Rated 3 out of 5 by This hotel is okay could be better Nice room, spacious with a good view. The club lounge needs a lot of work. Not really "hosted" no wine offered. Always ran out of hot food. You could tell all the people who came after work were annoyed because they ran out of hot food. Very diappointing September 28, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by This Hotel has outstanding rooms and friendly room attendants. The Hotel has excellent location and very suitable for week end retreat. The rooms are not really that excellent but out stands any Hotel on its class. We were just looking for a lounge where we could relax with good entertainment especially music. August 12, 2013

I was staying as part of a wedding block, and they were so kind and gracious in dealing with every request, from allowing for early check-ins to letting us sneak into the honeymoon suite and answering all questions we had about our stay. Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice, clean, modern hotel Hotel was very clean and seemed relatively new. The beds were very comfortable. Since our room was close to the stairwell, it was a bit noisy when people used the stairs, especially at midnight. The lobby was modern and inviting. February 25, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by OneNightStay The carpet was stained. The only place to sit and relax was one big chair way over in the corner. Needs better furniture placement. Everything else was great. Loved the built-in power strip to plug in electronics. October 30, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Quiet and comfortable Room was clean and has a comfortable bed. The 5th floor offers a nice free breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Nice departure point for state parks and beaches. WiFi not free in the room though. December 3, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Liked the ambiance The shower pressure was awful; The sheer drapes were frayed & shredded. I did report this to the hotel. Also the chair in the bedroom needs to have the seat cushion replaced. The frame beneath the knees hurts. June 16, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Staff I stayed at this hotel from 3/13/20 ~ 3/23/20 while I was waiting for a new house to be finished in its preparation for move-in. As I was staying at this hotel with my whole family - wife and a 16 months old daughter -, even though my reservations were broken up in pieces - due to different rates per day - the hotel immediately recognized my needs and tried to keep us at a same room for the entire stay period. While we had to move around between different rooms - 8 nights in three different suites, 2 nights in club room -, their effort to make it easier for us during our room change is something that deserves a recognition from their management as well as from SPG as these kind of efforts are the key to earn repeat business from a customer as well as positive recommendation for other prospective customers. It is a shame that I can not remember everyone's name but I would like to thank Martin, Chloe, Nafiz and all others that showed great hospitality during our stay. One suggestion that I have for hotel is to change hvoc units with ones with less noise as it's sound was too loud. March 27, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Repeat customers but not repeat "wow" Our visit this past weekend was a great disappointment compared to our past stays at this Sheraton. As we wanted to check in before 3pm (tired, really needed a nap), we were told our room would be a handicap access room, to which we agreed. We opened the door, dropped our bags, and napped for a few hours. When we awoke and finally looked at the room, we were not pleased. There are major stains on many places in the carpet. The box pleat dust ruffle was dirty, much needing a bath. The toilet base needs scrubbing. The desk staff, while friendly, said no other rooms were available. Both nights were EXTREMELY noisy on the 3rd floor. Drunken guests roamed the halls at1-2am, smoking, yelling, banging on doors, pushing on the "auto" handicap open on our door, setting it buzzing, further awakening me. A few calls to the front desk did nothing, I was told that security would check it out, but the partiers. continued, both nights. As I write this, I am tired from travel, and lack of sleep fue to the partiers in #344.. The Shaeraton had been our place to say: with some improvements, it might be again. September 30, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stay away from room 507 The bed was very comfortable, but I would reccomend against rooms 505 and 507. I stayed in 507, and heard the elevator constantly. Ran the A/C all night just to block the noise. January 17, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Great hotel with a couple of exceptions. We have a friend in the neighborhood and we were thrilled to find this lovely hotel. We had platinum recognition both times we have checked in. The club is nice and has a patio. The food is as all clubs. The hot food reduced to one container and just mediocre. Just an observation, if not going to serve two hot snacks, take out the second server as it makes it look as if the hotel is cutting down. Especially paired with the following. One gentleman who works the club room should have his position changed. He sat out cheese and we had to ask if there were any crackers. I heard one gentleman do it and he was give a few crackers, so I asked. Then he begrudgingly decided to put out crackers. Muttering something about everyone wanting crackers tonight. I have to wonder what he thought we were going to put the soft cheese on? The rest of the staff that worked the club were fine. This was a return visit and we were going to linger as we enjoyed the hotel so much the first time. Thought we would sit by the pool, etc. We checked out early as they have a smoking section above the pool area and right by the outdoor non-smoking seating area at the side of the pool. We were told the only place to smoke was outside in the parking lot or up above the pool at another parking area. Then when we went to sit outside and relax/read in an area we had seen our last trip, there was someone sitting there smoking. We do not care if other people smoke, just do not want to breathe it or have it smell up our hair/clothes. The first day we went to sit at the pool, a group (the only smokers around for a couple of days) went right up on top of where we were and smoked us out. We had to leave. We both have lung issues and cannot tolerate the smoke for health and also, just don't like to be in it. So any stay at this hotel will be limited until the pool and sitting area is comfortable for those of us who do not want to be inundated with secondhand smoke. Unfortunately the smoke doesn't know it has left the area and is invading the non-smoking spaces. Management needs to address this. The other thing that is an issue. One of the privileges, we feel, in being platinum is the ease of checking in/out with the preferred line. This hotel has the preferred sign at the front desk, but they need one of the ropes or something. Everyone stands around and goes to the first place open and so we who are gold/platinum have to wait for everyone else… there IS NO preferred check in/out. I asked a lady who was standing back, yet in front of the preferred clerk if she was in the preferred line and she had no idea what I was talking about. Yet, as soon as the other person left that spot she was right there. This is why I say they need a distinction like the rope or something. All in all, a nice hotel with very comfortable beds.
