I complement the entire hotel staff, particularly Stanley who always greets with a smile and a handshake, Torri who often handles my reservations in a most professional manner and also offers a friendly greeting, the entire room service staff and the folks in the bar. Maria also offers a warm and kind welcome. Thanks to all.

Excellent, friendly, helpful & courteous service: at the front desk by Sonia , in the dining room by Aracelyse & Angel, and at the concierge desk by Lucas & Caleb. All these staff members went out of their way to make us feel welcome at the hotel. Thank you! We very much appreciated the special welcoming attitude & delivery!

The staff set this hotel apart from the moment we checked in with a smiling Kaytrina to the proud room service by Scotty. A big nod to Sonya who was outstanding throughout the stay. The genuine caring attitude was present which is so often missing during my frequent travels. Will definitely return because of staff alone!

I had the worst breakfast experience here. No one to seat us when we came down. Then the waitress was no where to be found. Had to serve our own coffee. No table settings, had to get them from another table. They basically got 15% for not providing any service, this was not disclosed any where in advance or at check in.

We stayed here for one night before sailing out of Miami. We were greeted warmly from the minute we arrived. Our room was ready upon arrival and they took the time to show us around the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near the airport or for additional time before or after a cruise.

The room was clean and comfortable, but my issue is with the bathroom. It lacked any space to put toilet articles or to hang used towel to dry or clothes while showering. I realize this is a lower-priced Starwoods Hotel, but the improvements would not be that costly and would provide some necessary comforts.

The hotel and its facilities were nice and breakfast was good. Shouts go out to the front desk staff, who were very helpful, with special acknowledgment going out to "Kay", she always acknowledged me by my name and was an outstanding hostess. Thank you, you made my weekend very special.

Room needs renovation but very clean. Enjoyed "PURE" featured room. Friendly FD staffs and an attendant in brekfast bar. Valet service speed need to be improved. gift shop lady was very rude when i asked her to charge $2 to the room because my son wanted cookies and i didn't have the purse at that time.

As a lifetime Platinum member I guess I expect too much. My room on the 5th floor was missing it's formal chair (had the small table and floor lamp next to where the formal chair once was). Also, the toilet seat was hanging on my one fastner. I've stayed there many times before, this was not normal.

Nice hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. Staff was wonderful -- kind and accommodating. Room was cold (temperature) and small. Elevators were slow and perhaps inadequate for a hotel that size. However given the price and location, would stay there again.

David and Yori and the late night front desk were great. Very helpful on the phone providing directions to connect with the complimentary shuttle and were very helpful when I got to the hotel. Fun and fresh attitude -- above and beyond! Thanks for making my stay here pleasant. I will be back again.

This the second time we have stayed at the Sheraton Miami, we were treated like family, Fabiola at check in, Victor and Miguel in the bar, Bostone in the restaurant, all extremely friendly and hospitable.
This hotel is really a home from home, we are truly excited about planning another visit.

Near Airport, Car rental center, metro rail and bus terminal, and future Amtrak Central Station will move to nearby. So when stay here, it is very easy to get anywhere you want and by any kind of transportation. Free shuttle service to airport also wonderful. Only in-room free wifi's kind of weak.

The hotel facilities are well equipped for business reunions from small to large groups. Rooms are good , clean and well maintained. Must improve its wifi service and telephone equipment mainly at room floors. Excellent at the business center and lobby. Staff always available to anticipate needs.

From the moment I checked in, I was treated like a VIP. As a Platinum Starwood member, I was given an upgrade to the Presidential suite. It was embarrassingly large for one person, but so appreciated. I would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone having to spend the night near the airport.

Love the free wifi, managed to get to the pool early (before everyone else got there!) and the newly refurbished fitness center is really great!
Breakfast was also excellent.

On a cool February day the AC had been running and the room was cold. Maintenance told us there was no heat and the best we could do was to turn off the AC. Fortunately the bedding was warm. Also, the staff offered more blankets. Secondly, there were two lights out that required new bulbs.

For the last night before the flight home it is very good. Nice pool
The staff should have more information about the surrounding, for example where you can driop off your rental car (they didn't that it is the next building. Also special restaurants in the neighbouhood they didn't know.

There was mold in my shower on the ceiling. There were also little spiders on my desk. I would have said something upon checkout but the line was too long and the shuttle was leaving for the airport. I would have also called to change my room but i got back late and they were sold out.

I loved the big pillows on the bed. Often times hotels have such small pillows. The room was great. The only thing I could complain about is that there was no fridge in my room and the ice machine on my floor did not work. Everything else was great!!

The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and professional. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Fitness area and pool are clean and inviting. The restaurant and bar are excellent. I had a fantastic experience here. The valet staff is the best I've ever seen.

During the 7 days that we stayed at your hotel, there was a continious problem with the elevators. We had to continiously use the stairs after waiting for more than 10 minutes for space in the only elevator that worked. This hotel does not deserve the Sheraton franchise!!

When I arrived back in Miami from Central America my battery was dead. I had no razors, no toothbrush, and, no transportation. My stay was excellent and the next morning after a good nights rest all the staff were very helpful in finding a parts store to get a new battery.

The Sheraton Miami Airport has the best meeting space and the most helpful staff of any hotel I've ever seen in 20 years as a business person. I would highly recommend it for meeting space. The hotel was also the best Sheraton I've ever stayed in, and a great value.

This Time i shocked by the lack of cleaniness of my room. I left plastic trash in a corner of the bathroom I returned later it was there. There where stain in the bathtub when I bathed later that night it was still there. The cleaning was not done trough out the room.

This was perfect for one night for an early morning flight. Front desk (Fabiola) was very nice and put us in a very nice room. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. They should fix the a/c fan in the room though. Rattled like crazy at times. Would stay here again.

Very pleased with this hotel. Stayed on the club level in a Pure room. Room was a great size and had a view of the golf course. Wish we arrived a little earlier from our long deive from Key West would have loved to have used more of its amenities and seen the manatees.

I was there after a wedding for 1 day by myself. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff was great. Everyone says Good Morning, Good Afternoon etc.
Alexi & Yuri took care of me at the pool bar and vin lounge. I wish an oyster bar was nearby.
