The location suited us very much: the average practical hotel without fuss in a central location.
Would come back, when internet access is up to the current standard. Also in the lobby it was very slow and cumbersome.

The hotel personnel and their service was outstanding. People generally do what they are assigned to do. It was very refreshing to see this hotel's staff working in such unity, whenever and wherever they were needed.

Staff does not meet this guest expectations. This hotel does not seem to care that a guest is a platinum member. Also, was unable to reach general manager to communicate my dissatisfaction with the room size.

I've been to this hotel many times for business, and this time I came with family and friends for a fun NYC trip. The not-as-usual experience started at the beginning when both of our rooms were not ready, even though we arrived at 4pm. I understand that rooms may not be ready when I arrive say earlier in the day, but 4pm there should something available. This was the same for both of our rooms, the other family that I was traveling with. The second issue was the Club Lounge. Yes I understand that this is a gratis service, but it was continually out of at least 2-3 items (food, drinks, plates) and the area not cleaned in a timely manner, plates were continually stacked everywhere. I make it a point to always bring plates back and though this practice is not always done by other travelers, but it was unusually messy throughout every breakfast service we attended. I've had better Lounge service in this and many other Sheratons in the past. The last issue was with the valet. We called ahead for one of our cars which was parked by your service. We called 15 minutes before we checked out of our rooms thinking that we gave enough time for the car to be brought over by the time that we left the rooms, went down the elevators, paid our bills and handed over the keys. That did not happen as our car arrived 1.5 hours AFTER we called for it. Not acceptable.

I always stay at the Sheraton Tribeca. This last trip I showed up w/o a reservation! Something I have never done before. They were very helpfull considering...The shower in my room could have been cleaner.

Room not quite ready when I went to check in -- staff gave my girls free chocolate milk, brought me the keys while I was waiting. Lounge great view looking uptown. Comfortable beds as usual for sheraton.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The entire staff were helpful and energetic. We also enjoyed the location since it was very easy to walk to Little Italy and Chinatown.

Convenient to subway and to Tribeca/SoHo area. Very clean room and super comfortable bed. Staff was helpful with everything from finding me a quiet room to helping me navigate the subway system.

The staff were friendly and gave me a great upgrade. I had fruit and water waiting for my arrival with a note.
The rooms are spacious for NY and the location is great.

I was a little surprised that the location was on a very undesirable street, it's about a block from SOHO, which made it okay. The staff was very kind and helpful, which made it okay to stay.

I stay here often for business and find it very comfortable. The staff is always helpful and the hotel has what you need, with the added convenience of Soho and Tribeca within blocks.

This hotel has nice and helpful staff, but the carpet should be removed on the floor in the room. Creates lots of dust and you do not want to go without your shoes. Bathroom was very nice.

The front desk and doorman were exceedingly helpful and friendly, meeting our needs with service and suggestions. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open in the evening.

The room was spacious for the price in NYC. We have stayed at significantly more expensive hotels in the city with much smaller rooms for the cost. Hotel was clean, and service good.

The Hotel is close to everything. The area is
safe you can walk anywhere at night. The staff is very attentive to any needs you have.
This will be the Hotel we stay at from now on.

So, as a platinum member we have 10 upgrades to a suite. I used two of those for this room. 1) tiniest suite ever (of course, it's NYC)! 2) view of elevator shaft on third floor.

Close to the office and clean. They should really place some mirrors in front of the cardio machine so you can see who may come up from behind you. You stare at the wall.

Nowhere on any website does it indidcate the rooftop is only for certain guests. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Even though the bed was very comfortable, I will not stay here again.

I had not stayed here before. I do not think this is a category 5 hotel. housekeeping is slack at this premisses. the staff in the lobby is very attentive and good.

Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Some noise in the hall was very loud, waking me up. Decor felt a bit out-dated. Solid option in this neighborhood.
