Rated 4 out of 5 by Traveler35 Convenient for convention center
Hotel was fine. Just found the sink area in the bathroom to be very cramped if two people are occupying the room.
Also there was absolutely no place to hang a dress. Closet (amoire) could only accomodate a suit. No room for a longer lenth garment.
Rated 4 out of 5 by carrie83 Good Hotel..but...
The Sheraton Seattle was a good hotel to stay at. The staff was really friendly and was very accomodating. Would I go back to the hotel? Maybe... but first they will need to fix their water heater if I was to go back again. The water from the shower was luke warm at best, which wasn't good because it was so cold in Seattle.
While the maids kept our room clean, I recommend they change out the snacks every so often. The items were dusty and I even saw a snickers bar broken in half.
Rated 4 out of 5 by HepperT Great for Family Fun
We decided to spend a night in Seattle upon our return from a family vacation in Las Vegas. We wanted to be close to the waterfront and the Sheraton location is perfect for wandering to Pike and take in some dining and shopping all within walking distance.
Rated 4 out of 5 by KIDZRNSeattle Weekend get away
My daughter and I come this same weekend every year. She attends a convention nearby and I enjoy the hotel and the city. Staff are very friendly. We stayed on the club floor and the lounge with cont. breakfast and yummy evening snacks with hot dishes like chicken in puff pastry made it worth the little extra. I had a small problem Friday and Rose, the evening manager, was wonderful and took care of it right away! I love the wonderful beds and the toiletries have a incredible fragrance. Be back next year!!
Rated 4 out of 5 by Reid79 Excellent Location
I stayed with my girlfriend here for 1 night in March. It just so happened to be the same weekend as some sort of Anime Convention. Lots of people dressed up in costumes. The staff handled everyone well and the check-in / Check-out process was very smooth. The lobby had free wifi which was nice but it wasn't free in the room. We stayed at the hotel mostly for the great location. It is right in downtown and easily walkable to all major spots. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would book this hotel again.
Rated 4 out of 5 by TheWongs fun chess table
nice 1st floor lobby area with activity table for kids (and adults), Sheraton should put 1 or 2 more of these.
Rated 4 out of 5 by LuluJ Perfect location
I was in Seattle for a conference and the Sheraton is in the perfect location. Next to the convention center and within easy walking distance to great downtown attractions.
Rated 4 out of 5 by jabk26 You almost get what you pay for
The facilities were amazing, the staff phenomenal in their proffiessionalism and quickness. The one thing that I did not like was how clean the room was. There was a few pieces of garbage behind the curtain when I pulled it aside and under the bed.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Dental35 Mostly Predictable
Room service while very prompt was lacking. The food quality was below what I have come to expect of Sheraton, served less than hot, undercooked and a minimal service setting. The iced tea had little ice and no sweeteners provided.
My room while clean was messy, every lamp shade was severely tilted and the curtains were always closed but hung up on the furniture, everything very noticeable when you first enter the room. All staff I encountered were very pleasant and knowledgable..
Rated 4 out of 5 by NCtraveler61 My Seattle visit
Excellent choice for my stay during recent 5 day conference in Seattle. Conveniently located to all the downtown has to offer. Would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Seattle.
Rated 4 out of 5 by tac03 My internet was suppose to be free
Needed to contact the desk regarding free internet each day in order to rehook by internet.
I chose the green but it still would be nice to have the garbage emptied daily and coffee and tea set up daily. Not sure if I would do it again.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Islstox Heating system noise
First, I've stayed at this particular Sheraton several times, and it is actually one of my favorite hotels. The staff is great, location perfect for downtown meetings, and it's very clean.
My last stay, not so great. The heating system makes a very disturbing, deep noise when it kicks in. Unfortunately, I didn't settle into the room until around 10pm, and didn't notice it until nearly midnight. It made for a very uncomfortable evening, which affected the rest of my travels. Please ask someone to pay attention to this matter, and keep up the good work.
Rated 4 out of 5 by GJ24 Great Location
Check in good
Front desk staff efficient enough if a little cool attitude wise.
Room very good and very clean, comfortable bed and has all the amenities you need.
Corridor noise very apparent in room, at one stage I thought my door was still open!
Hotel facilities very expensive i.e. Room Service, Bar etc $50 for a soup and salad and Coke.
