Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel Overall I stay at this hotel about 15 to 20 times per year. I have had very few negative experiences. Beautiful outdoor pool/hot tub area. Large rooms with excellent beds and furnishings. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is near perfect Free local transportation (when available) Free Internet Free Parking Best Club Lounge that I have stayed. Free wine and beer with excellent appetizers Restaurant food is good -- not great. Need better selection and lower prices. Bar is fair -- need larger quantities; they are a bit stingy on alcohol content and a bit pricey. February 2, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not very impressed A little underwhelming. Our first room smelled like mold. Thankfully, we were changed to a new room promptly. It was better, but it smelled like someone had just walked through with a can of cheap air freshener. SPG gold doesn't get you much. Overall, it wasn't what we expected. Rated 3 out of 5 by the rooms are a bit dated The location is in front of a big road construction site. Unless you want to eat in hotel you need a taxi. The air conditioning unit is very loud and seems from the 80's. Breakfast buffet is very limited. August 20, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by late night vending your vending machines need to be fixed, they were not talking dollar bills, i went to every floor and could not find one that worked, i was upset that a hotel like this could not supply a working vending machine, yes i know it did take credit cards. but a few were still unpluged and out of order. Rated 5 out of 5 by Hotel Staff is amazing The hotel staff here is always amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff that runs breakfast in the morning. They tend to recognize the regulars and take amazing care of anyone whom is here on business. I travel a fair amount and this is one of the only hotels I regret heading home from. June 23, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Room smelled The room smelled as if it were growing mold as even the sheets felt damp and the pillow stunk as if the molding process had begun. The room triggered my asthma. The menu at the restaurant and in-room dining is NOT vegetarian friendly as there are little to no appetizing options. Don't order the garlic mashed'll regret the dry mealy clumpy and flavorless mush. Pool area looked nice. May 31, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by two nights for business A safe and nice option for my required business trip... to an area that doesn't have a lot of safe options. It's not a hotel loaded with business friendly options. No fridge or microwave. Big question about the breakfast buffet... coworkers dropped a chunk of change to eat, and the on the last day of our stay some were told breakfast would be complimentary if they'd given the hostess their room number. I skipped breakfast on the assumption it was not free. Communication on that subject was poorly handled by desk and restaurant staff. May 23, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Hotel needs fine tuning The staff were all very nice, but very disappointed in the room. Called maintenance 4 times because door would not open with key card. Hot water was between very hot and cold. Was woken up 3 times by front desk saying my phone line was crossed with another room. May 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Ultimately a great stay After a rough check in, (double billed) the staff fixed everything and even took care of some fees I incurred. The staff though is very professional and most concerned about the guest. The room was great, bathroom door stuck a little bit. But the shower was hot, the room was quiet and the cheesecake is amazing! Fitness room is well equipped and up to date and clean! The only downside, which may only be temporary (I think) is access to the hotel because of construction. That made it the toughest part of the stay. April 24, 2015

Front desk staff is the friendliest and most accommodating of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms are quite and clean with very comfortable bedding. February 23, 2015

Rated 1 out of 5 by Air Conditioner/Heating Unit Quite frankly I don't usually do these reviews so if you don't hear from me that's a good thing as everything was A OK. Well, my stay this time was not good. The AC/Heating unit in the room was the absolute noisiest thing I have ever heard and needs repaired. I did not sleep well either night as each time the unit kicked on it was like an alarm clock and it would wake me up. I meant to say something before I left but I was in a rush. Should this happen again I will need to change hotels but I've been staying here for the last 4-5 years. November 21, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by good location I would rate it higher but the fact that there was a monster construction road project in front of the hotel 24 hours a day has kept me from doing so. It would have been nice to have been informed of the construction noise before we booked and also at the hotel itself. A much cheaper rate should have been offered considering we couldn't sleep until around 5am when then big pounding stopped but still maintained noise. Our bathroom sink also backed up and caused a bad smell in the middle of the night and also afternoon. November 12, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Girls Night Out My best friend and I stayed here to attend a concert and just have some girl time. It was an enjoyable stay - the beds were heaven. My only complaint was that the convenience store was closed so we had to go out to pick up an item. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to friends. October 21, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Meet Sheraton standard. Having been stayed with Sheraton for over 15 years and many hotel across the country. This one would be the quality of Sheraton as I expected. The club lounge is exceeding most other other Sheraton. Also the promise is very quiet and safe. Free Parking is another plus I would strongly recommend this one. September 12, 2014

New upgrade conference rooms with cushioned carpet and nicely decorated ceil and doors made me feeling like staying in new hotel. Staffs mades prompt correction on my comments on restroom. Rated 4 out of 5 by Where's the microwave and refridgerator I do understand that you have to be cost effective, but when your competion offers continental breakfast and maybe access to a microwave in the room my choices will go to where I'll get more bang for my buck. Look into upgrading your rooms with those 2 items and you'll have a higher occupancy rate. September 4, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by House Keeping needs improvment When we arrived in our room there was a very foul odor. We went into the bathroom to see what was causing the smell and it was the tub. The tub was clogged, it had sitting water in it. How the room pasted inspection for guest I have no idea. I'm an SPG member of many years and this is not the first time I have had to complain about housekeeping. I recommend SPG improves their housekeeping inspections. August 21, 2014
