Glad I upgraded to the club level, bed was amazing! Club lounge was nice along with the staff in there. Was nice a quite in the room and loved the view. And very close to shops and the Washington State Convention Center, where I needed to be.

Efficient, friendly and conscientious staff. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to waterfront sites.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Matt1286 Convenient location
In-town for 24 hours after a wedding in Port Gamble, the room was conveniently located to many features and sites downtown. Leaving the city early on a weekday, the hotel is a quick walk (and undercover which was helpful due to the unexpected rain) to the train which quickly takes you directly to the airport for just $2.75.
Convenience and comfort quickly make-up for any possible additional cost if you are on the fence.

The hotel location makes it easy for those in business trips to get to restaurants and main business in town. It is spacious and comfortable and will be even better when it goes though some modernization/renewal.

Staff responded quickly to long lines at check in at 3 PM
Bell staff should have alerted us to option to check-in at 10 AM and just get room key at 3 PM - We checked bags so we could enjoy sites in Seattle

At your service agent not very friendly or accommodating to a request for a late check out. Visited the front desk and they were more helpful.
Very nice rooms and a good location make this a good option for business travel.

Room was comfortable, one caveat clicker for TV did not function properly.
Rated 4 out of 5 by FossilT International conference
The hotel was great for a large international technical conference. Facilities were very good and the location gave us access to most of the downtown Seattle restaurants and sites. We stayed an extra 2 days to enjoy Seattle. Room seemed to be set up for a single business traveler and could have had a few more clothes hangers and more space for two. Only one problem was late night partyers coming back at 3 am from the football game on our last night. Otherwise very quiet and comfortable.

Good hotel! Conveniently located and well maintained. The facilities are nice and the staff is excellent. Would recommend!
Rated 4 out of 5 by MJB422 This hotel is centrally located
Generally, it is a good thing to be centrally located. For the weekend we stayed being centrally located meant being in the middle of the Torch Light Parade which complicated traffic and seemed a bit noisy. The workout facilities were good, but the pool had too much chlorine and burned my eyes. It is a bonus to have a Daily Grill in the hotel.
Rated 4 out of 5 by FrequentTravelerBob Enjoyable Stay
We stayed at this Sheraton for a weekend wedding. The hotel facilities and service were terrific. We did notice that the registration and concierge areas can generate long lines at check-in/out as this is a very large hotel. If you're visiting Seattle Center, access from the hotel to the monorail is very close.

The cofee was GOOD! Been a while since I'd been in the Lounge, and don't remember seeing a computer terminal & printer being avalable for guest use. Also, some hot entrees for for Sunday Breakfast would have ben nice.
Rated 4 out of 5 by j75fr Good place downtown
It is a typical Sheraton, huge with two towers but apparently recently renovated.
Rooms are clean and modern.
The fitness is wonderful, allowing everybody to do full work out, all equipment is there. The pool area is always busy, nothing special.
The lounge is spacious and good.
No complaint about staff but also no nice experiences.
All in all an ok experience, really exceptional is only the fitness and the location downtown.
Rated 4 out of 5 by horseman parking at the hotel
The hotel was very nice - parking expensive though - did not eat at the hotel as with growing children could not afford the menu.
Very close to all shopping and tours.

I loved the opportunity to opt out of having my room cleaned daily. I'm happy to reuse towels, etc and appreciated the $5 off coupon. On the other hand, the prices for drinks in the bar were outrageous and I was disappointed that I couldn't use my coupon there. I did happily use it for lunch one day in the Daily Grill.