Overall comfortable and location very good, Hotel and Staff think they are better than they actually are.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Rporte621 Great room but...
I've stayed that the Sheridan for a few years and I always have a great time.
My only problem is the lack of a mini fridge.
But beggars can't be choosers
Rated 4 out of 5 by Yulbear Great comfort
In general I was please with the comfort, cleanness and staff.
The only thing could be a better service for the valet parking. You need more staff and be more efficient to manage car at peak time,
for exemple, phone was always busy... we needed to go outside to have our car ready...
And I consider pricing at the restaurant inadequate and the quality also... but the service was great.
Rated 4 out of 5 by mo26 refresh on robes
room was clean, but no shower cap and the robe really needed to be changed
Rated 4 out of 5 by ComicLover2013 Great Stay
Everything about the Sheraton was top notch. The only complaint i would say is the restaurant attached to the motel was overpriced for the food. It was however convenient and met our needs in that way but the bill was a little steep.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Canela great location and nice accommodations
Always enjoy staying here. The location is ideal. Got a little worried about all the hustle and bustle in the lobby, but was pleased that it was plenty quiet at night in my room. Nice and clean room.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Kate Very comfortable and clean
The room and overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. Clean sheets and bathroom, nice view, very convenient to Pike Place Market and the rest of downtown, including buslines to go a little further out. My only complaint would be that free wifi should be offered in-room. I do appreciate that computers were available in the lobby area with internet access, but if I am paying that much for a hotel room it is my expectation that wifi is included in the price.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Roger58 great place to stay
Well located, friendly well trained staff with good facilities and room size.
Rated 4 out of 5 by wizz Convient to convention center
Has been a very good hotel on previous trips. This trip it seems it was electrical issues and lighting. Electrical plugins not working or so loose the plug falls out. Examples, bath recpt not working, light on desk would not hold a plug, and tall light near window plug in was difficult to use. As an electrician myself I could tell the room needed a thorough electrical inspection. Couch/pull out bed had no reading light nearby and was not made for comfortable sitting. Bath light and reading light issues fixed, but they should never have happened in a room I was paying over $200 a night for.
Rated 4 out of 5 Seattle Sheraton - always a reliable bet
We live in Spokane, WA & the Seattle Sheraton has become our base camp for getaways. Hotel is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Workout facility is outstanding. Room quality is consistently 4 star - usually a nice view to boot.
Rated 4 out of 5 by gregor Internet problems
The internet was not good at all. After every 4 or 5 clicks it would log out on me and then after a few seconds log back in. I could not run the reports that I needed to get done. Very frustrating.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Chhicky13 This hotel has a great location
Close to shopping & restraunts.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Mary Comfy rooms but noisy
I stayed on the 31st floor. My room was comfortable and relatively clean. However, I could hear everybody talking in the adjacent rooms. There was no sound proof whatsoever. Also, the doors would shut very loudly, which was annoying.
Rated 4 out of 5 by JS2013 Good except for sheets
My stay at the Sheraton in Seattle was good overall. My only complaint is that the top sheet on my bed had 2 stains on it. The housekeeper did change the sheet the next day.
Rated 4 out of 5 by MDT1 Hotel
The hotel was fine but somewhat priecy compared to what other quality neighborhood reviews offered. If you need to conduct business, be prepared for many challenges as the Internet connection was very poor. I spent 24-40 minutes daily trying to log in, enter new IP addresses, etc. I became known to the IT staff daily. Made it a challenge to do work.
Rated 4 out of 5 by lizw2006 Great stay in Seattle
The location of the hotel is ideal for business meetings at the Washington Convention Center and also for exploring the downtown/Pike Market area of Seattle. Easy to get around by foot.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Laura55 Loved it!
We loved our stay at the Sheraton. The only thing I would complain about are the joining rooms. We could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the room next to ours.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bothell38 Noise
We love the Sheraton, we only stay at this hotdl when we stay downtown Seattle. on saturday morning at at 7:30 the maid on our floor 18th in new tower was so load she woke all of us up. I looked outside at 8;15 and all she did was stare. The doors were slamming, vacum going it was awful considering we got in after midnight. I did complain at check out and nothing was done. I feel we need to be compensated for another night for the trouble.
