped my daughter try to find out which hotels JB, his crew and his dancers were staying at. Staff is friendly. Would like to see little refrigerators in room, but maybe that'll come in the next room updates! January 14, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Outstanding Service!! I usuaully don't take the time to do these surveys but this instance is an exception. I always enjoy staying at the Sheraton in Salt Lake City but I was impressed beyond measure on this stay. From my room being perfect to the level of customer service I was so impressed. What really made my stay perfect however was my breakfast experience on my Monday morning. Mackay was my server and he seemed to have close to 50 tables. He was rapidly taking care of his guests while his manager Trent ran alongside him. I can't even imagine taking care of 50 tables at once. What blows my mind is that this was probably the best service I have ever had in a restaurant. The two of them were laughing and making each individual table in the restaurant feel like one big family at one table. And come to find out, not only were they running the restaurant but their room service person had called in sick and they were taking orders up to rooms as well. Their awesome personalities and displays of ultimate guest satisfaction impressed me beyond belief!! January 31, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by poor layout the room was two floors--heater duct near ceiling directed right at bed--freezing on 1st floor and steaming on 2nd--hot air blowing on me all night in bed as thermostat was downstairs near drafty sliding glass door. also was old, busted up, and not so clean. When I check in I am recognized as a Platinum Member and as a returning guest who has stayed there countless times and thanked for being a loyal member. Some of the staff recognize my wife and I and and are greeted by name, its a wonderful place to stay. March 9, 2013

Although they cannot take me all the places I need to go-they connect me to the right resources. I feel pampered and at home when I stay at the SLC Sheraton. March 10, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Melaleuca Convention Staff was courteous and helpful. Location is conveniently located for Convention Center and mall. I have stayed a numerous other hotels that provide WIFI connections for free. In this day and age, I would think the team should review this matter. May 5, 2013

Housekeeping left used pillow case in room and didn't seem to service the room well such as not restocking items needed on a daily basis. June 30, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Long Voyage I recently need to be away for an unknown period of time. The ability to leave my vehicle in you parking lot was a big relief. Returning to find my vehicle safe and then spending a restful night in you wonderful King bed was most refreshing March 5, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by They charge for internet! We had ian excellent one night stay just before Christmas 2012. One major negative is that in this day and age, they charge for internet. Next time I am in town i will look for another hotel because of this. Otherwise a great place. December 24, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5 by Very DIsappointed We arrived on Tuesday 9/17 at 8:30PM after flying all day to find out they had no rooms available. Now let me point out I had made 2 reservations one for a single room and one for double occupancy on 8/28 and confirmed them on 9/17 before flying out (at 9:49 am Eastern Time) So they inform myself and 3 others in our conference they had no rooms and shuttled us to a hotel 15 minutes away. Now to give them credit they did cover the room cost for that hotel. The next day after our meetings we are told they only had 2 single rooms. When I asked the young lady at the desk she said "That's what you reserved I have it here on my screen" What is ironic is when we reserved the rooms and when I confirmed them I had the person repeat back to me that they were a single and a double room. The shame of it is the other employees namely a Mr. Aaron M went out of their way to give us exceptional service. And just to top it off when I tweeted about my bad experience someone from Sheraton picked it up right away and said a "management would follow up". Im still waiting........ September 23, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by This hotel has a great gym I was pleasantly surprised when I went to work out how nice the gym was. Two flat screen tvs were placed in great locations to make working out more enjoyable It had all equipment necessary for my work out and was kept pristine. October 5, 2012
