Two days of my stay at Sheraton was fabulous and beyond my expectation. And the credit for booking process goes to SPG as well as Sheraton. and this stay gave me a feeling that SPG membership is a step ahead than other hotel membership programmes.

Although the Internet WIFI has to be payed for a very high rate , the access to the Internet was quite poor and interrupted several times in my room 2302.
The Internet cost will in future influence my decission to stay in the Hotel again or not.

perfectly located, well managed, nice in- and outdoor bars, superb restaurants, the pool at the portuguese embassy: great. Main pool:
Nice shuttle by boat to Saphan Taksin bts-station. I always like to come back to this hotel.

Our prefered hotel for Bangkokj. Excellent position on river with great views and facilities. Made to feel very welcome. Wonderful dining experience by the river.
Will definately back for another visit. Would recommend to friends and family.

We were upgraded to to a river view room in a high floor which was very beautiful. Hotel is far from Airport but they otherwise is well located with the river shuttle service to BTS station. Excellent service and attention to detail.

When in Bangkok, we always stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton. Great locaton, excellent service and the pier is just outside the hotel. With respect for your money, this is probably the best River Side Hotel - real value for your money.

The team members were really friendly and efficient,we loved the buffet breakfast ,really complete,and the food variety was exceptional.
Our room was clean,and every day the housekeeping team member,left our room spotless( thank you).

Fabulous Platinum treatment. Have always gotten a suite upgrade. Wonderful lounge. Choice of main dining room for one of the best buffet breakfasts in the world. Great choices of quality food. Friendly staff. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed 2 nights and My impressions of stay are excellent. Hotel and rooms are clean. Staff is nice.Breakfast is the best I´ve ever had in a hotel.The view of the river and city from the room is amazing.
Highly recommended hotel.

This is a nice nonpretentious hotel with nice view and great service as well as good elite member recognition. Some less stella features are breakfast ( not as good as others in the same categories), less uptodate technology , eg.

Pros: location, riverview, shuttle boat service, breakfast, pools.
Cons: a way too loud music at evenings/nighttime, no balcony, no free wifi in rooms.

Room needs to be refurbished. It was not dirty, but not very clean either. No amenities like toothbrush, shaver, cotton buds etc that are standard even in 2** hotels in Asia. No slippers. Wakeupcall came one hour to early.

I really enjoyed my three night stay. I was able to upgrade to a suite using rewards which was fantastic. It was very easy to go anywhere from this hotel, I especially liked the luxury and convenience of the shuttle boat.

The front desk is very helpful upon my check-in when I forgot my SPG number. But when can I see the earned points?
Would expect more Thai food at breakfast or lunch.
The boat shuttle service is marvelous!

It is a complete pleasure and a destination in itself. From the charming Remi in the lounge across the whole team, everyone strives to please. The secret garden pool is the best, an oasis of tranquility. Stay here.

Great location to watch the river flow past.
Staff were very friendly and most helpful.
The morning buffet was OK but could have a more appealing offering.
The club floor was lovely.
Hotel is getting slightly tired.

The higher room, the nicer view. SPG floor room contains more drinking water, but the room conditions are not good as normal floor room I think. Good dinner buffet on Saturday, nice lounge host at lobby lounge.

.So many favorable happenings to speak about..... to enter the club lounge you need to be properly attired. Finally a lounge that is for adults, NO children is the greatest "gift" of all............. BRAVO Bangkok

Everything was almost perfect but the food was not to the expectation of 5 star hotel especially breakfast

We thought the service was very good and the location excellent for our needs,however the overall appearance of the hotel was a little dated.The rooms are a little small compared with a lot of hotels in Asia.

couldn't fault the service etc, very busy breakfast time, yet staff were courteous with everyone. Only observation with the room was that the vacuuming could have been done a little more diligently.

Convenient location just beside the River City which serve the cruise servise on the Chao Phraya River. Even if you don't take a crusing, you can enjoy the very beautiful river view from your room.

I've stayed at this hotel on various occasions, and I must say that this will be the last time I stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers. I have numerous complaints from all of my friends that I've invited here to Bangkok, Thailand regarding receptionist services and room amenities. I was terribly disappointed with how I was addressed at the reception area, and for a hotel that is a compensating hundreds of guest, you would imagine there'd be more than two receptionist at the counter. The line to check in to the rooms were lengthy and the time it took the receptionist to attend to guest is ludicrous. I think that the reception and general management of the hotel has definitely gone downhill from my last visit. I was so disappointed because I was wanting my friends to have a good experience, and the reflection of service from the hotel was extremely embarrassing. Definitely, will post this on trip advisor and yelp. Poor hotel management overall. Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotels and Towers charge corporate rates, but the service in return is not worth the money! So so disappointed!
