Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted warmly by the staff. KATIE! Dear KATIE!!! You were such a sweetheart. The staff from valet to housekeeping were always courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Will definitely stay again.

A wonderful place to stay and an easy walk to Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor. Katie checked us in and was a smiling and friendly greeter for the hotel...she gets VERY high marks!
FYI: There is a parking garage three blocks prior to the hotel on Fayette St...we parked there for literally half the price of the hotel parking.

Returned to book a conference at The Sheraton Baltimore City Center because of the excellent service given at the last conference I booked there. This hotel has 5 star staff!! The minute I walked in the door someone was offering me a cold bottle of water to drink! Our conference was a great success due to the excellent coordination of Pat Palmere, Diane Abrahamson,Terry Forbes and Dante..(.who did all the heavy lifting!!) The desk staff (most especially the desk manager) treated our attendees like royalty which makes an event planner smile! Service is this hotel's hallmark and what keeps me coming back! Rooms are clean and crisp with the new white comforters. The food is superb throughout the hotel and the wait staff takes care of your every need! I love the location, close to Camden Yard and just a short walk to the Harbor in one direction and the Historical area in the other. Whenever I go to Baltimore...for another meeting or pleasure, The Sheraton Baltimore City Center is where I will stay!

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by friendly valet attendants, that were ready to help. We were there about half an hour early and the girl at the front desk was happy to check to see if we could come in early. Luckily our room was ready and check in was a snap. The Bell hops were wonderful and so helpful!! We had Keith bring our stuff up to our room and he was so nice! We had a 2 double bed room on the 20th floor North tower. It was cozy, clean, and nice and cool. Unfortunately the pool that my children had hoped to swim in that day was being refilled, but the lifeguard was there and said he was sorry and it would definitely be open the next day. What a relief the next day when we went to the pool after baking in the heat all day to get in that nice cool pool!!! The life guard who's name I didn't get was very nice and attentive!! We were lucky enough to have access to the club lounge, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning very much!! We had one attendant there that was so friendly and helpful even when breakfast was almost over and she was cleaning up! Her name was Veronica. What a sweet and helpful lady!!! Our towels were picked up and replaced every day and all of the house keeping staff was excellent even in the hall ways where they always had bright smiley faces and willing to let you use the elevator before them!! I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel I believe it is the BEST customer service I have ever experienced!!! On our way out my children were met by Keith who was happy to fish the cookies they wanted out of the cookie jar and even showed them his magic trick with the spinning door!! Even on our way out the staff was still making us smile!! If I ever have the chance to come back to Baltimore I would without doubt book here again!!! I will absolutely suggest it to my friends who I know will be visiting too!!! Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay!!!!!:)

My daughter and I spent the night here. Caught a Baltimore Orioles game which was within walking distance. Also walked the inner harbor, again within walking distance. The service was great. The only issue I have is, doesn't a gold (didn't make Platinum this year) member get automatically upgraded, had to pay to upgrade. i did so, but still enjoyed this hotel greatly...

I had the best experience in all areas of the hotel from reception to restaurant, bell guys as well as the gift shop lady. Everyone was over friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was good. I stayed on the preferred guest level which was the 20th floor. It was quiet and although the room and bathroom was small with large shower, it was very comfortable. it had a coffee pot with condiments, small refrigerator and microwave in the room. I couldn't ask for more. Also, by staying in a the preferred guest room, I had access to a lounge which served a nice continental breakfast and snacks in the evening! also, had access to a good size gym and a nice size swimming pool on a lower sunny deck. I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed my stay there!!!

