They do not use fitted sheets and the sheets they do use are too small for the beds. They do not even tuck in at the bottom of the mattress. Temperature control of room is very unsatisfactory. Basically I was unable to sleep either night.

We put our room service card out and never received our order. Called twice and still never received.
Also, we had only one towel and had to wait 30 minutes to shower.

I was a guest in your hotel last week to attend a wedding and assist Vicki Adams, the groom's mother, with flowers for the rehearsal dinner, fruit and veggie trays and beverages for the reception and anything we needed pertaining to the event. Jon Baugh told us that he had met with Carson who would be our contact. I called him as soon as we checked in and he came to the lobby immediately. Once he understood what we needed he realized we needed more than a standard room. He upgraded Vicki to a suite on the 11th floor and relocated me to the same floor as well as the use of a luggage cart to transport supplies, a small refrigerator for the suite, big tub of ice, assistance with our room cards,and tools to use on the flowers due to weather He was absolutely fabulous in meeting all our needs the entire weekend. He even gave us the use of a full size refrigerator off the lobby to hold our fruit, veggie trays and beverages for the reception. Oh yes, he loaned us some beautiful trays to use too! It was so clear that Carson knows exactly the meaning of "customer service". He went above and beyond anything we expected and made us feel like we were just as important as the Seahawks! He was so polite, professional and just a delight to work with. Vicki and I both thought of Carson as our "Guardian Angel". We sang his praises to Jon and Bri for choosing your hotel. Thanks for everything, Carson!!

I was only at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel for one night, but it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is centrally located with plenty of restaurant and entertainment options within walking distance.

Very nice hotel to stay at. Extremely clean and comfortable. On the corner of 16th steet mall so everything you could possibly want is right there.
So if you are looking to stay in Denver I highly recommend the Sheraton Downtown Denver!!

We were disappointed in with the club level. It was not worth the extra money. The appetizers ran out early at the social hour and were not replenished. Could use much improvement on the "extras" that come with the club level.

The front desk needs work. Desperately. Over three days and two rooms the front desk never once answered a phone call.
I am also still waiting for my folio. Seems a mountain too high to get it emailed.
Maybe somebody there reads this?

The hotel is very well located around the 16th street where there is plenty to do and visit.
The staff gave me an excellent service.
Unfortunately, the Hotel does not provide with airport shuttle which is a pitty when arriving late.

The conference facilities were very nice, they could have been larger for the specific conference I was attending. THe Suite was nice and large, very small bathroom however, too small. One person could barely turn around inside of it.

Had a chance to stay for 4 nights and I loved it. Very well located and comfortable with all the facilities.
The only thing I never understand is why hotels in lower ranges have internet for free and this top end hotels charge for it.

The conference facilities were very good. The rooms are nothing special. Very clean, attractive enough. The public areas have been well-kept and modernized. The rooms are a little outdated. Bathroom very average.

Overall the room was average. Furnishings were good quality and overall the room was comfortable. There was some trash left in the waste baskets, the toilet didn't flush until two or three tries, and the pillows were too soft.

Beds were very comfortable and pool was awesome. However we stayed in a suite and the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. Only room for 1 person barely. Also phone was covered with something sticky like pop. Yuck!

Hotel Can't find my listing and when they located my room they did not have it ready. Understand mistakes happen, but attitude and ability to make good decisions on the spot are important. I ended up changing cloths in the bathroom?

I attended a conference held here in April. The staff could not have been more accommodating. My room was clean, the food was great and all requests.were handled quickly and efficiently. I will surely stay here again.

Folks on lodging side of the house did their thing as management would hope. Welcome, room cleanliness were excellent. Ice was difficult to find from 19th floor in tower. Service for breakfast was slow even in uncrowded atmosphere.

Clean and comfortable. Only two minor issues: There was no microwave in the room (for warming up leftovers), and the pool water temp could have been a little warmer (not that big a deal if there had been a spa in which to warm up).

I stayed at the hotel for our annual conference. Fortunately I stayed in the Tower and that is where our conference took place. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing but all in all I had a good experience.

Great Accomodations, but had trouble with checking in. Room was not ready upon arrival at 4:30pm. Checked back in at 6:30pm and was told room was still not ready. Had to demand better service and was then told room was available.

My wife and I were upgraded to this room for being SPG Gold members. It was not what we have been accustomed to in Starwood hotels. The room looked to have been remodeled from two smaller rooms with an extremely small bathroom in the middle between a "living room" and bedroom. I have had larger bathrooms on a cruise ship. The sink was directly in front of the toilet so that you could not stand in front of it. The faucet was loose and wobbled. Very low warer pressure in the shower as well. There were two or three wet spots on the carpet from some unknown leaks. Unfortunately we were unpacked before we realized the room's oddities and we were there for just one night so we stayed put but I had never experienced such an oddball guest room especially for an "upgrade"
Hotel staff was great with a big "Thank you" to Adam who I believe was the valet captain. He saved us from being stranded by directing a cab our way and haviing them pick us up.
Hotel lobby and restaurants looked brand new and quite impressive. The guest room we were assigned to was not however.

The hotel is very nice. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional. I felt the parking was a bit over-priced, and the housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough. Overall, it was a nice stay.

It is a decent hotel with a nice central location. The only not too pleasant feature is that my room was not made up 2 days out of five I stayed there. Good I stayed alone so I could get by with a double share of towels.

You can't beat this location for exploring downtown Denver. It is right off the 16th Street Mall and very close to excellent restaurants on Larimer. I would recommend this Sheraton to anyone who wants to be centrally located.

Our evening at the Sheraton in Downtown Denver was very nice. The staff at check-in were gracious and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and linens very nice. We had excellent service in the lounge. We hope to return soon.
