I stay at this property several times a year and have always had outstanding stays. The staff really cares about the level of service you receive. The rooms are in excellent condition. The club lounge is one of the best in the Starwood system. Zoe and her staff really care about providing excellent customer service. I have never been disappointed when staying at this property. I have stayed at many of the Starwood properties in NYC and this is my first choice when traveling to NYC.

We stayed in a newly renovated room on the 22nd floor with two full beds. The room was super clean and roomy with extra outlets and charging stations as well as flat screen TV, coffee maker and desk area. The location is excellent..just blocks from Central Park and Times Square, but just enough away from the congested areas. It was quiet ( no sreet noise at all) and the beds were super comfortable! The price was very competitive for such a nice facilty in a super location. Book it!!!

I would stay again at this hotel. Very modern and roomy. Great beds. Lots of electrical plugs and very well lit rooms.
Great midtown location--easy subway access and cabs available. Close enough to Times Square to walk but not overpowered by it. Lobby was simple and uncrowded. Elevators were fast and frequent. Staff very accomodating. My only complaint was the water in the shower was either too hot or too cold. The bathroom was a little small but since the room was a nice size this was not too much of a problem.

Enough can't be said about the Sheraton Towers since the remodel! The rooms are incredible! The gym is one of the best for a hotel! The staff are great!
The Sheraton Towers is my new go to NYC hotel!

This is one of the best Starwood Hotels in NYC.
For first time visitors to New York, I highly recommend it. It is located very close to the central park as well as the E subway line which takes you to JFK Airport.
The renovated rooms are really nice as well as the overall feel of the hotel.
The club lounge has great views and a good selection of appetizers in the evening as well as breakfast ideas.
Hudson Market is great for breakfast also!

Fantastic hotel, just renovated and looks beautiful. I travel 75 nights a year for business and this is one of my favorite hotels to stay. The staff treat you with respect and make you feel very comfortable. If you are coming to NYC on business or pleasure this is the hotel to stay.

i stayed in this hotel at the end of november 2011 for 5 nights, it is absol;utely excellent the position is so close to everything 3-5 mins walk fromm central park, rockerfellar centre, times square 5th ave etc etc it is spotlessly clesn and the staff were very accomodating (although we didnt really need to ask them much)!! it is a safe area in the evenings especially for a group of females!11 definately would stay there again its PERFECT!! and well priced too

As a 5 star elite owner and a platinum prefered guest for 11 years, my expections are very high, and we were not disappointed, from the moment we entered the lobby till we checked out 5 days later,
We were upgraded and given an arrival gift and welcome letter, for frequent travellers as ourselves it is important to recognise loyality. The hotels' renovated lobby and bedrooms were made with good design, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and fresh, although a tad smaller than other hotel bedrooms but then again this is manhatten.
The club lounge was very well laid out and breakfast and evening food was very tasty, I have to mention the club lounge staff and in particuliar VIP Manger Zoe, who went beyond her role to assist us with our next sheraton stay in vancouver, along with SPG. Supervisor Lacey, thank you both.
and all the staff at this great guest orientated hotel.

NYC rooms are traditionally small but the total renovation at this property has mazimized the usable space. Great renovation job. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and its nice to see the same faces time after time. I only visit the hotel about 4 times a year so I am delighted that I am remembered.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We booked the hotel for 4 nights through Priceline. We were upgraded to a renovated king which was beautifully appointed and clean. The staff throughout our stay were very professional and friendly. The only downside was the valet parking operated by the garage beside the hotel...we rarely drive into New York...good news...they were _very_ slow both on arrival, and on departure...like 30 minutes+... the hotel itself though was perfect...we added a day to our stay from the Sheraton website...

We stayed here the weekend before Thanksgiving and had a fantastic experience. We were upgraded to an executive suite which was huge and very nice. The club lounge was nice, but very busy in the morning, difficult to get a seat. We were provided a nice welcome in our room by the General Manager which was a nice WOW factor. Only complaint is that we asked for additional towels, but had to call a second time as they were not delivered for several hours.