Outstanding service. Perhaps the best service I've had domestically. Great SPG Platinum recognition, and a great bargain to boot. While the room is a little dated, when travelling domestically, I try to focus on location and service. The General Manager, Ms. White, provided excellent service along with every staff member I met. I frequent Baltimore, and I tend to stay at the Inner Harbor Sheraton. Don’t let the name mislead you, it is only a few blocks from the City Center hotel.
-Comparing the Inner Harbor vs. City Center-
-City Center Lounge is much better in my opinion. The Inner Harbor location seems more like an old suite that was converted into a lounge.
-Service was much better (from top to bottom) at the City Center location. I’m not saying the Inner Harbor was bad service, just that the City Center was “on top of their game.”
-Inner Harbor rooms are more fashionable.
TIP: I was upgraded to one of the suites as an SPG Plat. If you get a suite (I don’t know about other rooms), the flat panel TV buttons can be hard to find. They aren’t labeled well (because of the lighting and the font), and they are on the underside.

I can't get over what a wonderful stay I had at this hotel. The personnel from Reception, restaurant Waitreses to Bell Guys were above my expectations and went above and beyond to make my stay one of the best stays in any hotel before. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore!!!

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. I stayed here for four weeks and the staff and personnel of the hotel made me feel at home. Every one of them went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and happy during my stay.
First of all the restaurant staff particularly Tynisha, Steve, Mike and Derrick as well as the morning staff were awesome. When I needed quarters for the laundry they all pooled together to get me the change I needed. Once I left my sun glasses in the restaurant and thought I had lost them; Tynisha made sure to set them aside and presented them to me the next time I came in for dinner. The ever patient Derrick stood patiently by as it took me 30 minutes to decide what too eat! (I highly recommend the wings by the way).
The front desk staff were very accommodating and offered me an excellent rate when my family came up to join me one weekend. I wish could remember all of their names but they were excellent. They provided my kids with a roll away and additional bedding at no extra charge! My family drove up from NC to see me; the bellman out front was very reassuring when I was worried that they were late. He stayed by my side until they arrived (above and beyond my expectations!)
While walking around Baltimore I found someone’s wallet that had obviously been lost. I brought the wallet back to the hotel night manager and security officer and they (at my request) made every effort to track down this individual to insure that his wallet was returned. This was above and beyond the call of duty and shows a lot of dedication and personal integrity which made me very happy!
I was trying to connect my laptop to the hotel network and did not have the proper Ethernet cable. I called down to the front desk and in a matter of 10 minutes the hotel engineer was at my door with five different cables and extenders to make sure that I was accommodated! I appreciated this very much.
The housekeeping staff did an excellent job working around my schedule when I was in and out on weekends and always made sure I had plenty of towels, shampoo, and bottled water. I forgot my tooth paste when I first arrived and they quickly sent someone up with a complementary replacement.
This hotel is a “3-star” facility with a “5-star attitude” toward its guests! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Baltimore. Thanks Sheraton!

Excellent Service in the Lounge expecially in the evening. Larhonda was great, funny, and provided for a warm environment. I would recommend City Center to SPG members visitng the Baltimore area.

Stayed 4/6 - 4/7 - Staff, Location AMAZING, we are already planning our next trip back. Alex (male) was my favorite. He really made this get-a-way perfect for us. Location is great and only 6 blocks from the Harbor. Our room was comfortable and had everything that we need, microwave, frig.

From the moment of our arrival until the day of our departure two weeks later we were treated like family. Nothing was too much trouble -- from removing the closer on a heavy door to lowering the beds and charging our scooters in the cloak room. Our extended stay was necessary due to my wife having open heart surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHI). We both stayed at the hotel while my wife was an outpatient before and after the surgery and I stayed for the whole two weeks. Staff were more than professional, they genuinely cared about my wife and her medical progress and encouraged me coming and going from my daily visits to JHI. My wife was amazed at the warm reception she received upon her hospital discharge and return to the hotel. When the doctor released us to go home, it was like leaving family, especially dear were the staff at the bell station and with the shuttle service.

