Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Staff I stayed at this hotel from 3/13/20 ~ 3/23/20 while I was waiting for a new house to be finished in its preparation for move-in. As I was staying at this hotel with my whole family - wife and a 16 months old daughter -, even though my reservations were broken up in pieces - due to different rates per day - the hotel immediately recognized my needs and tried to keep us at a same room for the entire stay period. While we had to move around between different rooms - 8 nights in three different suites, 2 nights in club room -, their effort to make it easier for us during our room change is something that deserves a recognition from their management as well as from SPG as these kind of efforts are the key to earn repeat business from a customer as well as positive recommendation for other prospective customers. It is a shame that I can not remember everyone's name but I would like to thank Martin, Chloe, Nafiz and all others that showed great hospitality during our stay. One suggestion that I have for hotel is to change hvoc units with ones with less noise as it's sound was too loud. March 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great staff, great location, great room Honestly, the title says it all. Everyone was very nice. Very helpful with directions and friendly all around. Beautiful view from the room and lobby of the hills. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. October 14, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Quiet and comfortable Room was clean and has a comfortable bed. The 5th floor offers a nice free breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Nice departure point for state parks and beaches. WiFi not free in the room though. December 3, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by lots good but noisy My room 115 didn't smell good. It smelled like vomit. I thought it might dissipate but it didn't. Also, the first floor was very noisy Saturday night. But all-in-all - it was comfortable and clean. August 19, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Repeat customers but not repeat "wow" Our visit this past weekend was a great disappointment compared to our past stays at this Sheraton. As we wanted to check in before 3pm (tired, really needed a nap), we were told our room would be a handicap access room, to which we agreed. We opened the door, dropped our bags, and napped for a few hours. When we awoke and finally looked at the room, we were not pleased. There are major stains on many places in the carpet. The box pleat dust ruffle was dirty, much needing a bath. The toilet base needs scrubbing. The desk staff, while friendly, said no other rooms were available. Both nights were EXTREMELY noisy on the 3rd floor. Drunken guests roamed the halls at1-2am, smoking, yelling, banging on doors, pushing on the "auto" handicap open on our door, setting it buzzing, further awakening me. A few calls to the front desk did nothing, I was told that security would check it out, but the partiers. continued, both nights. As I write this, I am tired from travel, and lack of sleep fue to the partiers in #344.. The Shaeraton had been our place to say: with some improvements, it might be again. September 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent We had a brief stay but it was great. Guest service room 529 was very nice, above what we expected. Evening snacks good. Breakfast, everything we eat and like. Thank you, Jennifer and Harvey February 4, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good But Could Be Better This hotel was quite full for most of our six night stay. Despite the high occupancy it was one of the quietest hotels that I have ever stayed in. The room was quite comfortable, there was ample parking and the restaurant food and service were quite good for the one breakfast and one dinner we ate there. Unfortunately, there seemed to have been a lack of coordination and a number of small things that detracted from the stay. One of my bags did not arrive at LAX. When we got to the hotel at 9PM we enquired whether the bag was delivered and were told "no." This necessitated purchasing replacement toiletries and over the counter meds. The next day when we contacted the airline, we learned that my bag had in fact been delivered at 7PM the previous night before we had arrived at the hotel. Additionally, the room was set up for 2 people (towels) despite our registration which indicated 3 people would be in the room (my wife and I, and our adult daughter). This was again a problem on the final 2 days of our stay. The coffee maker had no easily accessible plug behind the dresser. When plugged into the bathroom outlet it cut off three times before the brewing cycle was completed. Our room key failed to give us access to the Club Lounge the first two days. When that problem was solved the key would not give us access to our room. Small things which detracted from the stay and what was an otherwise helpful staff. In closing I should note that the hotel had an attractive and active bar, a sizeable pool and outdoor lounge area, as well as an outdoor, enclosed firepit lounge area. Our schedule did not allow us time to utilize these areas however they did add value to those staying at the hotel. July 16, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Gym is too small Two stays in a row now that I have gone to the gym at 5:30am only to find it completely packed with others waiting for a spot on an exercise machine. Gym is way too small for facility. October 17, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful hotel and setting This is a classy hotel inside and out. It's location gives easy access to freeways but feels isolated and quiet. The views are beautiful and accomodations are clean and comfortable. April 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Customer Service This hotel is always busy, I can see why. The staff is great. No nonsense, set up for business traveler. May 