While the outside amenities were very updated and nice, the rooms were very outdated and looked old. There were no dressers in the room so we had to live out of our suitcases which was not appreciated. Bathtub was very old and had stains and bumps on the bottom of the tub.
Would've been nice to have a chair in the room.

Our overall experience at Sheraton was good to excellent. Our room was adequately spacious and very clean. Breakfast at Kai market offered us vast varieties of food and everything we ate was very tasty. Our experience at the infinity pool was very good. Our server at Edge was very friendly and my wife and I really enjoyed larva flow and shrimp garlic! We also enjoyed all the fun activities the hotel offered us during our stay. If we have to say any negative things about this place would be a front desk was kind of cold when we were checking in and we did not feel a warm welcome. We felt we did not get enough explanation about the resort charge which we were not familiar with. Room cleaning was a little bit inconsistent. The first few days of our stay our room was cleaned perfectly, but after third day they left a dirty glasses on the sink and a few things were not quite right. Having all said, we will still be back to Sheraton for our next stay.

We are Gold members of starwood. We asked for an upgrade which we are entitled to. Did not get upgraded to club level. Our room had very basic beds not the excellent Sheraton beds we have slept on before. We did not even have a chair in our room let alone a table. I wiil never stay here again or reccomend. This should be a 1 star hotel.

My girlfriend and I couldn't have been more pleased with our visit. From check-in to check-out everything was exceptional.
It's been a long time since either of us have been treated by a hospitality service in a way that shows their gratefulness for our business. You're doing a good thing, so please keep it up.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but found it was a bit of a trek to the room from the hotel elevator area. One of the lamps was broken and the mini-fridge did rattle the lamp a bit, but nothing serious enough to call maintenance over. It would have been nice if there was more than one chair to sit in as there were 2 of us in the room

The Sheraton at Wikiki was an excellent family experience for all. The customer service, restaurants, views and cleanliness were superior. Our group of 5 enjoyed breakfast at the resort, dining at Rum Fire, shopping in the lobby. We also experienced a local Oahu parade with Hawaiian traditional singers and local band talent.

Had a wonderful week stay at the Sheraton Waikiki. Room was spacious with an incredible view. Staff was amazing. Enjoyed the Club lounge daily.

This hotel met all our expectations.
Spectacular views from the balcony, an unbelievable infinity poolside experience where all the servers were overly gracious and accommodating.

Amazing pool staff and service.
Really enjoyed the yoga classes and pool aquatics too!

Our family of four enjoyed 10 nights at the Sheraton. The location can't be beat. LOVED how close we were to all the shopping and restaurants. Any staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The only room for improvement would be queen beds instead of doubles. All in all we had a great time and plan to return again!

Lots of elevators wait time usually good - but some needed more frequent cleaning/maintenance (info screens not all working, sand on floors), air con on some floors in elevator lobby was insufficient
Pool area didn't have enough sitting area for the number of guests.
Rooms were not as nice as the hotel level should suggest.

One evening we went out on our balcony and when we closed the door the latch dropped into place and locked us out there. It was fortunate that I had my phone. Security was able to let us back in.
Then that night the AC failed and we sweated out our last night.
A major downside of this hotel is the number of small children

Location was ideal. Adult pool was exceptional. It seemed that anyone could walk through the family pool and no one was checking if you were a guest or not. We were disappointed with the rooms, they are dated and in need of updating. The workers were very kind and helpful. The best thing about this hotel was the location.

I was there with my fiance last week and I used my points for a stay but I found out that there were $31 resort fee that I had to pay which was disappointing because I was not notified when making reservation. Pool was good but the bar was little overpriced. Late check out was good but I had to change room in the morning.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out 2 days later on our "Staycation" we were greeted with such outstanding customer service that was neither forced or rehearsed. I wish I had more tokens to hand out to these remarkable employees. Mahalo Sheraton Waikiki for even treating your Kamaaina with the Aloha spirit!

We stayed at this hotel back in December immediately before Christmas for our honeymoon. This hotel was AMAZING. As an ambassador guest I was upgraded to a Pulani suite. This room was one of the most amazing rooms I have ever been in. The entire experience was great, even though the hotel was at 98% capacity it never felt over crowded. The views from this hotel cannot be beat. We were on the 21 floor, and could see everything. The club on the 22 floor (I think) is also amazing. The food was great, not great for a club, but it was really good food. And the free beer and wine was also a huge plus. If you do not have an ocean view try to see if you can enjoy a sunset for the club at least once, it’s amazing. Also this hotel is very centrally located, and you will be able to walk almost anywhere. I also believe as a platinum member you can choose valet parking as your “welcome amenity”. This hotel was amazing and we plan to come back for another trip as soon as possible!

My one problem was that they wouldn't give me an extra roll of toilet paper as a back up.. I requested it twice.....in 7 days and it was never given to me so I took one off the cart in the hall. I do not understand why there wasn't one on the shelf in the closet and on the shelf in the bathroom at all times as a back up.

I was not happy about location of room on the week-end, when the front desk knows thier is live music right under me until after midnight, it would of been nice to let me know. I had to change the room just to get some rest. So I was not happy at all about the change of room or not being told upfront when I checked in.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Waikiki. All the hotel staff met my expectations. George at Kai market was our server and gave my children toys to play with while we had our meal. That was so helpful for me because my son couldnt keep still. Also Derrick at front desk was very helpful checking me in.

Loved our stay...great ocean view room! Problem with getting the 2 beds requested & had to crowd 4 bodies in a one king bed room with a small roll away. Roll away took several hours & 3 requests to be delivered, though. Neighbors in the room next door were very noisy but didn't complain since our stay was so short.

1) There was hair in my bathtub upon check-in.
2) The room was not clean - dust balls on the floor.
3) The grout in the shower was nasty/dirty.
4) Every time the air conditioning kicked in, it rattled for as long as the air was on. Made for hard sleeping.
5) They ran out of food at several of my business meetings.

we could walk to all restaurants that we wanted to. We used the gym daily but very frustrating to have the gym be on the 4th floor and no bathroom facilities...very unusual.
Housekeeping was lax...hair on the bathroom floor as we entered the room on the first day....carpet throughout the room and halls were dirty.

Lacked the size of amenities capable of handling the number of people at the hotel. Pool way too small as well as deck space. Pool services were ess than adequate. Guest room linens were sub par and dirty. Will nt return to this property nor recommend. Terrible value for the money. The pictures fooled me.

Only 1 person for Gold/Platinum line. when i asked the guy at the other desk who was just standing there if he could help spee things up he said he was only able to help the regular line. Really? Not very good service. And he did not seem to be bothered by this. i waited 20 minutes while the regular zipped by.

While the lobby is very nice and the location is excellent, the rooms do not even look finished. There was literally no furniture in the room other than a bed, desk, and tv. No drawers, no dressers. Wires exposed, and a tiny bathroom. You expect alot more from the pictures online. I was greatly dissapointed.

Housekeeping staff are very flexible and efficient to our needs. Front desk is very pleasant, check in & check out was a breeze! Enjoyed the great view from our room. The food is delicious at the Edge. The Infinity pool & deck is very nice and comforting! This was our second stay & we will come back! Maholo!

This hotel has everything! Good mix of restaurants and stores to shop at. Kai Market seafood night is the best!
Two pools to relax at. My gf and I got the best massages at the Spa on the fourth floor. Great location right in the heart of Waikiki.
Staff and hotel exceeded our expectations. We will be back!