Bar expense a little pricey
Rated 4 out of 5 by memah69 Great Location
This hotel is well situated, right in the middle of downtown Seattle. You have easy access to the light rail and monorail, and lots of the sights are easy walking distance. The hotel is also quite nice in terms of amenities and such. The only thing I was a bit surprised by was the comforter on our bed--it had some strange red stains on it. I'm not sure if this was lipstick or something else.
Rated 4 out of 5 by BARKHAT Way beyond comfortable
The stay was very relaxing, though I was fully involved in a 5 day conference. Really made my experience the most it could be, really. The only glitch was with the wifi for my iphone as it was spotty in the lobby and non existent in my room. The desk clerk came up and tried it out but was unable to solve the problem and neglected to send IT to follow up on it so I did without.
Rated 4 out of 5 by trc05 Great hotel, convenient location
The downtown Sheraton Seattle was a large, well staffed, hotel right in the center of the downtown area. most all of the cities attractions were easy to reach by foot. The staff was friendly and professional. We stayed on the club level and the evening snacks and continental breakfast paired with the free internet made this an excellent value. The fitness room was large and clean .
Rated 4 out of 5 by deceit Website for this hotel was misleading
Website stated there was a Jacuzzi along with in-door pool. there was no Jacuzzi. I choose this hotel out of a choose of 3 hotels in the area, partly because of what the web site stated this hotel had available for their guests. i felt deceived. I had received a reminder of my stay 7 days before my arrival and again this reminder had the Jacuzzi in it. Because of all the walking that is done in Settle, the Jacuzzi was very much missed. And the small pool was very cold.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Girl56 Good but disappointed in the Club room food
I was very dissappointed in the food offered in the club room, in particular the breakfast. I would have expected something hot, if nothing else oatmeal. I paid extra each day for the ability to visit the club and was disappointed. I have received a better breakfast at low end hotels.
Rated 4 out of 5 by jetlag1 Comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly
The check in line was out the door, but moved fairly quickly. The staff was very courteous. The doors bang closed and walls are thin, so I frequently wakened during the night. The staff was very apologetic and at my request a fan was delivered to my room for white noise.
The food is good - however it would have been nice to have either Seatlle's Best or Starbucks coffee in the restaurant. I didn't care for the restaurent coffee.
The meeting rooms were comfortable.
Rated 4 out of 5 by danj10 custiomer service reps unresponsive at checkin
I arrived to check in at 3:00Pm and had to wait until 4:45Pm to get a room. My starwood # was not on the reservation even though I had received 2 emails prior to coming. What's wrong with this?
My mattress was beyond replacing and the pillows were worthless.
Very disappointing and not what I expect from Starwood hotels. Will not stay here again.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Gummy1 Great Location
This beautiful hotel is situated in a great location for easy access to downtown conference center, shopping, restaurants and events. A bit of a walk to the waterfront but well worth it.
Starbucks in the hotel room and on the first floor made my mornings!
Taxi stand always has cabs ready and waiting.
Staff is very nice.
Rated 4 out of 5 by SeattleVisit1 No free wifi
While the beds were quite comfy, and I thought it was great they provided a shower puff sponge, I was disappointed at the lack of free wifi. If every coffee shop can provide free wifi (where I am only spending $3) then CERTAINLY a hotel at which I am spending hundreds of dollars could provide free wifi. The fact that they charge for wifi was a slap in the face. Very disappointing. Other than that the hotel was quite nice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Seattle13 Great view
We had a double booked but were asked if a parlor room was ok. Took it and the room was nice, but sofa bed horrible. Coffee in room awful with expired creamers 3 months past due date...
Rated 4 out of 5 by Saller Great location good staff
Most of the staff are great. However you do have some moody bell desk and front desk staff
Rated 4 out of 5 by Jean30 Noisy doors and guests
The room was nice, and the bed and pillows were the best! However, I had very noisy neighbors two nights and had to ask security to intervene. The guest room doors slam and were a big annoyance.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Jazzbiker Very helpful staff
My stay was necessitated by my son's hospitalization and the staff was great in allowing me to extend my stay as my son's conditions required.
My only quibbles: continuous background white noise in the room from ventilation and 'fresh' orange juice in restaurant wasn't really 'fresh'.