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Stay away from room 507 The bed was very comfortable, but I would reccomend against rooms 505 and 507. I stayed in 507, and heard the elevator constantly. Ran the A/C all night just to block the noise. January 17, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Lovely hotel, poor customer service The facilities are lovely, and staff is friendly, however I had a number of problems with my wedding block, shuttles and check in. I was told I could add rooms to my wedding block when I originally booked, then when I needed more rooms was told that my guests had not booked enough rooms yet and they would not add rooms to my block, which filled up and not everyone who wanted a room on friday june 20th was able to get one. A week after sending in my final shuttle paperwork I was told that the usual shuttle company the hotel uses was sold out of the shuttle I had wanted - which I feel could have been avoided if the shuttle had been booked more promptly. Booking through another company cost me several hundred dollars more, and caused lots of stress two weeks before my wedding. Several of our wedding guests had trouble checking in and were told that their room was not ready on time, resulting in long waits to check in. My husband tried to check in at 3pm the day of the wedding, and due to the room not being ready was unable to get into our room until 350p. He barely had enough time to shower and run catch the shuttle at 415p. He almost missed the shuttle to his own wedding due to the hotel's disorganization. I would not recommend this hotel for a wedding. It seems to me that they book too many wedding blocks, are spread too thin, and are unable to provide the level of customer service I'd expect. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel I came down from Colorado to see my family over the holidays and stayed at your hotel. It went above and beyond in satisfying my needs. Thank you to you and your staff January 2, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed return customer My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we are in town visiting family, which is 5 or so times a year. We have always had a great experience, but I now think the quality of the hotel has declined. This visit the hotel was "oversold" so the room options were limited. I requested a first floor room with a sliding glass door so we could bring our puppy. The front desk staff accommodated. When we arrived the room REEKED of cigarette smoke. How the cleaning crew did not alert the hotel to not re-book that room until they were able to clean it out, I have no idea. The smell was so strong, it was difficult to breathe. I couldn't re-locate my room because there were no other available rooms on the first floor with sliders. We immediately called the front desk and it took over an hour (and two calls to the front desk) to get someone from house cleaning to come down with air freshener, which only helped the odor temporarily. I explained that I am six months pregnant and probably shouldn't be staying in a room that reeks of cigarette smoke but no one seemed concerned to help switch my room. Two of the three body towels in the bathroom were in disgusting condition. One had very obvious stains that looked like blood (they were large dark brown stains), and the other towel was ripped and torn. The housekeeping staff obviously had no problem putting these back in hotel rooms for new guests, which is disgusting. They also didn't even have complimentary coffee in the room!! What hotel doesn't include that anymore?! We've always had coffee in our room at the hotel and all of the sudden there was no coffee. It seems that the quality of the housekeeping has dropped drastically. I am very disappointed overall and am questioning if we'll bring our business back here again. July 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fitness Center The best fitness center I have ever used of this size. It has some of the newest equipment (foam rollers, Swiss balls, etc.) and all the equipment is well kept. April 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Location We were attending a wedding with our families (about 30 of us); and the hotel had some amazing public spaces where we could hang out together and visit. April 22, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by except for the windows.... ....which do not open, and thus are a challenging feature for someone who might be claustrophobic (!)....the other aspects were satisfactory! November 19, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by First Trip to Agoura Hills This hotel was a hidden gem. We enjoyed the attention provided by the staff. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. October 17, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very comfortable - very convenient I was greeting by a very friendly front desk clerk of Asian descent. He was engaging and asked appropriate questions about my stay to ensure all my needs would be met. The room was very comfortable and with the exception of the patio - very clean. The patio was very dark and I hit my leg on the table walking out the door. It would be nice to spend some money on fixing them up a bit and possibly putting plants or lattice between other rooms. Otherwise kind of a waste of space. The room itself was well appointed and clean. The bed and pillows were 5 star. Usually you don't get both! The hallways appeared older and the drapes on the windows made it feel dirty to me. Breakfast on the club level was excellent. Very nice selection, neat and clean. I appreciated getting this as a surprise at my check in. Upon check out I had some questions on the bill that were handled efficiently - albeit not with the friendliness of check-in. Left me with a slight bad taste (the only one) about my stay. Overall - an excellently run hotel. I have opened four star hotels as DOS&M and know what I am talking about. I was also GM for a hotel in Hawaii. Keep up the good work July 7, 2013