This hotel has done a great job hiring and training people who care. Santia checked me in at the front desk and was a real breath of fresh air after a long day of meetings. She and Tessa are the type of people any business would want handling their clients. Warm, caring and willing to help. This made the stay perfect- along with the great location.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October 2012. The Sheraton City Center Staff was exceptional!! This is by far one of the best hotel staff we have experienced in any hotel! Not one stone went unturned and we could not be happier. We had a few problems with booking a large amount of rooms with the sales office. That end of our dealing with the Sheraton was horrible, but once we arrived we were thrilled to be there. And, any problems we had with the bookings were quickly taken care of by the hotel staff!! We would come back for sure!

Barbara was my server for breakfast during a recent stay. I was in a hurry to get in and out. I also ordered an omelet to go. She made sure that my breakfast was served quickly and my to go order was hot and ready to go just in time. She made sure that everything I needed was there. Not only was she a joy she was very professional. What a great asset to your team.

Hands down the best guest experience for the money in any Starwood property that I have stayed in the continental United States. The guest relations manager was standing in-line with guest at check-in and made everyone feel welcome. Drinks and cookies were provided. Room upgrade then given. Butler delivered bags without issue. Pool was large and clean. Workout room was modern and the size of my neighborhood gym. Staff consistently exceeded expectations. As a SPG member, provided free drink and internet without having to explain my benefits (as I have had to remind staff before). All of this for $99 a night! Plus, the neighborhood restaurants (Tio Pepe and Helmand) were amazing.

The check-in associate was smiling and welcoming and thanked me in a sincere and gracious way for being a platinum SPG member. My room was ready early (even though they were very busy). I was upgraded to a corner room with a microwave and refrigerator, very nice!! Great bedding, good Wifi speed. One minor thing was the shower water pressure was not quite what I expect. Good location to walk to the convention center. Self parking is close-by.

This is the second year that we stayed at the Baltimore Sheraton. We arrived at 5pm with 300 people, 280 bicycles, 20 motorcycles, trucks and vans. The staff dis an outstanding and fabulous job of preparing for us, getting us in our 150 rooms, storing our bikes, etc, feeding us and sending us on our way with 300 very happy fuests!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The entire staff (bell men, concierge, front desk reception, restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) all greeted us warmly and said "Hi" or wished us well every time we passed them in the hallways. In particular, we can't say enough about Santia Singh at the front desk. She greeted us upon our arrival and inquired about our visit. We were there for our wedding anniversary and to see the Yankees-Orioles game. She recommended a restaurant for our anniversary dinner (LaScala, excellent choice!) and even made reservations for us. We checked into our room and had a view of Camden Yards. After we went out on the town for the night, we came back to our room to find a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, compliments of Santia and the Sheraton! Talk about making people feel special! All in all, it was a fantastic trip to Baltimore and we will definitely be going back, and will definitely be staying at the Sheraton Baltimore City Center!

We stayed one night at the Sheraton and were treated like we were staying a month! Everyone there was very professional and remembered our names. We will definatly stay here again!

We stayed here in April 2012. We have never been to Baltimore before, but what a beautiful city! The Sheraton is within walking distance to the Inner Harbour where there is so much to do and see.
We were impressed with the staff and expecially Kim! We were treated like royality there and would definatly come back!

The Convention Services Manager assigned to our group (2012 GLS Combined Annual Grantee Meeting) was superb in customer service. We never had to call him because he was always at our beckon call eager to help and serve. He made sure that everything we need to make this meeting a success and our client happy was not a second thought. Our CMHS client was more than pleased with the success of the meeting in which we have Brett to thank because he made us look good! Great great job!!!

My experience with this hotel was wonderful! Andy is the man! Love him! He's very nice and friendly and treated me and my family like royalty! Andy thank you! The hotel is clean and all of the staff is amazing and so friendly! Rooms are comfy! I stayed on the club level, loved it but thought the room was a small compared to other rooms I had before. The only thing I would've like was an indoor pool and a bathroom in the Club level drink and snack room.
