Gave us wrong room initially. I reserved a suite, tried to give me a standard... pretty big difference. Service at the ABQ Grill was the worst I've had in a year. They had 3 other tables, & it took us 15min to be seated.

My wife and I both thought that the Sheraton was one of the most comfortable hotels we've stayed in. The staff was accommodating and the extras like cookies upon return from the Fiesta made the stay much more memorable.

The staff was so welcoming and informative. There were many other events in the hotel the night we stayed, yet we always felt that we were their main focus. The room was beautiful and had everything we could ask for.

The king bed was as comfortable as home. The bathroom had two separated sinks and the closet was very large.
I have a service dog and the hotel is very convenient as the exercise area is easily accessible and clean.

Stayed on business, good hotel close to a lot of restaurants.
The front desk staff were great, had all of my check-in materials ready prior to my arrival which was unexpected as not all hotels do that for SPG Gold.

The Sheraton is well located with easy access to shops and businesses. The hotel is well maintained with clean rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. I highly recommend staying at this comfortable Sheraton

I stay at Sheraton Uptown almost every time I come to Albuquerque. Jan is always on duty behind the bar & I just want to say that she is efficient, professional & friendly. She is an asset to your organization!

This was the worst bed I have slept on in a long time. I use the term "slept" loosely as I didn't sleep much at all. It was very uncomfortable. The heating/cooling system was very noisy and loud all night long.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very modern and clean. The bathroom was updated and spotless. The room was very cozy. The location was great located by lots of mid-scale restaurants and shopping.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful by providing information about the surrounding area. The hotel is located in a great area for shopping. I only wish all rooms had microwaves and refridgerators.

Stayed in room 701. The air compressor for the AC unit was quite loud and needs to be examined. As usual everything , with this one exception, was marvelous. We always enjoy our visit to this facility.

I found the room to be clean, staff was very nice, hotel itself seems tired and a bit run down, for Sheraton standards. The female bartender was extremely nice! Business center was easy to use as well.

We usually have a pleasant experience at Sheraton and this was no exception. Desk staff was prompt and efficient, plus the check-in lady acknowledged our membership very quickly. For the first time, we brought our little service dog, Quigley. We always expect Quigley, a shih-Tzu, to be obedient and he usually is. We only stayed one night and we kept him low profile, but your staff was respectful of his presence.
Upon arriving at Sheraton, we were approached by a mother and young daughter panhandler. We usually do not give to them, but because of the young girl who was very polite, we gave a few dollars, not thinking much about the encounter. As we entered the front door, a Sheraton Security guard was coming out and asked us if we had been approached. He then went to probably ask them to leave.
We are all about charity, but we appreciate that Sheraton cares and acts upon our safety and well-being.
We paid extra to have the Club privilege (so sad since when we became members ten years ago, it was standard for us to be upgraded.) That being said, your appetizers and breakfast were perfect for us.
Thanks Sheraton. We hope to have many more stays.

Lovely hotel, very clean, room was very comfortable, I loved the bed. Amenities were not enough, but were good enough. It is at the very convenient location and the shuttle bus drivers were awesome!

Tried to get an additional room, could nit find one. No Regonition of SPG , not upgrade etc. Staff tried t ohelp but never was able to follow through. Just a hotel room nothing special. Very noisy.

This is a very clean hotel with great food at a good price. It is pet friendly and the standard rooms are suite sizes. The pool wasn't that great but everything else met or exceeded my expectations

Great Stay. Easy access, friendly staff, super clean and quiet. Everything we needed after a hellacious 13-hour trip from the east coast. Access from the airport was a breeze and parking is free.

It's a nice hotel but needed to clean or change the carpet. It's dirty and old. I don't like the location of the coffee maker. When it comes to food and drink, it should be out of the bathroom.

They need to have a free continental breakfast. Asked for some help with the internet and was told someone would be right up, nobody ever showed up to help me out. Rooms and beds were great!

Hotel was as expected. Very nice that they allow pets with no additional charges. The beds leave a lot to be desired and the sheets are somewhere along the lines of 2000-3000 grit sandpaper.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Better than most places I have stayed.
Banquet was very good, great service, and fast removal of plates etc. One of the best banquets I have attended.

The room was great - staff was wonderful. The only problem was with the shower - if you wanted hot water, there was no water pressure. If you are OK with a cool shower, it would be fine.

Great hotel, great staff, great location, great food. Zero wireless Internet in my room although that was an included amenity. It was a deal breaker for me - will not stay there again.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff at front desk and housekeeping. Only problem we encountered was that we could hear noises from neighboring rooms on each side of us and above us.

This was my second stay at this location. Close to restaurants and nightlife. Average accomodations. Front desk staff didn't seem to know much about the SPG Preferred Guest Program.

I usually find Sheraton beds somewhat hard and don't like the duvets because they don't conform to your shape. In Albuquerque I slept like a rock. best beds in the chain.

This hotel has good facilities and accommodations for groups and meetings. food was good and the staff is friendly. It is also close to good shopping and other restaurants.