For the 5th year in a row, we spent a Holiday weekend in NY. This hotel is located close to Radio City, Rockerfeller Center, Times Square, 5th Ave shops and of course the subway. NO rows of tour buses unloading at this hotel...very nice !!
Room was clean. Easy checkin and checkout. Easy storage of bags before checkin and after checkout. High recommend it. We will be back. Happy Holidays.

Christmastime in New York. Very, very busy time, and stress is at an elevated level with shoppers and customers. I saw everyone from the front desk crew, to the bellman, to the Concierge, to the management display class, helpfulness, and smiles. Outstanding staff, excellent new, upgraded rooms at a fair price for New York. My first choice when coming to the city!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel-
The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable! The location was superb; only a short walk to the Museum of Modern Art, Rockefeller Center and Times Square! The front desk reception couldn't have been nicer-

We stayed on a club level floor in which the room was large, clean and impecably decorated. I was a bit nervous after reading other reviews but the hotel far exceded what I had expected. We were there during a warm holiday weekend and the entire city was packed but they hotel had us checked us quickly and were quicj to answer any questions we had. We had an issue with the room next to us, which they immedately looked into, although not resolved to my liking we realize only so much can be done with inconsiderate loud people.

We used our Starwood Points to pay for the two rooms and I must say, the people working the Preferred Guests desk were eager to service our needs despite being sold out. It was extremely busy! One nasty rep can ruin a hotel stay but each and every person had a smile on their face. We had a delightful stay. Our rooms were warm, however. We attempted to adjust the temp but to no avail so we opened the window just a crack and we were comfortable.

This hotel is located very near to Times Square and Broadway. The facilities are very nice, and the club lounge was one of the best that I've experience. Fantastic hotel for a business traveler.

Depend on the staff you get, you get an excellent help or an unmotivated "I like to be at home rather than talk with you now" experience.
I had both in the hotel. My first sentence during the check in witch i heard was " It is not possible". My request was a really simple one. I just came one day earlier tan expect and wanted to stay one day longer.
Anyway. After he had a speech with his manager, everything was going well, except that he gave me not one information about the hotel. Even witch room category i get not what about the fitness center and noting eles what has to do with the hotel. Just my room number.
Not everyone at the reception is so cold and speechless. I had also a lady witch was helping me out by questions about the hotel with a smile and patience.
The staff in the Hudson Market restaurant wason the other hand always friendly and helpfull. If you want to have a short talk or an advise what to do in town, they help you out anytime.
The room was acctualy in the 34th floor with a stunning view. But in the bathtub were a few hairs. In a hotel like this is it for me definitly a no go. I had also a Pillow with red a red stain on it two days in a row. I wouldn't expect that as well.
The location couldn't be better. Times square and central park just a few streets away. Subway station around the corner. Superb.
Also never get any problems with the room key or internet access witch is not as a matter of course in a big hotel like this.
So in total i was quiet happy. But as I told in the title.... You can do it always better.

I almost let my check-in experience ruin my stay and trip....bur I reminded myself that she had to be the exception. She was the worse. At no time did we have eye contact. What should have taken hert 5 minutes ..took her more than 15 minutes. As an SPG gold member, I felt it should have been acknowledged in some way, form or fashion. I have not stayed ata Starwood property for a while for this ver reason

For the most our stay was as expected. Early checkin was permitted and greatly appreciated. Debbie was very friendly and the process was smooth.
Rooms were small, but that was expected, however the cleanliness (dust/dirt) in many corners was less than desirable. We also had 1 room in which the coffee maker required 4 pushes of the start button before it would completely fill the cup.
Location is great and I would stay again.

Wifi internet in room kept cutting out, even with good signal strength. Internet is much better in Club Lounge and Lobby. No complimentary bottled water in room as advertised on website.

The elevators proved inadequate on several occasions to handle the numbers of guests. Long, long waits to get to our room on the 18th floor resulted in walks up the stairs to our room and taking the elevators above our floor and walking down to our floor. One time I can see, but 4 times would indicate a problem that needs to be addressed in my opinion.
