I stayed one night-04 may. My M/C shows a $167.70 and a $180.70 charge for that stay. Also a $50.00 charge on 05May! Please review and respone ! My only charge should be the room plus a barrestaurant bill the evening of the 4th. Thank you!

Several issues: 1. I was told there were 'limited platinum' rewards, drink or points. 2. There were no creamer/sugar stir sticks etc which was annoying as I had a 5 Am departure and nothing else was available in the hotel for coffee. 3. The 90+ seems to be a failure everywhere. Usually very limited selection, frequently the reds have turned after being open too long, in this case they were out of the only champagne selection AND the red had turned. Generally nice staff all around but housekeeping needs work and attention to details in the bar and on the amenities.

This is a wonderful property, but very poorly managed. I have always been pleased with the service in the past, but this stay was not up to my expectations (e.g,, errors in check-in, not recognizing SPG status, poor housekeeping, incorrect billing, no electronic statement issued, etc.).

Friendly, accommodating staff,, well appointed comfortable rooms, reasonable prices. My biggest complaint is the cost to use the Internet. A slow broadband service is free in the lounge, but $13 in the room. There is no EV charging station for guests with electric vehicles,unlike the other Sheraton in Albuquerque

I have stayed in this hotel many times and have been losing my liking of it because of deteriorating maintenance, HVAC noise, and uncomfortable beds. Now the newest nail in the coffin is the imposition of a nightly parking fee of $5 ("at the insistence of the Starwood property owners" according to staff). I was not informed of this new fee on my online booking or on check-in at the hotel, but only at checkout. I complained and it was removed. This latest outrage is in addition to the fact that WiFi is $13 a day in the rooms but is FREE if you use it in the lobby!! Huh??!! You can find a better hotel almost as close to ABQ airport. I know I will.

It's always a pleasure to find something better than you expected. The Sharaton Albuquerque Airport did that for me. Really love the lobby, and the rooms are eminently serviceable.

Three of your staff were particularly helpful duriing our stay and rendered service beyond our expectations: Todd (server), Justin (server), and Curt or Carl---I'm not sure of his name--(engineer). All deserve praise for taking the extra steps to accommodate us during our stay. That's why we always stay at Sheraton Airport Albuquerque.

With a late flight arrival at the Albuquerque airport, it seemed only logical to spare my family picking me up in the middle of the night. It was easy to make a last-minute reservation at the Sheraton, and Ienjoyed a great night's rest in a Club floor room. Could n't be more convenient to the airport.

If you're going to charge me $5 for parking why don't you just add it to the room rate and not bother us with an addition to the bill. And then we have to go back out to the car to place the official yellow card on the dash? Very inconvenient. Also who charges an additional $13 for Internet access these days? Not coming back til you change your policies.

Outstanding in everyway! From the moment we arrived the service and friendliness was amazing. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. We were at the hotel for a 3 day conference, the accommodations were great, the food was very good and the staff had a willingness to help beyond what was expected and with a smile!!! I highly recommend this Sheraton to everyone.

We stayed at this location this past weekend and were very disappointed that the hotel shuttle would not take us to the balloonfest location. We also had problems with room distribution. Our group had 5 rooms and even though I asked several times about whether I had the correct room, I was given the wrong room.

This hotel provides an upscale feel to your stay. Close to Old Town, Downtown and Historic Nob Hill - but you have to have your transportation. Paying for Wi-Fi in room is not so good!

Our room was booked weeks in advance, but was not available till 4:50 pm. Our check in time was 3:00 pm. Almost 2 hours sitting in the lobby would not be consistent with the "Starwood Preferred Guest" motto!
Our experience was unsatisfactory and we'll not stay with you again! If we cannot get into the Sheraton uptown location, we'll stay at another hotel who does value a "preferred guest!"

We checked in late in the afternoon of our checkin date. We were very tired and took a short nap before starting out to our next engagement. This is when we found the tub having poor drainage. The next morning was the same.

We had a great time we went for our annual convention for Jehovah's Witnesses. This was our first time assigned to Albq, NM, so it was a new experience. We have stayed in other Sheratons in the past and knew we would not regret picking this hotel. It was a great experience and had lots of fun! Looking forward to next year!

Cynthia at the front desk was very helpful with me as I tried to understand the computer to get a boarding pass and check my emails. She was patient and kind. The female in the restaurant on September 1 was also very helpful regarding materials to help us pack our bags for the plane. The upgrade to the top level was definitely worth the extra money as the appetizers and breakfast were just right. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant. Also, loved the pool! Also the shuttle drivers were very polite and engaging.

Have not stayed in a hotel with such comforts. The staff was beyond helpful. They were courteous and seemed to enjoy working there. I would definitely stay there again.

I found the hotel online, and friends had actually recommended it as I needed to be near the airport for an early flight. I was never told that we would be charged $5!! for parking. And I had never been told that we would be charged for internet usage!! We would have found another place if we had been told. A positive thing was that they did have computers in the lobby area to use.....but with limited time allowance.

Front desk staff was courteous and efficient. Quick to recognize Gold SPG status. Room was clean and comfortable, and as always, the beds were great. Great view of the area from our window. Very close to airport yet sleep was not disturbed by planes taking off and landing. Restaurant food was good. Waitstaff was friendly and accommodating. Van drivers were skilled and helpful. It is far from town. If you don't have a car, taxi to sites such as Old Town, can get expensive.
Club room hot food items were disappointing. Other food items were very good. Fruit was fresh and delicious.
I will stay in this hotel if in Albuquerque.

I stay in this hotel every August for a meeting, and it gets better every year. It's very convenient to the airport, the pool is great, the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the buffet breakfast in the restaurant is only OK. And on my last stay I also noticed that the wall between my room and my neighbor was not sound proofed well at all. I could hear quite clearly, the conversations of the family, plus a baby's crying was rather loud.
